Our tent and yurt sites are located on 5 acres of private woods and are 4 acres apart to allow for maximum privacy for our guests! Parking for both sites are shared. The tent is 50 yards up a rustic wooded path through the woods and the yurt is an 800 yard (10 minute) uphill walk from the parking area. Both sites are adjacent to our local network of hiking/biking trails that connect to the summit of Mount Agassiz, which offers stunning views of Franconia Notch. Additionally, within a half hour drive, you have access to some of the best hiking in the North East. We are happy to provide recommendations! The surrounding towns are home to three different breweries, numerous restaurants serving up delicious food and quaint main streets. Through the generous permission of surrounding landowners and the stewardship of the Bethlehem Trails Association, guests can access this trail network to enjoy the views from the summit of Mount Agassiz for top notch single-track mountain biking. We live one town over and are just a phone call away. If you walk the trails, you may encounter a friendly neighbor's dog but all our guests enjoy the privacy and solitude the mountain provides. Our glamping wall tent is best suited for adventurous guests seeking a getaway in an off-grid setting. From the marked parking area, the tent is located 50 yards up a rustic wooded path through the woods. Please be prepared to carry your belongings. A headlamp or flashlight is essential to help you navigate to and from the tent at night. The 168 square foot canvas tent is 12x14 with extra tall 6-ft walls. The front opens onto an extended 8-ft deck with extra seating, and the back window looks out to the forest. The tent has a king-sized bed. Towels, bed linens and extra blankets are provided. Adirondack deck chairs on the covered front porch will allow you to enjoy the stillness of the evening. **Woodstove** There is a wood burning stove in the tent that is available to use. If you would like to have a fire, please plan to bring your own fire wood and carefully follow all safety instructions. We provide woolen blankets and down bedding, but the temperatures can be unpredictable during the late spring and fall. We highly recommend a careful look at the forecast prior to your arrival. We are an off-grid property without electricity or running water. We provide 2 small battery packs for USB/USB-C devices to power phones, 2 bedside fans and rechargeable lamps. At the parking area 50 yards from the tent is the outbuilding with an outdoor toilet (which looks like a normal toilet!), and a heated shower. A 35 gallon water tank coupled with a propane heater and pump, provide water for the outdoor shower and potable drinking water. ***Please Note*** We do not provide any cooking or eating supplies. We do provide a picnic table next to the parking area if you choose to bring food, but we ask that you please store any food you choose to bring in your car. This is an attempt to reduce smells and avoid property damage from wildlife including several black bears who make their home on the mountain. The tent is adjacent to our local network of hiking/biking trails that connect to the summit of Mount Agasszi, which offers stunning views of Franconia Notch. We ask that you respect both the natural beauty of the mountain as well as the stillness and silence it provides. We live locally and are just a phone call away should you need anything! No Smoking We have a strict no smoking policy at the tent (both inside and outside). Any smoking will result in a $200 fine and a complaint to Hipcamp. We have children and families staying with us during the season and take the cleanliness of our space very seriously.

