Weekend Trip to Park~like open setting w/lake view

Tent camping here was beautiful. The trees are beautiful pines which the owner took the care to save when the property was being built. The trees are very thankful for this energy and in kind or protecting the land. As a woman sleeping alone, I felt completely safe in my tent and this beautiful yard looking at the water. The hosts are so kind hearted. This is really a good place For spending time with nature while still in a city’s drive

Weekend Trip to Molly Farm

Molly's Farm was a great spot for our weekend getaway with our 3 pups! John and his dog Molly greeted us when we arrived and helped us get situated. The property is beautiful and the spot feels private. Molly is super friendly, unfortunately our pups are not dog friendly, so they were kind enough to notice when we were out and kept Molly inside. We definitely recommend Molly's Farm!!

We loved camping with Gia. It felt private even though it's a suburban setting. The lake is beautiful, we got to see a family of otters with babies which was really special. The listing is spot on for what to expect.

Beautiful, quiet spot with livestock and wildlife everywhere. Nice spacious camping area with good tasting water. Host was friendly and accommodating. Would camp here again!

2 nights at ASHBY ACRES FARM

It was a tranquil, mostly quiet place to camp (aside from a neighbors music blaring off and on the first night and dogs barking) and honestly one of the cleanest horse farms I’ve ever been. We were grateful to have the bathroom and shower to use. Bring your own TP just in case :) No picnic tables available as listed but she brought us a pop up one. There wasn’t many campers to be seen, mostly the owners of the horses coming to take care and ride their horses which there were so many beautiful ones to meet! It was fun to meet the mini ponies too. I wish they offered horseback riding. Anne did give us info for a place that does. All in all a good stay and my 13yo daughter and her friend enjoyed it too.

Camping at the horse farm with my daughter was such a peaceful escape. We explored and enjoyed the beauty of the horses. The stars and moon were incredible. We’d do it again!

Absolutely great location and John and family are incredible people. Willing to help out with any issue and extremely informative about the area. This was our first time ever staying at a hip camp so we were a bit reserved but 10 seconds after meeting John and his dog Molly we knew this was a perfect place. Definitely going back next year, we stayed 7 days and felt it wasn’t long enough we were so comfortable. Thanks again John

I loved the view from this campsite and there’s no alligators in the water btw. Gia was awesome showing me her fruits and vegetables to and even gave me some bananas! I felt comfortable here.

World class deep sea fishing, boating, and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the east coast are less a mile away. We’re just 5 miles from downtown Stuart on the Inland waterway that offers a lovely walkable downtown where you will find a theater, unique art studios, interesting and unique craft and clothing shops, and numerous restaurants offering everything from vegan and vegetarian options, to pizza, steak, and local seafood. If you’re looking for fast food franchises in the downtown areas, you’ll need to look elsewhere! Only 11 miles from Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Daily excursions are available from the launch site to the infamousTrapper Nelson’s hideaway. A must do for adventurous types who appreciate legends and creative off grid living. It offers a natural walking path with several foot bridges around the lake. Our property has very easy accessibility to all major roads including interstate 95. Our camp sites provide a peaceful stay while still being close to all you seek. This location makes for a great stop over or destination spot. Guests will wake in the morning to the lovely site and peaceful sounds of the mostly year round residents including pileated and red-bellied woodpeckers, vultures, raccoons, egrets, ibis, hawks, quaker parrots, herons, bluejays, grackles, crows, lizards, mourning doves, gray squirrels, owls, hawks, and occasional sightings of iguanas and turtles. Nights tend to be dark and quiet with minimal traffic noise. We are pet friendly provided your pet is too! Again, this is in a quiet, neighborhood type setting, just a bit off the beaten path.
