Learn more about this land: We are a working small grains farm on the black dirt region of Orange County. Some of the best soils around. When it’s rainy the fields are quiet mucky and the dirt stick to everything. But there are plenty of grassy areas. NO REMOVAL OF FLORA OR FAUNA FROM THE PROPERTY.Private Pine Island Farm Camp • One Site, All Yours One campsite. One reservation at a time. Your group will be the only campers here. Enjoy a quiet escape on our farm in Pine Island, in Orange County’s beautiful Black Dirt region. With open farm views and forest on the property, this is a simple place to unwind, watch the sunset, and spend an evening under the stars. We offer just ONE campsite, reserved exclusively for your group. You won’t be sharing the camping area with other bookings or arriving to a row of occupied campsites. Bring your tent or self-contained camper and settle in for a peaceful stay. Guests love the privacy, open views, and stargazing. WHAT TO EXPECT • One private campsite for up to 4 guests. • Tent camping or RVs under 30 feet. • A flat, loose-gravel parking area with long grass nearby. • Pets welcome. • Campfires allowed, subject to local restrictions. PLAN TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT There are no toilets, showers, potable water, or utility hookups. Bring your own water and camp toilet, and pack out all trash and waste. Generators are not permitted. This is a working farm, so occasional farm activity and rural sounds are part of the setting. Black Dirt soil can become very muddy after rain; please stick to firm gravel and grassy areas when conditions are wet. Please respect the land and leave plants and wildlife undisturbed. There is a T gravel road once inside so no worry about turning around. If you’re looking for a quiet camping spot with no other camping groups beside you, we’d love to host you.

Nice view of farmlands and some distant mountains. Simple, comfortable sight with a flat gravel drive and some soft grass to hang out on. The space was actually quite easy to find as well. Thanks for having us!

Amazing spot! Super private, great sunrise, pretty level and nice and large for an easy turn around. Would 100% stay again. Only complaint was the neighbor who decided to fire up the chainsaw and wood chipper at 7am.

This was my first time using hipcamp and Marcos made it so easy! Communication was 10/10! We just needed a place to set up a tent for the night while passing through and this was perfect. We even had a family of curious deer come and visit us once we got settled in!

We had a pleasant experience here. The area was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, and the price was a big plus as well. That being said a few improvements can be made. For starters, the listing says that campfires are allowed. However, there are no firepits and no rocks or loose gravel in the area to make one. Pretty much the entire area is really thick overgrown grass with a small forked “road” where you need to pick a spot to set up camp. Because of the grass, there’s not a lot of space to walk in nature. All in all, keeping these factors in mind, I’d say it’s worth the price as long as you know what to expect.

Great spot to pull over for the night! I'd love to see it in the warmer months too. Host was very communicative. I ended up arriving a bit later than anticipated (around 8) and I'm always nervous about pulling into the wrong driveway, but the host was gracious about letting me know I was indeed in the right spot. If I had more time, I'd love to wander the fields but maybe another time.

Peaceful fields nature's paradise!
It's incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The fields fill up with music as everyone works and it's a pretty great morning. Marcos is an amazing host, and this place is such a great place to rest
