Plan ahead, we do not plow the driveway in winter; plan to shovel an off-road parking space, and transport your gear up to the cabin (1100'). Wood is provided. This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Weekend Trip to Round Top Retreat
I spent the weekend at Round Top Retreat alone to unplug, relax, and recharge and it was exactly what I needed. The wood burning stoves did an excellent job at heating the cabin. It got below 40° at night but it was probably 60° inside with the fire going. The stove is also great for cooking. It was a little rainy during my trip so I did all my cooking indoors. The driveway continues uphill past the cabin and turns into a hiking trail. I think it's supposed to connect to the Robinsons Hollow State Forest Trail but I couldn't find it (the official trial head is just down the road). It was still an invigorating 2 mile walk. I spotted lots of birds and a couple deer.

Beautiful location and views! The cabin is so lovely- straight forward but also well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches and art! Loved hanging on the screen-in porch and being able to take a hot shower outside. Sauna was incredible, just takes time and patience :) Air mattress was comfier than I expected too. I hope to return for another staycation in the woods soon!

A very nice camp site (#2). This is located down a rural road that is a little rough. The area was quiet. Nathan stopped in after we got set up and talked to us about some local attractions, which, unfortunately, we were not able to visit. There definitely will be a next time. Very easy access to the site with large gravel drives and pads.

Weekend Trip to Waterfall Creek
This was our second time camping at Ken's (this time with friends and their baby) and it was just as beautiful as we remembered it! Coming later in the season from our first visit meant more rain and fewer campers on the property, which was autumnally idyllic with all of the changing colors on the surrounding trees. It was a wonderful treat as ever to have those waterfalls as our shower throughout our stay. Already looking forward to our next trip out!

We had a great time staying at Little Spring Haven. Nate was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as giving us recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The site was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed to close out our final camping trip of the season. We plan to come back next year!

Weekend Trip to The Spotted Sandpiper
Spent 3 nights in Glamp 1 in October of 2025. It was 40s at night and rained 2 of the nights, but we stayed warm with the heater (and an electric blanket we brought)! It was dry inside the tent despite the rain. Area is beautiful. Due to weather, didn't spend any time on the lake, but did make use of the shower areas, which worked well - hot water and shower/bathroom walkable from Glamp 1. Kate answered all questions before and during the stay. Shampoo/conditioner and towels provided. Great affordable glamping experience!!

This was a great spot!! Nathan and his family were so wonderful. Google sent us to the wrong spot and Nathan was very quick to answer the phone and direct us to the campsite. A wonderful spot on a quiet road that goes right to the lake. Very level site with electric hookups, picnic table and fire pit. Pitcher pump on the property was a bonus. We had the full moon the night we were there and it was amazing. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and we had a problem with our dogs so we didn't get to explore as much as we would have liked. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was a lovely retreat and had all the essentials and more needed for the two of us and our pup. Highly recommend the walk to the park waterfall. Also nice added touches to have a good space heater and corn hole set up available. Very easy to access Watkins Glen and nearby parks.

Amazing peace and serenity! Located on a lake access road with very few lake homes made for very little traffic. Far enough from city lights made for awesome star gazing. No hunting down firewood. Nathan has wood available with easy access and super fair price. Perfect location for us, as it is easy access to many wineries, and a few distilleries and craft breweries. Short drive to Walkins Glen for great scenic hiking with waterfalls in a nice town. Road bikes and enjoyed the challenging rolling hills. Peaceful with only two very large sites, both immaculately maintained, with nothing else near them. Cute little creek and a large open field behind the site. We always appreciate sites with level pads, and the pads are nice and wide for for our 35 ft 5th wheel. Always a bonus, as many private campgrounds struggle, but the electric hook up is well done and checked out perfect with my tester. We had no issues camp not having water or dump station. Coming from the North, we utilized a free station at an RV dealership nearby. Amazing spot to get away from society, yet still be able to do things life offers!

The cabin we stayed in is situated in a walnut grove beside a bubbly stream. On the last day, we checked out the waterfall at the end of the drive. Wow! Next time maybe I will forgo the cabin so I can sleep beside the tranquil sounds of the waterfall.

Weekend Trip to Waterfall Creek
10 out of 10 would recommend! Ken was wonderful and drove our heavy stuff down the hill to our campsite beside the beautiful waterfall! The sites were spaced nicely with enough vegetation between them that it felt private. The falls are gorgeous and a nice chilly shower if you're brave enough! We were less than 10 minutes to downtown Watkins Glenn and everything you could need or want out of a rustic vacation. The land was beautiful and full of wildlife! We even had a doggie tour guide to walk us to the outhouse and back! I assume he was Ken's dog lol very sweet and playful! If you're looking for a 5 star camping spot, you've found it at waterfall creek!

