I recently acquired this property that has been in my family for over 100 years and my original home place until around 1980. My wife and I initially made this site for our own RV use, but we want to share it for others to enjoy and also to help finance our constant improvements. The original house that I grew up in is still located on the property but is currently uninhabitable (for now). My fondest memories of the property are of playing and catching crawdads in the creek that located on the property when I was a kid and riding horses and flying kites in the fields. I am working hard to restore this property to the way I remember it and trying to make it enjoyable for those that come to visit. A majority of the property is still being used as a hay field during the summer months and two to three times a year the hay is usually harvested.

We had a great experience! There were some long term campers on site who were very friendly and helped us guide our camper in. We were a little concerned to have other people so close, but we never heard them. The bathroom was very nice and we enjoyed using the outdoor shower. My kids enjoyed the tree swing, playing with the dogs/cat, and running through the pasture. The owner was very accommodating and took us to see all the animals even in the rain. She invited my daughter to bottle feed a calf. We were close enough to spend a day in Chattanooga and a day at the battlefield, with time left to relax at the campsite. If you want a true campground experience, this is not it. But if you want an adventure that is a little different and have an idea what to expect, it is great! I do recommend bringing some boots/outdoor shoes because you are literally camping in a pasture and your feet will get dirty.

Julie is a wonderful host, providing excellent communication and a beautiful piece of property. Full hook ups that work without issue under a canopy of big oak trees amidst the sprawling countryside of Cleveland Tennessee. We had to cancel our recent trip, but have been here multiple times. It is peaceful and relaxing with Julie and her husband providing the right amount of inquiry/privacy. It would be a shame for anyone to miss out on this lovely hipcamp.

This site was an absolute gem for our needs. The power and water facilities were functioning flawlessly, and the host was incredibly open and transparent about everything. My son absolutely adored the swing and zip line; it kept him entertained for hours on end. I wholeheartedly recommend this site, and we eagerly anticipate our return in the future.

This site is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pastures, huge trees and quiet country setting! We took our reactive dogs, but the cows kept their distance so we didn’t have any issues! There was also enough service to FaceTime in for a family party we were missing! Julie was accommodating letting us hook up to their shed as a back up source of power. Highly recommend staying here!!

One note the neighbors dogs will steal items left out over night. 3 different campsites had this happen. I lost a flip flop and a can cozy. Both recovered. Neighbor returned some items the next day.

This was our 2nd stay at the farm and just as great as the first. Our 37’ fifth wheel fits and levels out on the gravel RV pad wonderfully. 50 amp power is a plus. We had a couple of busy days and it was so nice to go back to the farm to unwind and enjoy the scenery. I can’t wait til the next time we have the opportunity to visit again.

Janna was the perfect host! My grandson loved camping near all the animals, and was thrilled to be invited to bottle-feed the Highland calf! He met donkeys, goats, cows, mini horses, bunnies, and chickens, and loved having the farm dogs follow him around. The site was perfect, although unlevel (bring lots of leveling blocks), with 30 amp electric, water, and sewer. A fire pit and picnic table completed the beautiful site under the magnolia tree. We can't wait to go back again, and highly recommend this farm campground!

The setting is very well done. Very large hill-side sites, all gravel and leveled. My dog enjoyed his walks. 2 detractions, but I'm my opinion not deal breakers. Close to highway and the trains that run in the Valley. We arrived around 2:30 pm and heard 4 trains 🚃 🚃 until about 5:30pm - 6 pm. HWY traffic noise was as expected. But by 7 pm, highway noise had subsided and no more trains. Closing the windows also cut traffic noise. Slept great. It's a lovely well groomed site and definitely worth a visit.

Valley View was quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. The view is spectacular and truly lives up to the name. The sites are new, very level, and extremely spacious, giving plenty of room to relax and spread out. The gravel pads are really nice, and there’s lots of grass around, which was perfect for our dogs. A wonderful place to unwind—we would definitely stay here again.

It worked perfect for us being in town playing ball. We were not there much but it is only 15 minutes from Edwards Park. One guy did stop on the road while my daughter was on the zip line and just asked was everything good. As someone mentioned in one of the post there is chicken houses around and every now and then if you are outside you can smell them but it is not terrible.
