You select the space you where you wish to set up camp. The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

Weekend Trip to Celestial Acres

Great Stay…. Host is awesome with communications. When I arrived, Jen came out to greet me. She shared some of the places in town to eat and things to do. Finding the place was very easy, although I encourage you to come in while the sun is up…. It gets really dark. The sky is wonderfully dark at night. I thought I saw shooting stars, but based on the news it was a Chinese rocket falling…. Regardless, the dark skies made the star gazing extraordinary. The place is about 20 minutes from St. Augustine, which was perfect for me. The Venus camping spot is very close to the road, but there was no traffic to speak of all night on that road. The Venus camping spot could hold my 20 foot truck, but I wouldn’t try fitting in a rig any bigger. The animals are all friendly and Jen encouraged me to pet them. She did share to pet the pigs on the top of their heads, least the pigs think I am giving them some food. 😊 Besides the chickens, there were lots of birds, including some miniature hummingbirds, that visited. I will absolutely be back! Great place, great host.

Weekend Trip to Corner Key Rest

Corner key was a nice place to stay while we were passing through St.Augustine. It is a nice and quiet, well maintained with nice landscaping. We enjoyed meeting up down town with the family and exploring. Then getting away from the hustle and bustle to this tranquil hideaway.

Excellent location. Easy 3 mile drive to St Augustine. Close to the beach, lighthouse, alligator zoo. The friendly Host met us on arrival and shared lots of information about the area. Easy RV hook ups. A pond at the back of the property has birds, turtles. 2 miles from supermarket.

What a gorgeous spot. I was immediately regretful that I only booked one night. Timothy was great - available though the app even when I was trying to locate the spot. I was distracted looking at house numbers and missed the giant hipcamp sign lol. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful night and morning, and next time I’ll be bringing my paddle board and staying a few more days. Highly recommend this beautiful spot on the water.

We loved everything about our stay at Destination Sunset. The campsite was even better than the photos - absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and the roads in and out were easy in our 33’ class A. Tim is an amazing host, and all the neighbors we encountered were super friendly. Tim even loaned my husband the proper lure for fishing - no success with reds, but he caught a ton of catfish and had a blast. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks, Tim!

Loved camping at Gayle’s horse farm! The horses were adorable, and the friendly cat made our stay even sweeter. Super close to Cookiebird Ice Cream and downtown St. Augustine. A perfect blend of relaxation and convenience—definitely recommended!

Weekend Trip to Vineyard Lake Getaway

Although the place was wonderful with curious geese and a peaceful pond it made up for the lack of people capable of picking up after their dogs...so luckily we had a large mat and spread it out to keep from stepping in piles of month old dried dog poop. Otherwise hook up was a breeze, the sewer could use some weed whacking for easy spotting but never heard a word from the owners dogs which kept their distance upon arrival, Kenny was responsive and let us enjoy 1 out of 2 days alone on the property while he went and camped himself. I should hopefully return as the view was a change of pace.
