Camp was clean and well maintained. Most of the sites aren’t lake side (it seemed to be that way in the pictures for us), though there is access to the water. Folks who run the site are nice, and there is some room to walk the dog around camp. The shower temp was nice, and they are pretty private. Power worked well. Thanks for the stay while we were in the area!

Absolutely incredible! Would definitely book again. We got lucky enough to have the whole camp to ourselves. We brought the kayak down to the water (about a 5 min walk) and paddled around all afternoon. Little walking trails all around the property. Grill for cooking and plenty of fire wood although I did bring my own. Quiet but close enough to town. Super response host and beautiful land. Thank you for having us!

WE SAW A LYNX! Easily the highlight! With the exception of the road you definitely feel like you’re camping in the woods in the middle of no where which was the vibe we wanted. No picnic table. I would highly recommend hammock camping here as the ground is pretty uneven.
The host was super nice.

I recently stayed at The Ledges at Leeds in my 30-foot RV and had full hook-ups with 50 amp service. Everything worked flawlessly, and the site itself was clean, spacious, and easy to access. The site wasn’t perfectly level, but it was a quick and easy fix with a piece of wood under the tires.
What really stood out was the level of service. Both Chris and Mark were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome.
I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend The Ledges at Leeds to anyone looking for a well-kept, friendly, and reliable RV camping spot.

What an awesome place right on the river! We made a 10 minute drive up to Lovewell pond and floated in our tubes all afternoon right back to our camp! We tent camped and brought everything we needed but had we not Erik had offerings for grilling, an outdoor sink, picnic tables etc. (Also provides the cleanest porta-john ever!) There is also a convenience store a mile and a half away. The beach area off this property was amazing, a nice shallow section leading into a deeper swimming area. The river here is all sand and completely clear of rocks/debris etc. Thank you to Erik, for sharing this beautiful land!

Beautiful, peaceful, private wooded site. Stunning view of the woods from the pit toilet. Well thought out amenities at the site. Hostess, Shawntel, was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Serenaded by loons every night.
Would have preferred a more level tent site but would definitely stay here again.
