Learn more about this land: We are well into summer, there is plenty of it left to come and enjoy! Don't worry, both cabins do have A/C!! Fair time is approaching as well and we are not far from Haverhill fair or Caledonia Fair! You will be cool and comfortable, and If you enjoy glamping this beautiful cabin is the place for you! Overlooking the beautiful Connecticut river. The cabin is ready for you to come and relax! This cabin sleeps two people and the property is such a peaceful spot! We have a rustic outhouse and showers can be taken in the main farmhouse on the property if you would like, available Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 9am. Reasonable requests for other times always considered. The cabin is outfitted with a comfy bed, fridge, and microwave and A/C. We sell firewood to sit around a cozy campfire at night and stargaze! Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine in the mornings. Bottled water is included as well. We will do our best to make you feel at home away from home. In a way that is never intrusive, we respect your privacy. Come and unwind with nature all around you. We are very pet friendly! And ask that all dogs are on a leash while outside. Also pets are not to be left in the cabins unattended at any time. So with all that said get yourself and your pets here and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your deck looking out to the river. Don't set an alarm, the loons or geese may wake you first! Listen to the birds and relax! And if luck is with you, you might spot a bald eagle! Want to play with goats? We have them! Fresh eggs are available for sale! Hiking trails are nearby including Groton State Forest, hiking near Willoughby Lake is only about 45 minutes away and is worth the trip! Come experience the green mountains and we are not far from the White mountains of NH.

Ryegate Away Cabins

We absolutely loved Jessica’s cabin. The location was amazing, serene on a hill overlooking a large river. Jessica goes above and beyond what I could’ve ever expected, from hospitality, amenities, comfort and view. Will definitely be back!

Getaway nest

Jessica was a wonderful host. The cabin was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was great having a/c. In the morning, it was peaceful with a lovely view of the Connecticut River, Geese and a fawn frolicking in the lower field. Plus her goats, Sam and Frodo were fun to watch.

We really enjoyed Jessica's cabin. Lovely, quiet, clean land with cute farm animals and good amenities. Jessica was very helpful with everything and we got more then everything we needed. Can't wait to visit again.

Jessica’s cabin is a gem. It’s so nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped, and the layout is lovely. The view of the river from the porch is delightful. Jessica is attentive while giving her guests complete privacy. We’ll definitely be back soon!

It was a beautiful place. So calm and peaceful! Jessica is very nice and welcoming :) This place really was the hit of our travel journey and we will definitely be coming back ! She provided everything for us to be comfortable and I couldn’t thank her enough for this beautiful weekend :)