Weekend Trip to Round Top Retreat
Perfect getaway for myself and my two poodles. My only regret is that I only booked one night. We will be back for sure, hopefully this year if there are weekends still available. The cabin is incredibly charming and it smells so good! Not sure what I expected, maybe earthy, musty smell? It felt like home. I am not necessarily a hardy, “rugged” girl and I felt the accommodations were perfect. The sleeping loft is so beautiful with the sky lights and the large back porch is wonderful for early morning coffee while feeling immersed in nature. My dogs and I hiked through the goldenrod fields approximately one mile up the hill- great little workout for me. We went into the forest as well, found really beautiful moss-covered trees and stumps. My standard poodle is a swim-a-holic and spent more of her time retrieving from the pond and practicing her dock-diving distance. Surprisingly, I had great cell phone service everywhere I went on the property. Overall, stunning place with the warmest, most welcoming host, Nancy, and we cannot wait to be back there!!

We stayed here for three days and had the luck to have the whole property to ourselves. Ken was a great host and he has two horses on the property! The waterfall was very beautiful and taking a cold shower with the water was very refreshing. The hill leading to the campsites is quite large, I would suggest a four wheel drive vehicle like Ken recommended. I unfortunately did not read that part but luckily my Ford Transit survived. There's plenty of stores and restaurants around if there's an emergency or you don't want to use the outhouse. Overall a great experience and will be back soon!

J responded quickly to all my questions, and was very personable. I'm an older woman, traveling it my reactive dog, so his cabin location made me feel safe with his home being so close. But it was still secluded enough to feel we were alone, and the area is beautiful! It's super cute and close to all the amazing sights in the Finger Lakes.

Wow, what a weekend! Waterfall Creek is the kind of place that makes you wonder if you stumbled into a dream or just got real damn lucky. The site sits along a stream in a gorge with a thirty-foot waterfall flowing down like some wild cathedral bell—loud, alive, and utterly hypnotic. Just outside Watkins Glen, but you almost don’t need to leave, because once you’re here it feels like your own private paradise. Nobody else stayed the night we were there, which only added to the spell. It was like being transported into a fairytale where even the caterpillars seemed friendly. We car camped in our rooftop tent, lulled to sleep by the white noise of the falls, but there are two ground campsites perched even closer to the water—majestic spots that look like something ripped out of a storybook. There’s a rustic toilet on site, though we brought our own setup. No potable water, but grocery stores and gas stations are close enough to grab what you need before settling in. Morning was coffee brewed beside the waterfall, staring at the remnants of glaciers carved into the gorge thousands of years ago. The kind of view that makes you pinch yourself every few minutes, thinking: Is this real? How lucky are we? We didn’t want to leave. And we won’t stay away for long. Finger Lakes: In just 10-20 minutes from this location, you will find an abundance of waterfalls including Ithaca Falls, Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls. Cayuga Lake is great for Sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Lake swimming is available at Myers Park in Lansing or Taughannock State Park outside of Trumansburg. Jump off a diving board into the pool at the bottom of Lower Treman Falls or hike upper Treman to Lucifer Falls, possibly the most beautiful short hike you’ll ever find. We are 14 miles from Cornell University and 10 miles from Ithaca College. We are between two finger lakes, Cayuga and Seneca, there are 60 wineries and breweries around the lakes. Woman’s Rights National Museum in Seneca Falls, Corning Museum of Glass is fabulous. Ithaca has theatres, many museums & lots for kids to do. This secluded campsite on an agroforestry farm, where we grow chestnuts, along with 15 types of fruit and a handful of annual vegetables. The biodiversity is vibrant, and the birding is very good. 12 minute drive from Ithaca, 8 minutes to the center of Trumansburg, 7 minute drive from Grassroots, + supermarket, pharmacy etc, 6 minutes to the lower entrance of Taughannock Falls State Park Fire pit, grate, and firewood provided. No shower available, but the creek is deep enough to dunk in. No RV hookup available. Composting toilet nearby. No buckets needed. Campsite is about 400 yards from the road; car access to within 150 feet. The bugs aren't bad at all, because there's no standing water around, but bring bug spray if they like you. If you're looking for a place for excessive or underage drug/alcohol consumption, we're not here to narc you, but please find a different campsite. Since 2000, our campground has distinguished itself through extensive upgrades to essential services, ensuring a superior experience for our campers. The improvements to our septic, water, and electric systems have all received approval from the Hornell District Office (HDO) of the New York State Department of Health. Over the years, we have proudly completed 28 upgrades, making us the leader in enhancements among campgrounds in the area. Last fall, we took significant steps by replacing water and electric lines, installing fiber for PARKnet, and adding new parking areas at the north end. Returning campers in 2025 will notice several exciting changes. The most prominent alteration is the replacement of the large A meter board with two smaller boards, A1 and A2. The previous A board was a noticeable feature in the North End, but the new A2 board is designed to blend more seamlessly into the landscape. The larger A1 board is positioned further away, ensuring that campers will not experience any disruption to their electric service. NYSEG has closely monitored the construction of these new boards, which are compatible with NYSEG smart meters. Additionally, both A1 and A2 serve as nodes for our PARKnet, enhancing connectivity throughout the campground. Some changes may be less visible but are equally important.
