We had a fantastic stopover at the Brown Barn Farm RV spot. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome right from the start. The RV spot itself was perfect—easy to access, level, and quiet, making it a great place to relax for the night.
We took a stroll over to the barn and visited the Orange County Distillery, which ended up being a highlight of our stay. There was truly something for everyone in our group—great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and even a food truck on-site, which was a nice bonus and made grabbing a bite super convenient.
This spot checked all the boxes for us, and we’ll definitely be stopping here again on future trips. Highly recommended!

Great place and super nice host. We enjoyed the barn, drinks, and food truck. Easy on and off highway for a stop. Highly recommend. My only issue was trying to get WiFi, but other than that it was perfect. Would stay again!

We arrived just after 5:00, the bartender helped us navigate a spot that worked for us and the terrain. After a good rain the ground was a bit soft, but was not a problem for us and our 32” TT. Great sunset, live music and space to throw a ball around. We couldn’t be happier with our quick stop. We had three other neighbors, all with our little slice of the perfect view. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

The owners were really nice and refunded our stay due to a mismatch of expectations.
If you want a secluded spot with a fire, this isn't the place. They didn't allow fires and it's basically next to the brewery and parking lot, with no separation (like a fence or long grass).
If you want to hang out at a brewery, drink, and then camp right outside, then this could work for you.
We did not stay the night, so this is just from the experience of showing up and deciding to go elsewhere.

The site was in a great location, near the distillery and with a great view of the sky. We would stay here again definitely! Easy to pull in with camper and we appreciated the porta potty since we had winterized the camper already.

We booked this spot the morning of with no problems with the last minute booking. Came for a cheap place to set up a tent on the night before a bike park day and was delighted with the distillery and food truck proximity for the evening. The spot was relatively flat and cozy and served its purpose. Had two other RVs parked next to us close but nothing to complain of. Was nice to have a very clean porta-potty in the parking lot nearby. Will stay again.

We happened to be the only ones there. We certainly enjoyed watching the sun go down in a spacious, grassy spot hearing nothing but the sound of the crickets and distant passing cars.

What a fantastic HIPCAMP! The Orange County Distillery Brown Barn did not disappoint! J & his Team are great and the drinks are outstanding.
We boon docked for three days and were able to park our Toyhauler on the lower side of the grass field lot and put the patio down to enjoy our time there. Warwick & Middletown are close drives for lots of other activities; shopping, restaurants, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again

We had a wonderful one night stay. The food from the food truck was amazing:-) We really appreciated that we could bring all 5 Golden Retrievers in while we listened to the 2 man band. FYI, 2 Goldens are ours, the other 3 are our friends who are traveling with us in their own RV.

This was the most friendly and welcoming place! Check in and told to park where ever was good for us! Very quiet feild, our kitties loved it! Set up their portable catio next to the black berry bushes for bird observation. Tons of walking area for our dalmatian. And he joined us for cocktails and music at the Barn! Generators are welcome. Thank God as it was 75% humidity and 100 degrees! Highly recomend!

A great spot to hang out - good drinks, nice people and super accommodating. Only downside is there is not a set spot for Hipcampers, the only picnic tables and fire pits are for the public visiting the distillery. There is also more traffic on the road than expected so was a little loud at night but overall we had a great time trying new whiskeys and spending the night.

We had a great time camping at the distillery. The cocktails were delicious and the food at Melted was good. The field was open with a nice view. You are on a bit of a hill so be prepared for that. Also, it isn’t shaded so if you’re there during a heat wave, like we were, bring your generator. Thanks for having us!

It was a cool and blustery day, but warm inside the barn with the wood stove going. The band was great, and the gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches were yummy! The parking area had two choices: grass or gravel. Both are level and easy to maneuver into.

Brown Barn Farms was a great overnight stop on my trip to upstate NY. We checked in at the bar, and were directed to a large open field that’s hidden by very tall grass. We were the only people staying that night, so we had a huge acre ourselves. The barn itself has great whiskey, live music and bonfires to sit around. There’s also a food truck on site with chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and burgers - all portions were HUGE. The bar itself closed fairly early so we still enjoyed a nice, quiet night’s sleep with no disturbances. Overall, great drinks and food, and a great view of the sky at night.

Beautiful spot and easy check in. I arrived after dark and one of the bartenders pointed me in the right direction. It was a perfect spot to spend the night and a slow morning. Make sure you have good tires. The morning dew makes the slightly downhill sore muddy and you can easily get stuck.

The views of the surrounding area were nothing short of breathtaking. Each morning, as I stepped outside my tent, I was greeted by sweeping vistas of rolling hills, lush greenery, overlooking the rustic barn and a sense of serenity that made me instantly feel at peace with nature.
What makes this hipcamp stay even more extraordinary was the barn, with its rustic charm, that served up brews and cocktails. A true haven for craft beverage enthusiasts. The food truck on the premises offered a good bar style menu. It was the perfect complement to the crafted drinks and added to the overall laid-back ambiance.
What made my stay truly memorable was the unexpected cocktail-making class we were fortunate to participate in one morning. We learned the art of crafting the perfect old-fashion. It was a fun and interactive experience that added a touch of excitement to the already perfect stay.

We brought our RV for a night of fun w music, food and drink. The weather was great and so was the atmosphere. The barn, drinks, property were all nicely appointed. We parked next to 4 other RVs adjacent to the parking lot on a slight incline. It’s cozier than we wanted honestly, but fine for a night. The Harvest crowd makes this a busier destination than normal imo - but everyone was nice which made for a great time.

Fun little spot! Definitely a unique experience and a little different from a normal camp ground. The sites are HUGE so there is plenty of space. No one stayed in the site next to us but even if they had, the sites are so far apart it wouldn't of mattered. The barn "bar" was a fun place to go hang out and a little break from the camp site. If you go in the summer, definitely bring something that produces shade. Definitely planning another stay here.

While $70 is quite steep for what is provided (and I would argue the space should be offered for half that), the land available for camping on is quite beautiful. Access to the distillery, food truck, and live music during the summer months makes $70 much easier to stomach and Orange County Distillery is quite phnominal!
