The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so.
The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".

Water is available from the year round trout stream, but drinking water must be carried in. Shaded Brookside Glen has a picnic table, a metal fire pit, and limited fire wood is supplied. The drive to the site is across a grassy, mowed, well drained field, but can be effected by long periods of rain.

We are located on a private 36 acres of mostly woodland. We abut 100 acres of conservation land and another 100 acres of private woodlands.
Park at the end of Farley Rd on the RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. The sites are a short 5 minute hike to the campsites. The property on the left side of Farley Road is private property, no trespassing, be respectful.
There is a marsh and a creek on the property that support myriad wildlife. There are owls, loons, eagles, hawks, hermit thrushes, robins, turkeys, song birds and herons. There are deer, moose, bear(don't leave your food out!), chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, raccoons(don't leave your food out!), skunks, minks, otters and many other species in our neighborhood. We live at the end of a dead end road with very little traffic.

Bordering Rollins State Park and Kearsarge Mtn. State Forest, that encompasses 3,893 acres that covers most of Mt. Kearsarge. My campsite is located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790's.
Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. With other men from Warner and surrounding communities, they fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and are buried at the small cemetery down the road.
Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine, hemlock and ash trees.
Abundant wildlife lives on the mountain including deer, moose, bear, bobcat and turkeys.
Plenty of shade with a new outhouse, fresh water, fire pit and a picnic table.
Plenty of free firewood to gather from around the site.
Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to drive up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails.

We have two sites on our historic Vermont trout farm. The first site sits near our post and beam "run in" horse barn. It's a very flat site with easy road access and has 30 AMP electric service and we can provide potable water to fill up your tank. The second site sits a little further back (also very easy access) and closer to Quation Brook. It is better suited for boondocking as it is a little ways from the 30 AMP outlets. Again water is available. Our farm is very rural but close (2 miles) to interstate 89 with a well stocked country store in town. It's a quiet setting near the gardens and a small stream. We are a small hobby farm that grows and sells produce to local coops. We also produce and sell Vermont maple syrup and salsa.

We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Enjoy our 73 acres in peace. Our site has a well you can use to fill up your tanks, we recommend using an in-line filter as the water is not tested. We recommend using it for showers and toilets. 2 50amp hook ups. And septic hook ups.

Really great site! It was quiet during the week however the weekend tenters were loud with music and talking to each other. Next time we will definitely choose a site away from them and in a more quiet place in the park. Beautiful campground however and staff

Spacious Skies French Pond Campground was family friendly, lovely, well-organized and welcoming. There was terrific communication at every step of the way. The pond was lovely and it was quiet. The sites were spacious and ours was wooded, had electric, sewer, and water on each site, lots of sites near wooded areas. The Lakeview site was more like a short walk from our site to the pond, but the pond and beach area was substantial, set up well with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, kayaks, on the beach. It was truly peaceful and joyful with lots of kids playing. There was an issue with the sewer at one point at a neighboring site that was resolved promptly. We left having made friends and having booked a return within a month.

The staff went well above expectations! Our every need was taken care of from the propane fill to. Moving us to a more convenient pad.

21 ft campervan

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay on Kris' land. She was away when we arrived but gave great instructions for arrival and parking. The RV site worked very well for our 21' campervan.We later took a beautiful walk into town to attend the weekly contra dance and got to connect with Kris then and visit briefly. All in all a pleasant experience, and the site was everything we needed to have a safe and quiet spot to sleep, fell asleep listening to area loons.
