Welcome to your private oasis at River Ranch in Summerville, GA! Our property features a serene lazy river perfect for a relaxing float, as well as standup paddleboards available for rent. For your convenience and enjoyment, we also offer a BBQ grill and a Ping Pong table for rent (please make sure to rent in advance). This adds a touch of fun and comfort to your wilderness experience. With plenty of space for tent camping, we also provide a tent rental that includes setup (NOT available on last-minute bookings). Located just one hour north of Atlanta, this property provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Please Note: This is a primitive campsite. There are no bathroom facilities on the property. Guests must bring their own camp toilets and dispose of waste properly in designated areas. Despite the rustic setup, the barn is equipped with electricity (30 amp), allowing you to charge your devices and stay connected if needed. We also allow RVs and campers under 30 feet, providing a concrete pad for parking. While we offer electricity, we do not have sewage or TV hookups. Ground Rules Trash: Dispose of all trash and recyclables in designated receptacles. Littering will result in a $25 cleaning fee. Pets: Must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Clean up after your pets. No aggressive dogs allowed. Noise: Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Behavior: No disruptive behavior. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. Parties: No parties or gatherings that disturb other guests. Only registered guests allowed. Property Care: Respect the property and natural features. River Use: No littering or hazardous materials near the river. Swimming is at your own risk. Smoking: No smoking in buildings or common areas. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-In/Out: Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee. Respect Neighbors: Do not trespass or disturb neighbors.
