We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. About Us Welcome to our Arts & Music Sanctuary! This special space is a joint venture between me, Nick, and the property owner, Mike. Together, we’ve created a peaceful and inclusive retreat on 3 beautiful acres in St. Cloud, Florida, designed to inspire creativity, connection, and relaxation. I’m Nick, and I bring a lifelong passion for music and craftsmanship to this project. I run a piano tuning and restoration business and also manage a nonprofit organization dedicated to renovating pianos and donating them to kids and schools. Sharing the transformative power of music with the next generation is one of my greatest joys. Mike, the property owner, is a music entrepreneur with deep roots in the industry. His vision for this sanctuary comes from his belief in the healing and inspiring power of art and music. Our property is designed to provide space for artists, musicians, and nature lovers to create and recharge. For those looking to immerse themselves in the outdoors, we offer primitive campsites where you can choose your own spot—whether it’s by the pond, under the oak trees, or nestled near the bamboo grove. For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub. The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as: • A peaceful on-site pond with fish. • Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating. • Large canopies for art and music activities. We also provide a selection of rentable musical instruments, including a piano, keyboard, cello, and guitar, to help bring your artistic visions to life. Our sanctuary is proudly 420-friendly and welcomes guests of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, whether LGBTQ+ or from any spiritual or religious path. However, we ask that heavier substances or disruptive behaviors be avoided to maintain the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re here to camp, create, or simply reconnect with nature, we’re thrilled to share this sanctuary with you. Weekend Trip to Home of Many Miniature Animals

We loved our stay on the farm! The property was well kept and the campsites were set up nicely. We did visit during the off season, so we had the place to ourselves except for one night. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The farm animals were so cute. Lastly, the farm cats were the best! They both came up to us for some love and attention. The one cat, Spurs, sat on my lap at our campsite one of the nights as we sat by the camp fire. We will definitely book again!

Weekend Trip to Lakefront Downtown Orlando

My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

Stopped in while passing through. I assured James I would be there before dark. Of course I lingered too long and got there tired and in the dark. I missed the clearly obvious sign and wondered if my GPS had led me wrong. James came out to gather me in and show me to the perfect site for the night. Private, peaceful, great for what I did passing through, although I did take time for the Lake Apopka North Shore Wildlife Drive - highly recommended as well. Great place to stay.

Weekend Trip to At Shady Oaks

After a late night out, I started my second day at The Oaks with an early coffee run and breakfast, then came back to soak in the scenery—and that’s when I was like I have to stay again. The property is incredibly quiet and beautiful, with a peaceful energy that’s hard to find. I hadn’t had much downtime the day before, but this morning gave me a chance to check things out. I took a ride up to the Citrus Tower and enjoyed another coffee at their fantastic little shop, then spent the rest of the morning thrifting at local shops (always a favorite pastime). Later, I made my way to Lake Louisa—my absolute favorite spot in the area—and honestly, I want going to go there but I needed to see more nature. And it didn’t disappoint . I’m already thinking about coming back for a longer stay just to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. For anyone looking for a solid base near Disney but away from the “bubble”, or Clermont, or Orlando. This is the spot for you. Oh, and I almost forgot so as I was walking around and the couple times that I came in and out on the driveway, I noticed the property has a bunch of hidden gems basically art. All hidden and nestled within the property in the trees, a bunch of purpose items which is right up my alley.

Weekend Trip to North Shore Relic Ranch

We spent Halloween weekend at North Shore Relic Ranch to get away from the trick-or-treaters since Halloween really isn’t our thing. We come to Mount Dora around this time every year for either the craft festival or the plant sale, and this spot was a perfect base for that. It was a cool weekend — overnight temps in the 40s and 50s — and we arrived later than planned, but were greeted right at the gate by the camp host, James, who was very pleasant and communicated well through the Hipcamp app. Our site was a convenient pull-through for our small camper and came with a fire ring, table, and chairs, which was a nice touch. We brought a small generator to power our electronics, and it worked out perfectly. We stayed two nights, explored the property, and took a drive out to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive — highly recommended if you enjoy birding, photography, or spotting gators in their natural environment. The property definitely lives up to its name with all the classic old vehicles scattered around, adding a unique rustic charm. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable weekend, and we’d happily stay again!

I booked last-minute for a quick trip that included visiting friends in Clermont and heading into downtown Orlando that evening. The location was ideal—just a few miles from my friends and close enough to Disney for easy back-and-forth drives. The host asked me to text or call about 15 minutes before arrival so they could meet me at the road, wave me in, and guide me directly to my site. That kind of personal touch made arrival smooth and stress-free. Though I didn’t spend much time at the property itself, I slept incredibly well. The site was quiet, stable, and felt safe—perfect for recharging. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.
