I really enjoy taking my small 25' RV to the White Oak campsite in Blue Ridge. It has all the connections and room for even extra large RVs. The site is in a quiet rural area. I am a repeat visitor to this campsite and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Bear Claw Winery is about 7 min away, and downtown Blue Ridge is about 10 min. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this RV site in the Blue Ridge GA area. The location is private and rural, and we were about 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge as well as Bear Claw Vineyards. There is only one other site nearby separated by trees.
The site was very spacious - would fit the largest RVs and was huge for my 25' RPOD travel trailer. All the hookups worked perfectly - and I especially enjoyed the large shade trees right by the site. I've already booked a return trip.

My husband and I had an amazing trip on Sunny’s camp site! They were super accessible to get to but still felt very private at the campsite. Everything was as described in the details, back in spot was easy to pull into and full hookup and sewer made for easy use. The firepit was a great hangout spot and there was a trash can on site. The spot was only about 8-10 minutes from blue ridge and the Mercier Orchards was only about 5 minutes from camp. Sunny was quick to respond with any questions. It was nice and secluded but still close to all the amenities of Blue ridge. The road to the site was all residential and had few people driving on it so we were able to take our dogs for nice peaceful walks in the morning. Right down the road from the spot was a beautiful view of the mountain range. Our camper is about 24 foot and we had more than enough room at the campsite site. We have every intention of staying at Sunny’s campsite on our next trip to Blue ridge!

Would definitely recommend this location. It is safe and level and easy to get into. The other site is pretty close to this one, but no one was staying there during our stay so it was completely private. The Internet worked well enough to support me working remotely for two days and Sunny was quick with communication when we had a question. It did look like no one had been out to the site for a while to clean up but its winter, so I assume not many people are venturing out this time of year. If back up in the area, we would consider staying again!

This place is beautiful! Close to blue ridge and everything you might need but on a private piece of beautiful land that is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful fire pit with chairs provided.

Great secluded place close to everything. Much better than being back to back in a camp ground. Other than cameras being pointed right on us and on the camper we would definitely return for another stay here. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

I feel this location is good for just stopping if driving through the area and don’t care about any view, trails, or privacy. There is no host that greeted us. There is a camera that made us feel like we were being watched, and basically right on top/beside our site is another RV about 10 feet away, definitely no privacy at all, we kept the blinds down the entire time. The “cookware” provided is cast iron that is rusty. The pictures on the Hipcamp site show you can hang your hammock on the two trees there. but it is so overgrown with kudzu and poison ivy you can’t even get to it. Overall, extremely overpriced for what you get. Will not stay there again.

The campsite had everything we needed. Didn't have the mountain view from the site that we thought but it was just down the road and WORTH THE WALK. Close to the cute little town of Blue Ridge if you want to be around humans!

Great little spot, close to Copperhill, Blue Ridge and all the mountain bike trails we wanted to ride! Would recommend if you’re coming through town and need easy access for your van or camper.

Very convenient to the popular city of Blue Ridge GA. New site with all hookups, clean, level and wooded area. Nice views, walking distance, down the road (to the east). Would stay here again.

We had a great time camping on Sunny's land! The site is primarily an RV pull-in, but Sunny says he's happy to host tent campers, too, so that's what we opted for. Plus, the site is pet friendly, so we were happy we could bring along our 2 dogs (Sunny requested only 1 off-leash at a time).
We were excited to see 2 chairs, a fire pit, and string lights at the site, making it a comfy stay. Two trees were perfectly spaced for hanging our hammock.
The RV site next to us was quite close, but there were zero noise problems, as the fire pit was on the further side, and some bushes/trees provide a slight barrier.
The proximity to Blue Ridge may be the biggest reason somebody stays here -- the convenience is really nice!
There's a nice, quiet paved path/road that you can walk up for some nice views. but no major hiking or adventure options directly from the site.
NOTES: There are no bathrooms at this site. Sunny mentioned he may install an option as he works to better accommodate tent campers. There also isn't a typical tent pad, so we set up on some flat, softer land, which Sunny had no problem with. In general, it seems like this is a learn-as-we-go site, so I'd recommend messaging Sunny about any questions you have (he was super responsive and even called to warn us about a rainy forecast!), especially as things may be improving/changing over time.

We absolutely loved camping here. It feels private and secluded but is still a close drive to Blue Ridge and McCaysville. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with everyone very spread out. We loved how easy it was to back in and how large the spot was. There were soft lights hanging up around the site that were a very nice touch and great for nighttime. We can’t wait to come back!

Hosts are very nice and responsive. Hookups worked great. Our starlink signal was also pretty good at this property. The pull in and pullout with our 37 foot skoolie was a little steep. Fresh gravel was laid down before we got there but unfortunately lots of rain made it pretty muddy. Good location close to downtown blue ridge.
Wish it was paved and easier to get in and out of!

White Oak was the perfect spot for us to camp while in the area. Convenient to Blue Ridge and McCaysville/Copperhill area. Somewhat secluded and private; nice new sites with full hookups. We will stay again when in the area.

Sunny was such an accommodating and kind host! We didn’t meet in person, but the responsiveness and thoughtfulness was top notch! He offered excellent recommendations for exploring the local area, and even had Wi-Fi, which we didn’t expect!
The campsite was level, pretty easy to access from one of the two entrances, and had a nice view of a meadow and a forested area. The stars at night were incredible, and the fire pit was well made with large stones to radiate heat. There were lots of thoughtful touches - a solar light on the electric and water connections, solar mini-lights strung through the trees, and a trash can to make cleanup easy.
There was road noise from Hwy 5 / Blue Ridge Road, which reminded us we weren’t too far off the beaten path. The road the property is on is quiet and has a spot with a gorgeous view.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Awesome campsite! Our spot was nestled on a quiet street. Sunny had a nice new fire pit with great chairs and side table set up for us. The circle was nice to walk along in the morning to see the sunrise come up over the mountains. The view from the short walk was amazing 🤩 our kids played for hours in the rocks and in the grass on the property. We had nice amounts of shade and sun on the site. It was a surprise to see the two entrance/exit options on a private property. The location is easy to access and we were able to see a lot within a short drive. Sunny was responsive and made us feel welcome. I would definitely camp here again!
