This is "High Falls Get-a-Way" a Northwoods RV Camping site with FULL HOOK UPs set-up on our private land across from Twin Bridge Park an area west of Crivitz, Wisconsin. 1 hour 10 min north of Green Bay, WI. Dedicated driveway with level and cleared area for maneuvering ease. Surrounded by mature hardwoods. Great for full week, worry free stays with water, 30 amp outlet , and direct septic hook up. Fire-pit, picnic table, self-serve firewood available. Explore during the day Relax around the crackling campfire Make smore's- enjoy your favorite beverage Wake to the birds chirping with your morning coffee ABOUT THIS AREA: Laid back vibe- Twin Bridge is a popular recreational area of Marinette County with many county parks close by boasting majestic waterfalls and beautiful walking trails for exploration. Large bodies of water High Falls Flowage and Caldron Falls Reservoir popular for fishing, boating, and swimming with sandy shorelines. Peshtigo River and nearby Menominee for rafting. The past few years have noted an increase in tourism especially with ATV/UTV's with direct access to hundreds of acres with adjacent Oconto County. THINGS TO DO: Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Rafting, ATV/UTV (direct Access), Hiking, Golfing, Crafting/Shopping, Food, Ice Cream, Rent a Paddle Board/Kayak/Row Boat/or Pontoon from Popp's Resort, ATV/UTV rentals nearby, Tube float on a Lazy Peshtigo River, or white water rafting. Explore Governor Thompson State Park or County Parks: Twin Bridge, Veteran's, Goodman or Mc Clintock. Take a short drive to town of Crivitz or Lakewood, WI with large grocery store, enchanted shops, candy shop/winery. Friendly bar and grills abundant. De Young Family Zoo in Michigan only a 45 minute drive! 1 hour north to Iron Mountain. Worried about supplies? Dollar General and several gas stations, supper club, family friendly bar and grills close by. That "UP NORTH" feel without being to isolated. Sorry- this is not a group site. Our back-in site capacity is for 1 camper/RV, up to 2 vehicles (car/truck) plus 1 additional trailer for guests hauling (boat/atv/utv...) . RV/camper site only- camper/rv must provide their own bathroom. (we no longer offer tent camping)In The Heart of Summer Recreational Hot Spot Twin Bridge! Guest capacity is up to 8 and pets are always welcomed Native wildlife are present. Weekends/holidays can be busy in the area. Site is directly across from Twin Bridge Park on Parkway Rd. Hipcamp charges a reservation/booking fee and is non refundable- for this reason, please feel free to contact with any questions you may have prior to booking- happy to assist!!! Off leash, on leash. There are neighbors and wildlife native to this area and street can get busy in summer. Please do not allow your pet to wander- keeping your pet(s) leashed or with-in control and with-in designated area at all times- following county/state general common sense and courtesy- Picking up/properly disposing of droppings. Additional clean up may result in additional fees.

Pack it out
Although the general area is populated with recreational activity, this is the Northwoods with general wildlife- so following safety in regard to not leaving food/garbage out is recommended. Any garbage and recycles would have to be removed and is the responsibility of the camper. Our town offers garbage and recycle disposal T, SAT, SUN (facility is only 3 miles away). Recycles are free, garbage: 30gal bag or less $1.00 per bag.

It was a nice quiet single site. It is close to a nice county park and within driving distance for many other county and state parks. There was great communication from the owners and info provided for the area at the site.

We had a great time visiting this site. There is a lot to do in the area and a nice dog beach in walking distance from the site so our pups were in heaven! We also rented a boat from twin bridge four seasons and enjoyed the gorgeous lake 🤩.

Plenty of room, clean full hook up.Is located near multiple activities, fishing, kyacking, boating, water falls ect. Definitely a nice place to stay. Would stay again.

Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hipcamp site! It was so close to so many great activities and restaurants! The site was very clean and the startup firewood they left for free was very nice since we didn't get in until late. It was also nice to be able to purchase more on site! The site does sit close to the road, so we were a little concerned about our dogs, but we were able to park to block off some of the view and we didn't have any issues. Lori was super nice to work with and was thankfully close by to help us jump start our vehicle on the last day! lol (never fails) We rented a boat from Popps Marina (super affordable and friendly people) and we ate dinner at Rene's Supper Club. We are already trying to plan a trip back to the area!