Enjoy a gorgeous view of Mount Washington in your 24' yurt in the heart of the White Mountains. Best for adventurous guests seeking a getaway in a private, off-grid setting. The yurt is located on 5 acres of private woods and shares parking with our sister property- "Luxury Trailside Glamping Tent." You can follow both the yurt and tent on our Insta @yurtdiaries. Our yurt is best suited for adventurous guests seeking a getaway in a private, off-grid setting. From the marked parking area, the yurt is an 800 foot walk (~10 minutes) uphill to the yurt along a rustic wooded path through the woods. There is no direct vehicle access, so please be prepared to carry in your belongings. A headlamp or flashlight is essential to help you navigate to and from the yurt at night. The 425 square foot, 24' diameter yurt, has three sliding glass windows that look due East to Mount Washington. Additionally, two windows look out to the forest in back. **No Fire Policy** There is no heat or campfires at the yurt. We provide woolen blankets and down bedding, but the temperatures can be unpredictable during the late spring and fall. We highly recommend a careful look at the forecast prior to your arrival. The wood stove is permanently dismantled and is not available for guest use. The yurt has a small solar array and a 1000wh battery which can charge USB devices (like your phone) and power devices with traditional plugs (like your laptop). It will not however, support an AC heater. Due to the fickle nature of the weather, we cannot guarantee power - we like to think of it as a bonus, but should not be relied on. A 60 gallon water tank coupled with a propane heater and pump, provide water for an outdoor shower and potable drinking water. A separate outbuilding houses the outdoor toilet which looks like a normal toilet! We provide coffee and tea along with a kettle and two-burner gas stove for heating water. Additionally, we provide a gas grill (gas for the stove, grill and water heater is provided!). The yurt has a small, high efficiency refrigerator to store snacks and post-adventure drinks (powered by the solar battery, which is weather dependent. We try our best to update guests prior to check in if the current power supply is too low.) Any food you choose to bring should always be stored in the refrigerator or in the food storage boxes which we supply. ***Please Note*** we do not provide any pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates/bowls etc. This is an attempt to reduce smells and avoid property damage from wildlife including several black bears who make their home on the mountain. The yurt has a king-sized bed as well as a futon, and can comfortably sleep four. Towels, bed linens and extra blankets are provided. Several upholstered chairs make for comfortable indoor seating while deck chairs will allow you to enjoy the sunrise and the stillness of the evening during what we call "pink mountain time." With special permission and a small fee, we can accommodate additional guests if you bring a tent. We ask that all windows be closed when the yurt is empty to make it less inviting for animals, so expect the yurt to be hot on your arrival/return but know that it cools off very quickly once the windows are opened. Guests access includes the yurt and its 30'x36' platform, outdoor toilet and shower as well as the surrounding walking path and trails that transect the property. Additionally, through the generous permission of surrounding landowners and the stewardship of the Bethlehem Trails Association, guests can access this trail network to enjoy the views from the summit of Mount Agasszi for top notch single-track mountain biking. **Note** Parking is shared with our sister tent property. Please provide quiet and privacy when walking past the tent. We live one town over and are just a phone call away. Luxury tent with cozy wood stove
The private campsite with the Yurt was so nice, I have never had a bed while camping in a tent before so that was a very cozy experience. The warmth from the wood stove kept insulated very well so we were warm enough all night. The walk from the car to the tent wasn't bad at all and the shower/toilet was very nice to have on-site. It was super close to Franconia notch so I felt I didn't have to rush for morning reservations. I would definitely stay again!

Great tent/grounds set up! Location is very convenient to get on main road and head in any direction for activities. Wood stove definitely does the job if you’re coming in colder months. We wanted to get out camping for a quick weekend and this was Perfect option without having to set up tent and more yourself

How lovely, private, safe, calm, clean, beautiful place! The host is SUPER responsive, anything you need they will reply w the best attitude. The instructions are very clear. One of the most beautiful things was founding a little bed where my dog can sleep that was the cherry on top. Very close to town. We love the place and the town unfortunately was a very short trip but we planning in go back for more days.

Megan’s place is magical! Everything is so beautiful, has everything you need and was just what I needed for the weekend! Bed was sooo comfy and linens, location is unbelievable and view is not to be missed! Will be back!

Secluded, peaceful retreat

My partner stayed here two nights, it's a perfect location if you're planning to access the SW section of the White's. The woodstove is a nice touch and the shower was great after a sweaty day in the mountains. It's really close to Bethlehem which has some good restaurants and a coffee shop which we hit on our way out. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had the best time at Megan’s site. The location was perfect. Access to locals trails, restaurants, and bigger hikes if you wanted to drive a little ways. The tent was cozy and comfortable. Megan was quick to respond when I reached out about a couple different things. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thank you, Megan!

This was a perfect spot as a home base for our hike up Mt. Monroe and Mt. Washington. Perfectly situated between the trail head and conveniences like the town of Bethlehem or Littleton and tons of hiking. The tent had all the conveniences you might need like lights, batteries to charge devices, and a stove if it gets too cold (but we found the tent actually kept the heat pretty well and even though the lows were in the 40s we didn’t need it.) The bed was also super comfortable. We will definitely return.

