Whether it's a big event or the Arkport Summerfest, there's always something fun to do, besides just relaxing. We also offer limited stabling for outside horses so you can enjoy the trails at more than 5 different parks. Creekside now has electric ceiling lights, hot plate, mini fridge, etc. With a king bed (or two twins) and a bunk bed set, the cabin can sleep 4, with room for extra cots if needed. The gazebo has an outlet as well. Please provide your own linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and other camping wear. Cabin can be heated with a woodstove. As of Spring 2026 our cabin is now fully insulated, with tile flooring. Warmer in in cold weather, and cooler during the summer.
Angelica NY is just a few miles up the road, where you will find cute antique shops, dollar general, post office, gas etc.
We love our little slice of private water side camping here in Angelica and hope you will take care of it like it was yours. Please no carving of names or dates in any structure, do not cut or chop down any living tree or vegetation. Our property has a lot of walnut trees- watch for falling nuts come late summer and fall! No dumping or putting anything down toilet pit except toilet paper!

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Hillside is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well maintained with plenty of space to run and play. It has SO many little "extras" to make it "homey" that my family was wishing we had booked our stay for more than just a "weekend getaway". Leah and Dustin were very easily reached, and made check in/out so easy. Everything about this site is so thoughtfully planned out, it is the perfect place to enjoy time in nature.

Our third time staying here and love it every time! Randy and Allison are fabulous hosts and we love meeting their animals. The cabin is perfect for our family of four with comfortable bunk beds and a queen, with a little stove and a picnic table outside. The view from the top of the hill is magnificent.

Weekend Trip to Haven in the trees
The cabin was easy to find based on J's directions and was in a very peaceful, secluded location, yet not far from food, wine, beer, or hiking. The cabin was very clean, as was the outhouse. We found the screened in porch a nice spot at night to listen to the katydids and crickets and you can just make out the outlines of the neighbors cows across the ravine while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Our host was very welcoming and responsive and provided local recommendations if we wanted to pick his brain. There were also a few local travel and happenings brochures in the cabin to help point us in a few directions. We would stay here again.

The site was wonderful! We especially enjoyed boating on the pond, riding around in the golf cart to explore the property, and visiting the waterfall. If we are able to visit again, we'll definitely plan to bring lots of lanterns for the cloudy/rainy times without electricity. The cabin was comfortable with a well-functioning kitchen and it was a very relaxing visit.

Ken's cabin was the perfect escape from reality. Very short walk down to the waterfall or up the hill to watch the horses graze. Not far from Montour Falls or Watkins Glen was a huge plus because we were able to beat the crowds at Watkins Glen State Park. Wouldn't recommend for motorcycle camping because to road down to the cabin gets fairly muddy, but we would definitely come back in the car!

Weekend Trip to Minglewood Camp
A great space in a beautiful location and convenient to all the activities we got up to for our short stay. The cabin was well equipped with all our needs and the solar powered lighting and heated shower a delightful treat for such a secluded spot. Would just watch out for the little gap in the bottom of the door. We ended up using a spare blanket to keep out some furry critters that wanted to come in during the night.

Three things to be aware of:
Horseshit every where on the trails.
Several unwatched dogs. Two of them very aggressive. Attacked me while I tried to put trash in bin.
Only one trash bin next to farm house and guarded by unwatched aggressive dogs.

Wow what a little slice of Heaven! This spot means the world to me and my partner. The combination of sounds from the water to the croaking frogs will stir up any creative rut you may be in. Not to mention how romantic of a spot it is. My Boyfriend and I got engaged here! We will continue to visit for as long as it is available. The host is kind and understanding. They will give you great directions and are willing to chat if you wish! I missed the opportunity to speak with him this time, but I look forward to the chance to the next time we visit. 10/10!
