HipCamp was the first step towards sharing and opening up the land to create an Intentional lifestyle. One in which we hope to share our way of being that brings awareness to the natural world we have fallen so far from. There is a beautiful hike to a mountain lookout view of an amazing panoramic of lakes and mountains including Mt Washington and Pleasant Ski mountain. From 5 Kezars rd turn right onto Kezars Ridge Drive, the last camp road before the pavement ends.) At 0.6 miles keep right onto 5 Kezar Ponds Road. Look for a GLLT sign on the right. This is the Mountain Trail. There is a second access 0.5 miles farther west on 5 Kezar Ponds Road for Ron’s Loop. Here is a link for all Lovell Land trust trails: https://www.gllt.org/five-kezars-reserve 2 Local waterfalls only 2 miles away. Drive back out to 5 Kezars road. Take a right on the paved road. It will turn back into dirt. Keep on this road until you see a beautiful stone house on your left. Keep going just up the hill and you will see a right turn into the woods where you can park. There are no signs for Kezar gorge. Hike towards the sound of the falls. There is a small cave under the falls you can climb up into if you are a strong swimmer. There is a second set of falls if you hike down the river. A most magical spot for sure. Virginia lake is in the White Mountain National forest and is only 6 miles (n a ten minute drive away) Sometimes you have to hike in a bit to get to the beach. Shallow beach is great for children and dogs. Keewayden Lake Dam is a fun place to swim in a local lake. Only and 8 minute drive Keoka lake has a nice beach with a dock to swim too. !0 minutes Covered Bridge in Bethel Screw Ager falls at Graftons Notch State park 45 min drive Ski resorts nearby are Sunday River, Mt Abrams and Pleasant Mt

Queen bed in loft and futon downstairs. Has an outhouse. Stocked with basics for cooking on regular size grill, small grill and new 2 burner camp stove. Cabin is well insulated, uses a Big Buddy heater for heat in winter .The rain barrel is only for water for fire pit! Not drinkable!! You fill the black bucket and put it near fire pit while having a camp fire. New solar lights installed, really brightens up cabin!

There is a beautiful hike to a mountain lookout view of an amazing panoramic of lakes and mountains including Mt Washington and Pleasant Ski mountain. From 5 Kezars rd turn right onto Kezars Ridge Drive, the last camp road before the pavement ends.) At 0.6 miles keep right onto 5 Kezar Ponds Road. Look for a GLLT sign on the right. This is the Mountain Trail. There is a second access 0.5 miles farther west on 5 Kezar Ponds Road for Ron’s Loop. Here is a link for all Lovell Land trust trails: https://www.gllt.org/five-kezars-reserve 2 Local waterfalls only 2 miles away. Drive back out to 5 Kezars road. Take a right on the paved road. It will turn back into dirt. Keep on this road until you see a beautiful stone house on your left. Keep going just up the hill and you will see a right turn into the woods where you can park. There are no signs for Kezar gorge. Hike towards the sound of the falls. There is a small cave under the falls you can climb up into if you are a strong swimmer. There is a second set of falls if you hike down the river. A most magical spot for sure. Virginia lake is in the White Mountain National forest and is only 6 miles (n a ten minute drive away) Sometimes you have to hike in a bit to get to the beach. Shallow beach is great for children and dogs. Keewayden Lake Dam is a fun place to swim in a local lake. Only and 8 minute drive Keoka lake has a nice beach with a dock to swim too. !0 minutes Covered Bridge in Bethel Screw Ager falls at Graftons Notch State park 45 min drive Ski resorts nearby are Sunday River, Mt Abrams and Pleasant Mt

Perfect peaceful spot to relax and shut down. We didn't really need anything but we knew April was there if we did. There are a lot of little things April leaves in the cabin in case you forget anything which is appreciated. It is decorated so cute with little lights inside which I appreciated at night. The spot is gorgeous with the sound and sights of a brook and trees. What more could you ask for? Sitting by the fire watching the moon rise and sipping coffee with the sun rise was so enjoyable. We didn't bring our dogs but will in the future. A great spot for them. You are in nature and have total peace but with the security of knowing April is right there if needed and hiking and stores are close by if you need them. Highly recommend this spot.

I loved camping on Lori's land. All the glamping tents are very private, and you have to walk about 100 yards from the car, so there is no noise at all. The outhouse was super clean and so cool inside. The bed in the tent was very comfortable and had enough room for the dog as well. The land is beautiful with North Conway only a 30 min drive for great food and coffee! I highly recommend this Hip Camp!

The cabin was adorable. I enjoyed my weekend “unplugged.” There are solar lights which work perfect when the sun goes down. The cabin contained everything needed for cooking. There were several options for additional lights if needed - including lanterns to take to the outhouse. I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend!

We had a fantastic stay in Billy's camper last weekend when we were in the area to bike at Highland. We enjoyed it so much we're going back next week! His property is private with beautiful Mountain View's and the camper was spotless with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. He was an amazing host, even dropping off wood so we could make a fire in the evening. It felt more like a relaxing getaway than staying in a hotel like we usually do, and the camper had plenty of space for several adults to stay comfortably. He isn't kidding that you need four wheel drive to get up the steep driveway - but the views are worth it!

Billy is a great host! He's bought a beautiful plot of land and is developing it himself, and in the mean time has created a few sites for folks of the hipcamp persuasion. We stayed in the camper, it was super comfortable, and Billy was very responsive and helpful to make sure we had a great stay. I'd highly recommend. Only note would be that when you enter the property, it kind of looks like you're driving into a construction site, Billy's driveway goes straight up hill and the address marker is a small plaque on the road. You're in the right place, and if you have trouble finding it just give Billy a call. 10 min from Tilton, Tilt'N Diner is right there, plus a walgreens and anything else you may need. Great spot, we'll be back for sure!

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at this cozy cabin for a long weekend, and it exceeded all expectations — peaceful, rustic, and beautifully nestled in nature. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and provided just the right level of comfort for a relaxing escape. Mark was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival. He personally guided us to the cabin, which sits tucked away behind his home — far enough to feel private and secluded, yet close enough for easy access. He even provided us with firewood, which made our evenings by the fire especially cozy. Throughout our stay, he was respectful of our privacy but checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. His local recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our time in the area. There’s a full bathroom with a warm shower just a short walk down by the main house, which was convenient and added to the “off-grid but comfortable” charm of the stay. Overall, a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was a great campsite! Close to the hikes in White Mountain yet enough away from the crowd. The tent setup and beds are cozy, there are a lot of supplies to use, and as everyone says but worth repeating this is the nicest and cleanest outhouse I've seen. Unfortunately I was only here for a brief stay as I was just passing through, but would love to come back for a longer time.