White Mountain Views Trailside Yurt
Our stay here was great. The location is close to many hikes in the White Mountains, including a short hike right from the yurt to a stunning summit. Bethlehem is a cute town with shops and options for dining (Maia Papaya was delicious). We also went into Littleton - there is an extensive natural food co-op. The yurt is private with a lovely view. It is roomy, and well-furnished, and has a beautiful deck. With a cooktop, water, hot shower and dry-flush toilet, it has all the amenities to be super comfortable while still off-grid. Highly recommend staying here!

White Mountain Views Trailside Yurt
The yurt was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, we didn’t want to leave. It’s obvious that it’s well taken care of. The deck was a great hangout spot and the trails behind the yurt led to a great view. The outhouse was well kept and having the option to take an outdoor shower was very cool. 10/10 would recommend!

I loved staying in the yurt. The property is very private and peaceful. The walk up from the parking area was a bit challenging (for out-of-shape me that is) but great for my cardio workout. The shower and dry flush toilet are the perfect amenities to the camping experience! I would highly recommend this property for a quiet and beautiful getaway!

A Cozy Adventure in Nature Stayed: June 27–29 | Location: Bethlehem, Grafton, NH My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at this luxury tent nestled deep in the woods of Grafton, NH. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in nature, the peace and quiet of the forest, the fresh mountain air, and the simplicity of being off-grid made it a truly refreshing escape. The first night was a bit adventurous, as the weather turned rough just as we checked in. But once we settled into the warm, cozy bed near the wood stove, we slept like babies. Even being six months pregnant, I felt incredibly comfortable , something I was initially worried about. My husband had his doubts too, but the host was incredibly reassuring and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The mattress was cozy and supportive, and the tent stayed warm through the night. One of the highlights of our stay was hiking about 15–20 minutes from camp to catch a stunning view of Mt. Agassiz. The weather cleared up beautifully the next day, and standing there, surrounded by trees with the mountain in view, was pure magic. We also enjoyed gathering wood and cooking our own meals at the site, a simple pleasure that added to the sense of adventure. Bathing in the wild was a unique and freeing experience! And at night, the stargazing was surreal, with no city lights around, the sky was pitch black and full of stars. The cozy fairy lights around the tent created such a warm, calming atmosphere.

Delightful
Luxury tent with cozy wood stove
Everything was cozy and comfortable. The parking, the bed, the wood stove, the warm shower under the stars after a day of exploring, the clean and comfortable outhouse, everything was as described. A true delight, and we would recommend to anyone who wants the privacy and tranquility of a camspite in the woods, with all the extra comfort and convenience you could really ask for. The cherry on top for us was the access to the beautiful local trails right from the property. Great spot, great hosts!

My family and I had a lovely time at this site! Beautiful location, lovely tent, and a hot shower! Fantastic after a day of hiking. The wood stove takes the chill out of the fall air in the tent and everyone was cozy and comfortable- the tent was well stocked and decorated nicely. Very welcoming! I hope we can return soon!

We enjoyed our weekend trip Megan's land. The tent site was perfectly situated and was 100% as advertised. The site amenities were perfect. The site was private, quiet and picturesque. A little extra comfort goes a long way after fun, but strenuous days in the mountains. A real unexpected bonus was Bethlehem, and the fun and funky options for food, drinks and supplies. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience, comfy bed clean, shower was either ice cold or burning hot, and you had to personally purchase a permit on the town website to have a fire outside… I feel like that would of been included.. they do provide a portable charger which was great. Would stay again. Hosts were very helpful.

The tent was great! With a forecast of heavy downpours we were a bit worried about it but we stayed warm and dry thanks to the wood burning stove inside. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we had just enough room to fit the pack and play for our baby. Waking up to a hot shower was delightful - though keep an eye out for spider friends. All in all it was quiet, private, and we were well rested to hike the next day.
