We are a 30-acre working active Hay farm. We purchased the farm when my grandfather passed away in 2014. It was once used to feed his cows. We had a working dairy farm. Now the property is used for your enjoyment and ours. As well as making hay.
We have an 8-acre garden planted with rhubarb, raspberries, and berries on the farm too. We are located next to the Wallkill River which the campsite overlooks.

We are a 30-acre working active Hay farm. We purchased the farm when my grandfather passed away in 2014. It was once used to feed his cows. We had a working dairy farm. Now the property is used for your enjoyment and ours. As well as making hay.
We have an 8-acre garden planted with rhubarb, raspberries, and berries on the farm too. We are located next to the Wallkill River which the campsite overlooks.
We have 3 campsites available to choose from.
Toilet available, campfires permitted, picnic table provided, pets welcome.
Be advised we are a working farm so you will see woodpiles, machinery, such as Tractors and other items sometimes hanging around.
Be aware we have 3 campsites so outhouse is used by all 3 campsite please be courteous of others. Leave the lid down after use ,wipe up after yourself. Treat it like its your own house. We appreciate it
We ask after 8pm noise is kept down to respect other campers.
We are located across the river from City Winery who does play music when they have weddings. We have no control over unfortunately

Fall is here the leafs are changing. Come spend the next couple weekends with us!! The weather looks beautiful all weekend..We have a wonderful panoramic views with the best sunsets and star gazing . We have horses. Ponies, goats, ducks, chickens, and turkies on site!!! We are kid and pet friendy And lots of other wildlife. We are Close NYC and all major highways. This beautiful and private 97 acre horse farm is made up of beautiful rolling fields filled with horses. The property is nicely surrounded in beautiful woods with plenty of nature to watch. The property was originally used for farming then converted to dairy. And now a horse farm. This farm was established around 1815. . We enjoy meeting new people and being able to share this wonderful property!

We recently visited Ralph's horse farm and it was just what we needed! We brought our truck camper and used Ralph's one RV spot because we wanted the electrical hookup. The site was a gravel pad plenty big enough for our truck (Ford F350) and the site had 50amp service which was nice. The site is fairly close to the house but there are no other sites near it and there is a pasture right behind it with a fire pit a little ways from the site so it was actually surprisingly private and very quiet. We were very happy to not be 20 feet away from another RV for a change. Ralph and his son were very friendly and welcoming and even offered us a little tour of the stables and we were able to meet some of their horses. We also brought our two dogs who Ralph also welcomed. Ralph told us there were a bunch of more rustic sites out towards the wooded section of his property without power and we were going to walk out there to see them but we ended up just doing alot of lounging. There are also alot of wineries nearby and during the day we visited Angry Orchards and Whitecliff Winery which was very nice. If you have a group of friends who like tent camping, Ralph also has a larger group site for a bigger group. We chose a cold weekend to go and it got down to 25 degrees at night but we plan to come back again in the warmer weather. Thanks Ralph!

John’s land was fairly muddy at the typical spots with firepits brcause we had two 70 degree days and all the snow was melting.
He called me and said to camp anywhere in the grass.
I found a lovely spot closer to the parking lot up on higher griund and that spot was great!
John provided wood and even let me make a small fire near my tent.
I stayed 2 nights and made my own food as well as a nice long walk on the Heritage path nearby.

Robin was really friendly. She greeted us when we arrived and let us pick any site that we wanted.
I went in February with lots of snow so it was kind of a battle getting items to the site due to the slippery hills but my friend and I knew we would have to work harder.
I had a hot tent with wood stove that I really wanted to test out.
She was more then accommodating with our adventure!

The Robin’s Hood clearing we booked was great! It was secluded and surrounded by trees, but close to our car and even Woodbury Commons nearby. We saw a deer once and had no other encounters with wild animals. There were some small trees we used for kindling. The area was perfect for our first time winter camping! Note: if it has just snowed, be prepared for a short walk on uncleared snow from car to site.

This is my second visit to Wright farm and already looking forward to the next. We had a good, albeit cold and snowy stay mid-Jan which was totally worth it for us. Beautiful snowy night but BOOKER BE ADVISED, you must be VERY prepared from an equipment, camping knowledge/awareness, and vehicle standpoint if attempting to stay during a snowy period. You will need several bundles of firewood (5+) to last through the evening which luckily the farm has at its market at entrance. Only the Stonehenge sites appear to be accessible in the snow and you'll need 4x4 with proper winter tires at minimum to access. AWD with all-season tires likely won't cut it. That said, our RAV-4 2WD made it just fine in the fall but we did have to park at the farmstore and carry our gear to the site this time around. These challenges aside, the farm is amazing. All sites sit on hills which offer remote vibes with amazing views at all times of the day. The staff is very nice but are generally hands off. These are campsites and not ABNBs/hotels afterall. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, another great stay.
