There is a casino located in Petoskey on Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan as well as Mackinaw, and are a short drive away! My husband and I had an amazing time. We were welcomed by the hosts who showed us around and had recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area! They were constantly checking in, making sure we had a great time. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy. It is a great experience for those who enjoy camping but want a cozy bed to sleep in at night. The hosts also made sure we had fire wood each day and cleaned the outhouse every day. Would highly recommend this prosperity, we will be back!

My best friend and I took a much-needed girl's trip to C&A in August. Aimee's communication and directions were extremely thorough, and amenities were better than a hotel. We packed as if we were going camping, but quickly realized we way overpacked, as Aimee had thought of everything. Chad and Aimee are lovely humans and gave us our space but still made communication easily accessible when there were any questions. We loved our campsite and enjoyed soaking up the scenery, hammocks, and firepit. The bathhouse was fully equipped with toiletries, a mini fridge, a large sink, snacks, tea, and coffee maker. Cell service was spotty, but texts still came and went eventually. The geography of this part of Michigan is absolutely beautiful, and we will keep C&A in mind for future adventures.

Weekend Trip to Torch Lake Stays

Connie and Dave have a beautiful property and went above and beyond as hosts. Their adorable A-frame was plenty of room for me and a friend to check out Northern MI. The property was clean and well taken care of and we felt completely out in nature with the off grid feel. On our second day my friend and I had a bit of car trouble (dead battery) but Dave came straight to our rescue! Although some of our plans didn’t pan out because of the car trouble, we still had a fabulous vacation. My absolute favorite part of the trip was the creek on this property, what a magical place to vacation❤️✨

We had a wonderful stay at the Bunkhouse Among the Pines! Christine's cabin was a perfect place to rest after exploring the Traverse City area. The outhouse was clean and the outdoor shower was hot. We were very comfortable and enjoyed watching fireflies in the evening and birds in the morning. On our trip we went blueberry picking, cherry picking and hiking at Sleeping Bear Dunes. Best campground we've ever stayed at. The canvas tent was so perfect for us. All the little touches around the campground were amazing. Like the little decorative touches inside the tent to the amazing landscaping around the tent. The lights on the tent were a sweet addition too. The bathrooms so clean and welcoming with aroma machine! The brick walkway to the bathroom was done so well. The people were so efficient and friendly at the desk. Loved everything about our stay. Weekend Trip to Bunkhouse in the Pines

My family absolutely loved staying in the little cabin. Lots of room and the necessities are already provided, including warm running water. Christine was an excellent host, offering us an extra night after missing the first from car troubles during travel. Very grateful for her kindness and flexibility, as we had a hard time finding the correct spot for putting up the tent after a long few days of travel. She was more concerned about the slant than the fact we were in the wrong spot. Hoping to return in the future!
