We have another tiny house on the property. Each tiny house has its own privacy. They are located approx. 40 yards apart, separated by a piece of forest. You will have the whole tiny house to yourselves. Enjoy the hammock, relax by a bonfire, enjoy the stars. We live on the property, not far away so are available if you have any questions, etc. We have a two night minimum stay. There is a book in the house full of info on our favorites...favorite place for breakfast, favorite beach, mt. bike, etc. Other things to note: We have a french press for making coffee and provide fair-trade coffee. I haven't been able to update the caption on our "outdoor shower-like structure"-this is a rinse station-perfect for cooling down on a hot day! We have an indoor shower and flush toilet. We are pet-friendly and have hosted many groups with dogs. There is a $20/per pet/per night fee, which will not be included in your total. Please leave this money before departure. We require pet owners to follow our pet policy. Inquire for a copy of it. We built our family home in the woods behind the tiny house. When leafed out, the trees protect the view but just want to make sure you are aware of this before you arrive. Before the leaves are out, you will see the house behind the tiny house. We recently had to have some excavation work done so the area around the tiny house is in need of landscaping and time to re-grow vegetation. I will be working on this as soon as I can but just wanted to make sure you were aware before your arrival. Cozy, cute tiny house, loft alittle tricky if you mobility issues, relatively quiet, it’s between 2 homes and another tiny house. Loved having all the comforts of home. Good proximity to Lake Michigan and activities. Loved our stay

Coziest little cabin!

The tiny house was perfect! It was just right for a weekend get away. The bed was comfortable, and the tiny home had everything we needed for a great weekend. The host was so accommodating and super easy to reach, I highly recommend this spot for a cozy weekend retreat!

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed the weekend on this tiny house for my 37th birthday. The house was lovely and we had everything we needed. There’s a little packet in the house with info on local things to do, trails, restaurants, etc. We went on a hike, went downtown for shops and food, and were beyond blessed to see a STUNNING sunset — all based off the suggestions in the packet from the owners! 10/10 all around. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back for my birthday next year! We plan to make it an annual tradition.

Tiny Home Weekend Retreat

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

This was a lovely spot to get away from everyone. While driving past the neighbor’s trailer was a bit unsightly, we did not encounter any issues with anyone. The location was close enough to towns to grab a bite to eat and bum around town, it was also far enough away for privacy. The tiny home itself was very quaint from the moment we saw it. Once inside, the propane heat had already been lit to take the chill off on this pre-winter fall weekend. The loft bed mattress was super comfortable and there was more room up there than we expected. The ladder is right next to the wall, which made getting up and down a little tricky in the middle of the night with the propane heater right below and boy does that get hot. Would have loved a couch of some sort to sit on vs the table and chairs, but everything was still fantastic. We were also able to make a fire each night and enjoy some cool evenings fireside. The hosts were very attentive and answered all questions very quickly.

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

I spent a wonderful birthday weekend at Lisa’s tiny house and I wish I could have stayed another week! The tiny house was spotlessly clean, perfectly ordered, and beautifully functional. The kitchen has everything you need for one or two people, the loft bed is sooo cosy and comfy, and the living space is furnished with plenty of seating and lovely books and games for those who didn’t bring any. The little propane heater on the wall kept me quite comfortable in the cool evenings and mornings. I didn’t use the fire pit outside because it was a bit chilly when I was there but I did eye it enviously and I’m sure the view of the night sky at nice is amazing. The little bathroom in the back of the tiny house has a toilet and walk-in-shower and is perfect for a quick rinse off. I brought my dog and she slept comfortably on her bed under the table. Lisa’s directions were spot on, making the house very easy to find and to figure out where to park. The drive is not long, so if you are worried about making the little hill on the way out, it’s not far to walk your things to the tiny house. The tiny house is so conveniently located to so much great hiking and small northern Michigan towns, never more than 15 minutes to anything interesting. We enjoyed the nearby trails, the views of the lake, and the local breweries. I can’t speak highly enough of the space that Lisa has created and maintained. It feels so wonderfully peaceful and has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay.

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

The space is so wonderful! I felt so relaxed while I was there. The house is so much nicer than I was expecting for a tiny house - super comfortable and I especially loved the indoor toilet and outdoor shower :) Thanks to Lisa for a great experience.

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

Lisa’s space is absolutely beautiful. She is very friendly and provided us with everything we needed plus some! The hiking and beach recommendations she provided were a highlight of the trip, on top of the tiny house experience. The bed was comfortable, outdoor shower was amazing, and the property was very peaceful. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed a few nights in the tiny house and loved it! The place was peaceful and cozy. I totally recommend this site for anyone wanting to getaway and enjoy nature. The tiny house was nicely furnished and had all the necessities.

Tiny House **Cabin Delight!**

What a magical place! The thoughtful and artful design of the tiny house really impressed us -- everything is well-crafted and the whole property is designed with care and attention to detail. We had a lovely evening bonfire and laid in the hammock looking up at the (plentiful) stars. The tiny house is cozy and the bed is super comfortable, plus it's a short drive from the Frankfort beach on Lake Michigan as well as Arcadia dunes! I would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for a little getaway with an impeccable aesthetic. Thanks so much Lisa!
