Our homestead, in cooperation with hipcamp, would like to offer our handicapped accessible site, parking and rustic wagon for any family that has a handicapped child that would like to have the full experience our homestead has to offer with interaction with our animals, camping and campfires, the campsite is large enough for a handicapped accessible van as well as a pull behind popup trailer or a 26' low profile r.v. the rustic wagon will accommodate smaller children or those that could crawl onto a queen size bed.
We have lots of very lovable goats that love interacting with people, 7 babies......plus pigs and chickens, and our homestead is deep in the woods.....full reimbursement i.e. free of charge.

Our property is very wooded,, secluded area on two and a half acres., it is on a hill, parking is about a football field distance from the campsite, rugged walking, very doable, bring appropriate footwear.
We are nestled on a private road on top of a hill backed up to 2100 acres of New York Gaundry Hill State Forest. There's waterways with active Beaver ponds between our properties. We do have bear and a mountain lion up here.
We are 420 friendly!
Sites are on top of the hill in a very secluded spot with a small campfire.
We offer organic vegetables from the garden and work almost everyday in our blacksmith/woodworking shop.
For a nice experience for adventurous families, you are welcome to accompany us on our herding of our goats/milking, collect eggs for your own breakfast.

Bailee is a phenomenal host. Her communication goes above and beyond. An absolute pleasure to work with.
This was our fourth time at the site. We keep coming back for so many reasons - the privacy, the tranquility, the well manicured site, the large space, the proximity to everything, the awesome fire pit….. .
It’s extremely difficult to find another Hipcamp that is comparable.

A great spot for a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. The only downside is that route 14 is about 150 yards down the hill so during the day the noise from traffic is a little annoying. At night, it's much better and never interrupted our sleep. Also, don't forget about the "Seneca Guns". You can hear those cannon sounds throughout the day. Scientists say it's natural gas being released from pockets under the lake. When the gas reaches the surface it creates a booming sound, sort of like a gunshot. Noticeable but after awhile you get used to it. We would camp there again.

Amazing site, sun up to sun down just staring into the sky. trails to explore and a secret treasure chest. Me and the kids loved every minute. The girls appreciated the cute fully plumbed toilet and sink. my son enjoyed helping out with the animals. my favorite was the sunsets.

The view of the lake from the vineyard was great and it was a nice sized private space. It was nice to not have to worry about the noise from other campers. There was very little foot traffic from disc golfers that we saw. It was a little tricky to know just which turnoff was the one to the site, but we were able to find it just fine.

Beautiful private campsite with full hook ups. Camp host communicated very well and checked to confirm we got there and set up okay. We loved the area and enjoyed the vineyards, farms, and hiking in the area. We even did a hot air balloon ride in Ithaca. Very cool experience. We enjoyed the private and peaceful evenings at the campsite and by the fire.

This is a great private spot, with a beautiful views. Great location with many options for dinning and drinks. We had a great, gentle lake breeze each night that was ideal for sleeping after long hot days outside. Pulled the camper in so we looked at the vineyard and small grove of peach trees.

The farm was beautiful. We parked our camper van on top of a hill looking over the lovely farm. Pigs and chickens were our neighbors. Allison welcomed us and offered suggestions for exploring the area. A toilet and sink were close by. Allison was also very supportive when we had an issue with our van. I would highly recommend ZiegenVine for camping and visiting the Finger Lakes.
