Sunshine Cottage is our heated tiny cabin with one single bed and some amenities. wifi is spotty while we work to extend. There are also grassy and woodsy spaces for van, tent or camper stays. short term stays only. very nice and clean outdoor composting toilet. outdoor shower during warmer months. 1 quiet pet per camp rental on leash only. must clean up after pet. not fully fenced.

Our farm is 15 acres of a mix between wetland, open fields, and woods. In the spring there is a small creek that flows from the wetland. In the winter, the wetland freezes over for added adventure. We have 12 chickens on site, 2 hoop houses, perennial berry bushes, grape vines, and seasonal veggies. Within 20 minutes of our property there are dozens of options for hiking and mountain bike trails, lakes, rivers, restaurants, museums, and more!

Our property is a small private campground. We have 30/20 amp electricity and water on each site. A dump station is available. We are in a suburban location that we describe as countryish. The campground is a park like setting with mature trees. The grounds are mostly shady with some areas of sun.
We have a large community fire pit. We wouldn't describe our location as a place that you would want to camp at for an extended period. Our place would be a good place to try out sleeping in an RV. You can rent one of ours and stay in it a night or two to see if you like the idea of RV camping. Our place would be a great spot to stop off at for a night while passing through or attending a nearby event.