Great location, beautiful private site and wonderful hosts! The Crivitz area may lag behind in popularity from the Northwoods like Eagle River, however it deserves more credit, its a beautiful region, great people, abd we will return!

We absolutely love this place. Richard and Lori are exceptional hosts and their site is always up to par. We bring 4 dogs with us and by the time we leave they are wiped from all the fun activities.

Exactly as advertised - super responsive and helpful host. Full hookups for the camper-trailer were really convenient and easily accessible. Private space with bonfires at night was a treat and being right down the road from the state park made for plenty of fun daytime activities.

It was peaceful, even though you heard road noise. It truly was peaceful. Loved the location, close to everything, we went atving and trails were just down road. The property was very well maintained, nicely set up. We will definitely be back many times. Not sure I want to recommend it because I would like to keep our little secret, but it was wonderful.

My husband and I had a wonderful time camping here. The site was very well kept, there was a pile of wood for us when we arrived that burned nicely, and more we could purchase if needed which was a nice touch, although we didn’t need it 😊. The site was very spacious. Lori and Richard were very kind and gave tons of recommendations for places to checkout in the area. We brought our dogs to swim at a nearby boat landing/dog beach and they loved it! We will certainly be back!

This place is so nice. It has everything you need and more. It’s far enough away to have your privacy but close enough to hiking, fishing, swimming, and even a dog beach. I always look for places my pups will enjoy and this place did not disappoint it was great. The hosts were great! Highly recommend!

This site was the best site we camped at in the 20+ years my wife and I have camped together. It's roomy, well maintained, and the pad is level. Our dogs were in heaven from getting to run around so much. Rich and Lori are great hosts who went above and beyond when it came to answering any questions we had. 10/10 and we will be back.

We spent a 3 day weekend here and when we pulled in we were immediately impressed by how well kept the property is. Everything on the site was new or like new condition. It is very clear they take great pride in caring for the campsites and doing things the right way. They are adding additional sites which appear like they will also be very nice. We are excited to have a nice place like this that we can also have more from our group stay at the same nice place. It was tempting to keep this place a secret so no one else books it when we want it, but they earned our 5 star review. Looking forward to returning with a group when the additional sites are ready.

Privacy + water, electric, septic!

Staying at Richard and Lori's "High Falls Get-a-Way" was very enjoyable! Even though we arrived when it was pitch black, hooking up to the electricity and water, with our flash lights, was very easy. This was also our FIRST time hooking up an RV and it was even easy for us. :) The septic dump pipe is also on same side with electric and water hook ups. When we were ready to drain the RV tanks, we didn't even have to move. Very nice for newbies! Another hospitable amenity is their large fire pit surrounded by rocks and chairs. They even had a firewood setup, in teepee formation, for our first night. After a long day of hiking, this was very much appreciated. With our fire starter and lighter, we had a fire going in no time. Lori and Richard also have local maps and magazines in a container on site. With their notes and suggestions, we were able to dive right into our day. The lot is spacious, private and near road. Their large storage garage is right across from the campsite but honestly with all of the space, privacy, and hook-ups, we still found it very enjoyable. Twin Bridge Park is basically across the street. Very fun playground area and beach. We also walked to Popp's (30 minute walk) and rented a fishing pontoon. We drove to Veteran's Memorial Park and Goodman Park. Enjoyed some easy hiking and seeing waterfalls. Definitely recommend Richard and Lori's site plus the area. We visited October 6-10, and while it was a little chilly, we still had a very nice time.

Absolutely an amazing site. Easy to find and right on the trail. Site was clean and level. When we arrived there was a fire laid out in the fire pit. On the electrical post there was an assortment of maps and guides lor local attractions. The last morning we were there a black squirrel was playing in the yard. Definitely on the list to visit again

The camp site haven provided by Lori and Richard is quiet and away from the busyness They had a beautiful fire ready to start upon arrival, had firewood, and hookup’s for our 5th wheel.
