We are off the beaten path in the forest near the White Mountain National Forest. A 6 to 8 minute hike from your site gets you to a private lake. We have two local waterfalls only 2 miles away. Drive back out to 5 Kezars road. Take a right on the paved road. It will turn back into dirt. Keep on this road until you see a beautiful stone house on your left. Keep going just up the hill and you will see a right turn into the woods where you can park. There are no signs for Kezar gorge. Hike towards the sound of the falls. There is a small cave under the falls you can climb up into if you are a strong swimmer. There is a second set of falls if you hike down the river. A most magical spot for sure. There is a beautiful hike to a mountain lookout view of an amazing panoramic of lakes and mountains including Mt Washington and Pleasant Ski mountain right from your site. When we first purchased our property, we were made aware of a young fella needing a spot to set up his yurt. He lived with us for two years before moving along. We had enjoyed having him and his yurt on our land so when he left, It left a virtual and metaphorical hole. A couple years later we had an opportunity to purchase a yurt from an outdoor adventure company and so it began. We improved upon our tenant's idea by adding a proper outhouse and outdoor shower area. The space offered us a quiet haven during hectic times and now we are ready to share that opportunity. Our yurt sits on a quiet and private nook on our 7 acre property. We are right in between Kennebunk and Biddeford so there are quite a number of areas to explore if you make us your home base. It is a lovely 6 mile ride to Goose Rocks Beach or you can spend an afternoon walking around Dock's Square in Kennebunkport. Biddeford is a rapidly rebuilding mill town that has made several high profile food and travel publications for its great dining spots. If you are visiting to get away from the city, we are less than a mile away from the Eastern Trail which connects South Portland to Kittery, ME. Bring a bike or plan a quiet walk. Both sites are adjacent to our local network of hiking/biking trails that connect to the summit of Mount Agassiz, which offers stunning views of Franconia Notch. The surrounding towns are home to three different breweries, numerous restaurants serving up delicious food and quaint main streets. I absolutely loved this campsite! The cabin was cute and cozy, and the nearby brook was so pleasant to listen to and watch flow. I even took a dip in it to clean up a bit! The campsite itself is in the trees and shaded so the 85 degree days felt more like 75 degree days at the camp, which was much better for my dog who overheats. Everything was clean. Plenty of drinking water was provided. The toilet nearby was great. I loved the swing. The king size air mattress provided was perfect for me and my dog to cuddle up at night. April was a very thoughtful host and made sure I settled in okay and asked if I needed anything. 10/10 would recommend! I hope to come back soon!

My friends and I had a lovely, peaceful weekend staying at Sandi and Brandon’s property! The tent was roomy and equipped with everything we could have needed. We had some chilly and wet weather, but we stayed dry and cozy in the tent with the wood stove going. We loved watching the horses graze in the pasture in the evening and getting a tour of the barn. We also enjoyed walking the trails on the property. They were very welcoming hosts, but we also had a lot of privacy, and we would not hesitate to visit again!

This is such a hidden treasure I almost don’t want to share how beautiful it was. From creature comforts like a wood stove in the tent, supplies for cooking, dishes, extra blankets and the cutest and cleanest outhouse you’ve probably ever seen. Sandi’s thought of everything! I overpacked. The property is rustic, gorgeous, well maintained and coming to life with even better amenities. Camping on steroids with animals, adorable dogs, and wonderful humans.

We were looking for a quiet getaway to unplug and be outside and this place offered exactly that. Be ready to walk a little ways from the parking to the tree house, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Lots of nice walkable hiking trails, a communal fire we were able to use, and even a cool farm cat that loved hanging out with us!

Weekend Trip to Streeter Mountain Farm

Great place with great people. They have the cutest cats as well. Make sure you read the directions/details of the site before you go so you know what you’re signing up for. The furnace had some mild venting issues but we were able to get it going pretty warm and toasty. The farm itself is beautiful—it was nice to get away from the city and enjoy slow life and nature. 10/10 trip

Weekend Trip to Sacred Nectar Sanctuary

What an incredible adventure getting to stay in the Magik Cabin! Nick was kind enough to bring our stuff up via snowmobile so we could snowshoe up with our dogs. It was a beautiful, easy walk and well worth it. The cabin is such a cool place with so much to see and great views. We were nervous about being warm but it was -6 degrees at night and we were VERY toasty with the wood stove. The sauna and cold plunge is also a must!

Nick is so great! We stayed on 12/20 at the Magick Cabin Adventure. It was so fun and cozy and a perfect weekend getaway. When we got there he offered to dive our stuff up on his snow mobile since it had snowed. Told us the story of what inspired him to build the Magick Cabin and it was so fun! I love how interactive the experience was. And Nicks ability to use every inch of space in that cabin was incredible. You can tell he put his all into it and all the tiny details. Was incredible to see. The best part was Chaga, his dog, he stayed up at the cabin all night making it feel super safe. He is very friendly and our 3 dogs loved him.

Weekend Trip to Sacred Nectar Sanctuary

We had a wonderful time at the Magick Cabin! We booked the cabin for a weekend get away with the dogs, but never expected to have an “escape room” experience with the puzzles and clues Nick designed into the cabin. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun staying in the cabin and trying to solve the puzzles Nick thoughtfully integrated throughout the cabin! We stayed on a cold night, but between sleeping bags and keeping the fire going, the cabin was warm throughout the night. Overall, we found the cabin to be cozy and inviting. There were sitting areas with beautiful view not to far from the cabin and the out house is a short walk. Chago checking up on us throughout the night was extremely precious and cemented the stay as a great experience.

Weekend Trip to Pine Brook Retreat

Perfect peaceful spot to relax and shut down. We didn't really need anything but we knew April was there if we did. There are a lot of little things April leaves in the cabin in case you forget anything which is appreciated. It is decorated so cute with little lights inside which I appreciated at night. The spot is gorgeous with the sound and sights of a brook and trees. What more could you ask for? Sitting by the fire watching the moon rise and sipping coffee with the sun rise was so enjoyable. We didn't bring our dogs but will in the future. A great spot for them. You are in nature and have total peace but with the security of knowing April is right there if needed and hiking and stores are close by if you need them. Highly recommend this spot.

Weekend Trip to Butter Hill Hideaway-Forest Retreat

I loved camping on Lori's land. All the glamping tents are very private, and you have to walk about 100 yards from the car, so there is no noise at all. The outhouse was super clean and so cool inside. The bed in the tent was very comfortable and had enough room for the dog as well. The land is beautiful with North Conway only a 30 min drive for great food and coffee! I highly recommend this Hip Camp!
