If you were thinking about it, just book it. Had the best time with my family. Joshua answered very quickly when I messaged. I just recommended this to a friend who booked his own stay for his family. The RV was insanely cool, the grill is full size and a perfect addition. Joshua really thought of everything. You only need to bring what you want to cook with. There was a little coffee station, utensils, and pots and pans. The fireplace was a great touch just maybe buy some extra wood and babysit the fire for a little bit, which I didn’t do so it kept going out. Other than that, can’t wait to come back!

Mark and Naree are excellent hosts. Their place is well thought out and cared for. They are very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how quick they are to respond. I had a last minute change in plans and needed somewhere to stay. They answered my inquiry quickly and I was able to come on over, and book the camper. I felt at ease there and safe. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. As a nurse i prioritize peace and self care off the clock.....this property was definitely peaceful in a surrounding of nature that influences self care. Dawns land was full of greenery, she organized rental spaces to prioritize privacy. Our rental space was clean and organized. Easily to become a romantic setting for any couple. Bathroom was very clean and cute! Dawn herself was a welcoming and down to earth personality, which is refreshing. So detailed with around the area activities and food. We did not get to use the hot tub (we forgot about it) but I can garentee that would've been just as impressive. I plan to rent again! Thanks Dawn!!!!♡

Decided to book this last minute as a way to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. This place was clean, quiet, and in a great location. 5 minutes from rainbow river spring head. About 10-15 minutes from tubing from rainbow river state park. And about 15 mins from KP hole. Walmart is about 10-15 minutes away as well as several food places. The lot was quiet, has a fire pit and overall a nice quiet area. Def recommend.

At night there's deer that roam around the neighborhood. If you're looking for somewhere to stop on the way on your camping trip this is the place with full hookups. Welcome to Smokey Acres! This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there. Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees. Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando. A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing! Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience. We have a 2.5-acre fenced and gated camping lot in the heart of West Central Florida. This location is within walking distance of a dog park, kids’ playground, and a 4-mile biking trail. At the entry, there is an electric gate that opens inward with private coded access. 5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient.
