Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
We have a working farm with sweeping views of Lookout mountain and only 12 minutes from all the comforts of downtown Chattanooga. Our expansive 120-acre property provides campers with the freedom to choose their camping spots anywhere on the farm. Farm animals include horses, cattle, hogs, chickens, goats, bees, stocked ponds, gardens and much more. We have strategically placed signs throughout the property to help you identify potential neighbors. If you desire the company of ducks, consider setting up camp near our picturesque duck pond. For those who prefer the rustic crowing of roosters to a phone alarm, we have four chicken coops dispersed across the farm. Our horses freely roam the front pastures. The cows enjoy grazing on lush grass and taking refreshing dips in the ponds. They also relish watching the sunset from the hill's vantage point, as it offers the best view on the farm. We are a working farm with staff tending to various jobs throughout the day. We have a map to show some of the popular locations campers have enjoyed in the past, but it is first come first serve. We intentionally leave some of our fields uncut. In some fields, the grass can come up above the knees. If you are picky with the grass, these are pastures on a farm and we do not cut them. We leave that to the animals to take care of. All of our staff are super friendly and happy to help guide you to the best camping spot and answer any questions. In searching for your campsite please note that there may be livestock in and around certain areas as we rotate pastures. Please respect farm rules and do not camp in a pasture with cattle and do not enter any gated area without speaking to someone on the farm who knows which fields the cattle is in. Potable well water can be located from the blue spigot outside of the staff housing area. Fire rings and chopped wood are ready for you to borrow and return by the outdoor shower area. Our outdoor shower is located by the yurts. If you are interested in a more posh experience, we have yurts and tiny homes for rent. We have a pool that is available to rent privately during your stay. You can use the Swimply app to book your time or you can message us through HipCamp, and we can set that up for you. It is $24 a hour. Embracing farm life is not just an adventure but also a valuable learning opportunity, whether you're a family or an individual seeking a taste of the countryside lifestyle. We hope to see you soon on the farm!

Farm Yurt with Mountain Views
Took my 63 year old dad for his birthday and we loved it. Very accommodating with a fan and power inside the yurt and bathroom and showers in the same field. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of cows mooing. Sampson, the farm dog, came to check on us every morning. Very peaceful farm setting and located close to lots of attractions. I’d recommend this place to anyone going camping near Chattanooga!

Farm Tiny Home #3 - 15 min to Chatt
Highly Recommend
We loved our stay here! Me and my husband stayed here with our 4 month old and our two friends who have a 1 year old and all fit comfortably. We put the baby’s bassinet in one room next to the bed and the toddlers portable crib on top on a bed in the other room. We loved walking around and seeing all the animals, being able to buy fresh meat for meals from the market on site and having a nice evening with the fire pit and s’mores. And the drive into the city was nice and close! We would highly recommend staying here!

Farm Yurt with Mountain Views
Great for kids!
I really enjoyed exploring Quail Run with my two year old son. There were horses and chickens in the field right in front of us, ducks and cows behind us. He loved them all. When we arrived we were told we could pick our Yurt. I picked number one, but I needed to enter the second one the next day to look for a bandaid in the first aid kit (it was there, thanks for having that!). If you go in a hot month, pick number 2! I don't know how, but I swear it was at least ten degrees cooler. My only mild complaint is that the farm was a little closer to civilization than I anticipated, and there was a very long, loud train 2 or 3 times late at night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we definitely plan to come back (when it's not a heatwave in July)!

Farm Camp 10 min from Chattanooga
Take what I say with a grain of salt, as it is a farm and not a hotel. Overall, I can’t complain. We needed a safe place to sleep for a few nights in our camper van while in town for work super last minute, so this was a good fix. Now that being said, a few things I would like to note. While this is a “pick your own campsite” type place, a vast majority of the farm is not drive-able unless you probably have a truck. I was hoping for a bit of seclusion, but settled with a grassy area on the shoulder of a path after looping the place three times. There are bathrooms and showers, but be warned it’s obviously all outside and that means bugs and more importantly spiders.. The locks on the bathroom also do not work nor is there any trash cans for feminine products or mirrors if you are trying to get ready. This area + the yurt area is right near the densest part of the farm, so it’s pretty stinky and unpleasant for camping near imo. The biggest issue we had overall, was on our first night where parked had an ant issue, and we woke up to the inside our van covered in ants, resulting in a lot of bites and a trip to the store for ant spray. It made the next two days really awful but there wasn’t much else we could do. Overall, it was nice to not worry about a cop banging on my door at 4am but also had its own downsides. We never actually got to buy anything from the farm either. I wish there was an honor system stand or something for people staying for convenience sake.
