I have a place to rest for a couple nights, there is a small non motorized lake across the road. Dunbar is not to far away and there you can find Thermal Chaos, it's a great bbq place, they also have great burgers and 24 hr 91 non ethanol gas. You can also try Richard's supper club for great food also. I am also right on the atv trail. Marinette country has many waterfalls to explore also.
Please follow the golden rule of camping and hiking is “leave no trace.” Anything you bring in, must be carried out. Please pack your waste, trash and recyclables, and take it with you when you leave.
You may use dead and downed wood as firewood, but do not cut live trees or brush. Keep fires small and make sure your campfire is out before you leave.

Welcome to Elmcrest Acres, located in an area known to locals as Devil's Creek. Originally this was a dairy farm started by my parents in the 40's. My dad had been selling Christmas trees since 1945 and when the milking got to be too much for my mom we converted it to a Christmas tree farm in 1979. Dave & I built our home here and continue the Christmas tree tradition as well as raise Haflinger horses, The sheep started as 4H projects for our kids in the 90's and now my daughter and I have a small flock. Lots of great fishing along the Peshtigo river and a great place for camp when hunting. The property is on the edge of 100's of acres of county forest that can be used for hiking and hunting.
Huge Elm trees to block out the sun on hot days. And every morning you'll wake up to the sounds of different bird species.
There is a driveway that goes back about 700 feet from the road. Where there is a fire pit. People usually setup their tents or RV on the driveway. If you walk through the woods west and continue down the big hill you'll reach the Peshtigo river. You are also free to camp near the water but that requires you to take a boat/canoe to the property.
Please pack out all garbage.
The driveway is on the northern most edge of the property so please stay to the south.

We are a small bar and grill 12 miles west of Crivitz WI. Conveniently located right on the ATV and Snowmobile trails. There are plenty of lakes and steams for the avid fisherman. We are located just a few miles east of the Nicolet National Forest. We have great food and always a friendly atmosphere. So come on up and join us for a relaxing week or just a weekend.Camp in our nicely furnished tent cabins, Site #1 ( Bri's Hideaway) is furnished with a queen bed, love seat and refrigerator. Site #2 ( Adam's Getaway ) is furnished with a full bed, 1 cot style bunk beds and a refrigerator. We recommend bringing sleeping bags for both sites during the cool weather camping, we furnish some blankets but may not be adequate for the chilly nights in the later season. We are right on the ATV trails, with many lakes, rivers and trout streams close by. There is whitewater rafting nearby for the trill seekers. Or if you enjoy hiking, the Nichole National Forest is minutes away. You can relax on the front deck of your tent cabin or sit by the campfire. We are a small country bar & grill. We have a great Friday night fish fry, or try our famous chicken dinner, or one of our homemade pizzas, we have wraps, sandwiches and more. We are located 1 hour north of Green Bay, WI. The tent cabins will be open May 1st through October 31st with a shower room available. There is limited heating available in the units. Please plan accordingly. Due to the somewhat limited internet access at the camp sites, we may be unable to respond in a timely fashion to your email.

You'll be camping on our Stanley lake sugarbush property. Lakefront sites have power and water - are located in a grassy clearing on the shores of Stanley Lake. ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS OR TRUCKS ON PROPERTY - E-bikes are ok!!
Primitive sites are amongst the maple trees of our sugarbush operation, within walking distance of the lake. These sites do not yet have water or electricity, but water is available from spigots at the lake clearing.
Stanley lake is just shy of 400 acres, known for walleye and bass. It is an all sports lake with no limited wake hours. Feel free to roam our woods - you will notice the blue maple lines come to an end at our east and west property lines, as well as a no trespassing sign on the lake clearing to the west line. Deer here are plentiful, and you can often get them to eat from your hand, provided you have apples. Iron county has a tremendous ORV/snowmobile trail system. You can drive your machine right from our property to the trails. There are two golf courses in the area, as well as a vast bicycle trail system. Ski Brule ski hills and sporting clay operation are a few miles from the property. Countless acres of public land for recreation!

Bells Acres is a large property with abundant history! Originally homesteaded by a Finnish family in the 1800s, we are only the 4th family to own this property. Doc Bell operated his veterinarian practice from this farm starting in 1915, giving his name to the creek running through the property and the lake it feeds. A family from Finland purchased the property from the Bell family in the 1960s and lived on the homestead until 2020 when we purchased it. Phenomenal time! Went with a couple friends for the weekend to do some fishing and hang out by the fire. Didn’t see a single person the whole time we were there. Very secluded and tucked away in the forest. Lots of covered fire wood around the site along with a well kept outhouse and some other amenities for the fire or bringing pets. Patrick was very responsive and super helpful. Absolutely would come back for another weekend trip!

Absolutely loved camping here over the weekend! The site was beautiful and having so much space all to ourselves was great. We enjoyed walking the trails and having a fire at night! As a solo woman camper I felt very safe here, though I do bring our large dog along as well.

Found my perfect place when visiting Marquette. Just a 20min drive away. This property has lots of space, quiet and beauty. Trails to walk, trees to hang your hammock but mostly I enjoyed the peaceful fire looking up at all the stars in the evening. Wow! The hosts were so nice as well!

I cannot emphasize enough how marvelous of a place this was! The property is absolutely stunning, incredible views. The most important part of finding somewhere to stay for us was privacy, traveling with our pet rooster a normal campground wouldn’t do. This site hit it out of the park- 120 acres all to ourselves! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, offering us anything that we could possible need. They had firewood prepared for us, and when we asked for more it magically appeared. The barn is a short drive away and had a nice bathroom, we were also able to fill up the water tank on our camper. Saw many deer in the area, also got to see a porcupine! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are so grateful to Donna and her husband for sharing their magnificent land with us.

We happen to be the only campers there during the week. The Homestead site with electric was clean and very quiet. The porta potty was clean. If you are mountain biking the RAMBA trails and want a quiet spot with electricity, I highly recommend Joni and Phil's space.

The Hill Top campsite was amazing. A small clearing nestled in the trees well off the main roadway and very close to Sporley Lake. Hydro and water included on the site, along with a clean outhouse close by. The property is beautiful and the lake is calm and clear. Sam’s dad Tony was welcoming and was a wealth of knowledge about the lake and surrounding area. For any future visitors, Tony loves fudge from Mackinaw Island. So bring him a treat! 😜

Very well kept site and easy to find! Nice spot on Bark River. It rained the entire time we were there, so we didn’t have a fire, but plenty of fire wood and a nice fire pit. T-Mobil had good cell service. Great for dogs! There is a home nearby, you can’t see through the trees, but you can definitely hear their dog/them when outside. Great value - would recommend!

We found the cabin to be comfortable and extremely well thought out with comforts and functionality. Cannot wait to see the finished approach to the loft. We loved the Gazebo area and the hike out to the point. Rustic (outhouse) but very clean. Explored the river in the canoe and also went out into the Reservoir, nature at it’s finest- Loon with it’s baby fishing right off the point. Peaceful and secluded, will not disappoint in our opinion.
