The style of hosting for a campsite was perfect! We purchased the firewood bundle, it was left in a nice dry place which was clutch since it rained for 2/3 days. We were able to make a nice fire even though the world was underwater!
The campsites were clean, the river was close, it was beautiful and I couldn’t ask for a better location.

Cool site by the river. It's a shared firepit. Me and 10 others decided to get all three sites and that was fantastic. Made for a super private campsite. Site was well kept. Path was well kept. Hill from car to camp was a little steep but not overwhelming with gear. Would recommend this site ti anyone. Host was great.

Awesome campsite nestled by the river. Our group got all three sites with 8 tents and had an absolute blast. Nice and private. Waterfalls were incredible. Fell asleep to the sound of the river. Parking area was good for 5 cars. Path to the site was a workout but the host has carts to transport gear. We bought firewood in advance and it was waiting for us upon arrival. Would recommend this site to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This place is awesome. There was very little traffic on the road. I didn't hear or see a single car. The amenities are clean and well maintained, including the woodshed, privy, and picnic tables. There is a pretty steep hill to get down and into the sites. I brought a 4 wheeled cart and it was excellent but difficult to get back up to the car. I would recommend a bear hang or cannister to avoid walking up and down the hill multiple times for meal time. The privy is separate from all sites, but easily accessible from all sites. This is right next to the river which was excellent white noise. There is a pool that you could take a dip in. It was very quiet. The only wildlife we encountered were some rather active toads. The site itself was roomy with a nice flat area to put the tent.

Would highly recommend camping here! Site 2 Hillside is perfect for one or two guests. I had no trouble finding the pull off or my campsite thanks to Abi's clear directions. Will definitely book again!

This was SUCH a beautiful campsite, one of my favourites that I’ve ever been to! The river was so beautiful, the trails and sites were really well maintained, and directions and everything were really clear! Will definitely be coming back!

I loved spending the weekend on Abi’s land! I booked the riverside camp ground and loved how close the water was. The directions to find the campsite were clear and everything was as described. The nearby trails and swimming hole up the road were fun to visit and the campground is located about a 30 min drive from Grafton Notch State Park. I would definitely camp here again with friends!

The river is beautiful! Its a very nice and quiet place.
But expect to make friends at this campsite as the "community firepit" is inside tent site 3, so if people need the fire to cook food, you're gonna get to know them.
Would be nice if the community pit was more centralized and not within one of the tent sites.
Also lots of people walk right through the campsite to get to river so a suggestion for the owner would be to put up a sign saying that the parking/trail is for campers only.
All in all, a very nice place, but if you're trying to avoid people while camping, I might suggest looking elsewhere.
Can't beat the location though!

Very well maintained outdoor space! One thing to note is that there is one fire pit shared for 3 sites but it wasn’t a problem and it was great talking to the other groups. Definitely check out Frenchman’s Hole swimming area as it’s right down the road. Also be mindful of the steep hill up and down to the site. We didn’t have an issue with it but it could be a bit tiring for some people.

This is our third year in a row staying at Abi’s campground! The spot is secluded, clean, and beautiful. The river access is perfect, and the fire pit is lovely. It has everything we want in a no-frills campground! Plus, Abi is such a nice person!

The listed space for people per site is inaccurate. The path from the "parking lot", is extremely steep to be carrying gear up and down. The river was great. But for the price, the unexpected lack of space, and difficulty lugging gear, I would not recommend this place, unless, staying for one night with very minimal gear. The incline of the path was not made clear in the host's description. The host(s) also showed up at our campsite unannounced, and the conversation that was had was very awkward, and ultimately made us feel unwelcome. It seems there are multiple hosts, who were not communicating well with each other, let alone communicating with us. Mainly about where to acquire our purchased bundles. The first arrival of campers were poured on all night, and were told to grab firewood at the top of the steep hill. Had to lug several trips with a wheelbarrow. You would think the hosts would be mindful of imcliment weather and notify us where to find our bundles. Once we found them, they were very small. They said we needed to pay for the extra wood that we were told to use. We considered leaving a night early, but decided to make the best of it. Overall, this place is clearly not meant for people to stay for extended period of time. Only pro to the vacation was the river. That explains the lack of photos for the sites and the overload of photos of the river. Felt pretty scammy. $250 total for three nights was not worth it.

Great spot!
Short walk up hill to vehicle for gear, but she has a garden cart available for transporting.
The river is a huge benefit to freshen up after a day outdoors.
Was everything she promised.

What a great setting. Near enough to towns and outdoor resorts to go shopping or out to get a meal, but far enough away to get lost from it. Directions are daunting to the spot, but were easy to follow in the end and the trek down to the campsite not bad (good exercise when packing in and out). River was magical. Be ready to share the firepit with other campers but it is an easy intro point.

This place was great. The river and the waterfalls by the riverside site are really beautiful. Our kids loved climbing on rocks and wading around. Definitely recommend the short drive to Frenchman's hole to jump off the waterfall. Really peaceful place.
On the practical side, the hill from parking is steep but not so bad we couldn't send our 6 year old up the hill to fetch stuff. And getting to the site was easy even in our non maneuverable van. Bathroom was clean and nice.

This is a beautiful spot! It reminds me of parts of Franconia Brook or Diana's Baths, but really private. The short hike in is enough for a backcountry camping vibe. We didn't hear cars, just river sounds. The next time, we're going to get all 3 sites for a small group.

This is a beautiful spot along the Sunday River. Swimming in the Sunday River was incredible, refreshing and relaxing. There is beautiful forest around the sites and it is a really peaceful location. It is close to many hikes and beautiful areas. The Hillside site is smaller than the other two and if I went back I would try to reserve the River site or the Fireside site. I requested to bring my own Solo stove which allowed us to have a fire at our site which worked great, otherwise, we would have needed to share a firepit with the Fireside site, as the firepit is in their site. Sharing a firepit can work, but in this case there was a young family at that site and my brother and I were looking to spend some time together. Also, it is in the description, but be prepared for the steep walk down and up from the parking area, it definitely could be challenging for some folks.

I can’t wait to camp here again! Abi was super friendly and helpful and the campsite was perfect. I stayed at the Riverside site and fell asleep to the sound of rushing water every night. Exploring the river, swimming holes and waterfalls was so much fun. Truly a restorative experience.
