Private and tranquil- each tent has a queen sized bed with flannel sheets, a light comforter, and a lantern. The front porch has two Adirondack chairs looking out over the forest. Each campsite has a fire pit, picnic table, and a cabinet filled with basic cook wear, plates and cups, a French press, kettle, and utensils for making meals over a campfire. Our double-header outhouse is clean and beautiful- a guest favorite! There is a short 1/8 mile walk through the woods to the camp- we provide garden wagons to tote your gear. The tent is 50 yards up a rustic wooded path through the woods and the yurt is an 800 yard (10 minute) uphill walk from the parking area. Both sites are adjacent to our local network of hiking/biking trails that connect to the summit of Mount Agassiz, which offers stunning views of Franconia Notch. Additionally, within a half hour drive, you have access to some of the best hiking in the North East. We are happy to provide recommendations! The surrounding towns are home to three different breweries, numerous restaurants serving up delicious food and quaint main streets. Through the generous permission of surrounding landowners and the stewardship of the Bethlehem Trails Association, guests can access this trail network to enjoy the views from the summit of Mount Agassiz for top notch single-track mountain biking. We live one town over and are just a phone call away. If you walk the trails, you may encounter a friendly neighbor's dog but all our guests enjoy the privacy and solitude the mountain provides. Fell in love with this spot Labor Day last year. A week stay was even better. Location feels private, being right on the water is ideal for me and my chocolate lab. Personally enjoyed swimming. While I didn’t fish, I saw many people doing so. Even on hot days nights are refreshingly cool. Amenities are close by. Accommodations are simple, but I found them to be very comfortable. Bonus, owner Judith is a joy to work with.

This cabin was everything we could have dreamed for and more! The cabin was beautiful, the decor and the view was amazing and our 3 pups had an absolute blast being able to come with us! The cabin came equipped with everything you could need to have the best glamping experience. We enjoyed that it came with an ac and we took advantage of cooking on the grill they had. I was nervous about the bathroom situation since it’s an out house but the decor made it feel homey and it just felt like any other bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised! We also loved that it came with a mini fridge and a coffee maker so we could enjoy coffee on the porch while looking out on the beautiful river and mountain view’s. We had such an amazing time that we plan to come back at the end of the month. Could not recommend this cabin enough!! ⛺️

The cabin was great. The views were amazing! Jessica was very nice and responsive. It was very peaceful and quiet. 2 things. The cabins are not private. They are close to each other and they share the outhouse that is technically a bucket you are going to the bathroom in. If you don’t know the other people renting the cabin next to you it could be a little strange especially when the bucket fills close to the top. But overall the stay was great!

Weekend Trip to Mead Hill at Mount Cabot Maple

I really enjoyed my stay. The place felt so peaceful and relaxing, and the mountain views were beautiful. I also liked the toilet setup. The only downside was that I couldn’t figure out how to use the shower properly—it always gave me hot water, and it was too hot. Even so, I still had a great time. I especially loved the skylight window; it was a really nice touch.

Cute tent and camping area! Easy to find, but the drive in is a bit rugged so fyi! The site isn’t far from the parking spot and wagons are provided to transport your stuff! Tent was cute and cozy with the most comfortable bed!
