This is to ensure the safety of other guests and their pets as well as to prevent any accidents or incidents. Please clean up after your pet. Guests are required to pick up and dispose of all pet waste in the provided trash receptacles. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of $25. No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property. If a dog shows aggression towards other pets or people, it must be removed from the property immediately.

My husband &I totally enjoyed our stay at River Ranch. We stayed in our travel trailer under the covered concrete pad surrounded by total beauty. So quiet & peaceful. Our dog loved playing in the river. Doni was very very helpful & kind. A fantastic Host!!!! We will definitely be back for another visit hopefully in the fall!!! This is one of the nicest HIPCAMPS we have stayed at!!!

It is a beautiful, serene place to camp for the night. We weren't there long enough to enjoy all they had to offer but we walked the land and enjoyed every step. Directions to River Ranch were clear and concise. Doni was a very good host, explaining everything clearly and graciously opened his land for us to explore. My dog and I enjoyed it very much and felt safe there!

Doni was an incredibly gracious and kind host who went above and beyond to be helpful! The property was perfect for our single night trip, and there seem to be several different sites available depending on what you’re looking for. The spot we selected had a fire ring, had enough room for several tents, and felt secluded even though it was just a 3 minute walk back to our vehicles. There is some road noise at night you can hear, but otherwise we had a wonderful time. We had some success fishing as well along the river, which was quite exciting. The paddle board was fun as well. Would love to come back with a larger group.

We absolutely loved the relaxed and private nature of our stay. The sound of the water and the peaceful surroundings were everything we needed to unwind. We stayed under the RV cover in our campervan and extended tent due to the rain which completely kept us dry! The host checked in on is by text and were proactive in all their instructions and information. I highly recommend and plan to come back!

The property is a gem. The covered area is great for any type of camping. On site garbage is super helpful along with power. The Hipcamp provided signage is a nice touch and made it easy to spot the entrance and such. You will deal with some road noise and neighbors, but if you really just need a little outdoor time and a fire…it will for sure scratch the itch. The creek is great, if you do decided to walk towards it.

This was a beautiful place to camp! I camped at a secluded site in the forest. There were also two great sites next to the river that were less secluded. Don was a great host and very helpful.

Camping was great! Lots of land for the kids to roam and a wonderful setup with the fire pit, lights, river. Went the extra mile to make the usable property welcoming and feeling of disconnecting with nature.

My sons and I had a great time. The host was very hospitable and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay on the property. The fishing was great…we caught several bluegill and redeye bass. We decided to stay at the more secluded campsite. I would recommend if you decide to stay at the more remote site to bring something to help you tote all of your gear. It’s about a 1/4 mile walk to the site. Overall we had a great visit and I would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to come back sometime soon.

This is a beautiful spot with multiple options for camping. We especially enjoyed the river, which though cold was wonderful for a refreshing swim. The hosts were extremely prompt with communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Do be aware - as other campers have mentioned, there are multiple cameras around the property, but there is a campsite a bit further walk that feels more private if the cameras bother you. Overall we loved our stay and would certainly come back!

We loved this property! The owners keep it clean and beautiful! They are also super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Doni is very communicative and wants to help make your experience the best. My kids loved fishing, playing in the shallow parts of the river, floating on the family tube, and being able to see SO many stars at night. I high recommend this property!

This was my first hipcamp experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better host! The directions they sent were super clear and the parking was well marked. The land was gorgeous and there was a beautiful bridge from which to watch the river. There is space near parking to set up your tent or they have a cool space just a short walk away that has some privacy and also has a fire ring. I camped there. I’ll definitely be back with my backpacking gear for a multi night stay so I can truly explore their 6 acres!!

We are so grateful to Doni and Laiza's River Ranch. It is truly magical! Although we spent only one night there, we experienced peace and tranquility of the woods around. Our kids had an absolute blast riding their bikes on the trails and dipping their feet in the river. The site was just beautiful with the string lights and the firepit surrounded by the boulders. We cannot wait to visit them again and explore the area in a different season. Thank you for sharing your little piece of oasis!

We needed a place to put up a couple of hammocks for a night while we were in town for an event. This was a lovely choice. We walked about 300 feet across the creek and into the woods and found a nice secluded area with privacy on an old railroad bed. There were also areas closer to where we parked but they were closer to the road and house. It's a nice clean and well maintained property with river and creek access. Doni and Laiza communicated all the necessary details effectively (even though I failed to check the hip camp app to see those communications). We had no problems finding the place. The camper barn seemed quite nice for parking an RV though it is very close to the main house. I would recommend this hipcamp.

I loved camping on Doni’s property! It was so peaceful and the perfect getaway from the city. It was dog friendly and perfect for our puppy. The host was very kind and communicative throughout the whole stay. I would highly recommend this site.

I loved tent camping here, it is a little walk from your vehicle if you want a private spot. There is a bridge but you aren’t allowed to drive on it. Due to they said they haven’t had it inspected. Which was a bit inconvenient due to we had to make multiple trips with our things. The cameras pointed at the campsite was a little off putting though? Felt like I was watched the whole time. Other than that there is a good swim hole, the host showed us around and was very sweet.

Had an amazing time on Doni’s beautiful and tranquil property, despite having to withstand rainstorms passing through the area. We camped on the first site closest to the river and it was perfect if you want quick and easy access to the river and enjoy the sound of running water. Also, WiFi works well. Doni was an outstanding host, always there for questions and concerns, and going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! We can’t thank him enough! As for restaurants, Crushed Tomato is a great affordable pizza place nearby, and if you can make the 40min drive, visit the Little River National Preserve, it is well worth it!
