Our homestead property is 15 acres with trees and open pasture raising traditional farmstead animals in sheep, chickens, and ducks, and growing produce and flower gardens! You will be surrounded by sounds of the farm while being near local attractions, dining, and shopping.
Property is conveniently located near Loveland, Johnstown, Berthoud, Fort Collins, and Greeley. Less than 15 minutes from The Ranch events center (and Blue Arena) which hosts the Larimer County Fair, concerts, sporting events, and more. Also near sports tournament sites such as Loveland Sports Park and Fort Collins Soccer Complex.
Other attractions within driving distance such as Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Loveland, and Boyd Lake State Park provide many opportunities for fishing, hiking, kayaking, and more!
No pets are allowed due to the farm animal surroundings and inside maintenance of the tent and site. Feel free to reach out to us for special requests regarding pets and we will let you know!

WINTER:
1) Drinking water is provided year-round, whether in a cooler or at the outhouse. You may bring extra water with you if you wish.

SPRING:
1) Occasional thunderstorms, wind, and rain/hail. Guests have stayed safe and dry; see reviews for comments.
2) Moth season is May/June and lasts a few weeks. Not harmful, but can hide and surprise us at times. We try to help by providing moth traps and bug zapper lights.
SUMMER:
1) We provide a small battery-powered fan; consider bringing an extra for high heat.
2) The daylight is long, the sunrises and sunsets are long and beautiful.
AUTUMN/FALL:
1) A very captivating season for camping. As with Spring, prepare for weather variety.
2) Generally calm, snow can come early.

Our neighbors, Miller Farms CSA and farmers market, are one of the few remaining vegetable farms in the area. Small lake within walking distance. Our historic farm house is on one half of this large, half-acre lot with giant trees all around, at the edge of historic Downtown Loveland, near the old Feed and Grain building, Artspace Artist Lofts, and historic warehouses, once the town pea-cannery buildings.

Private, semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park. RV must be self contained with a toilet. We do NOT provide one.
Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months. We ask that the AC is off when the RV is unoccupied. My family and I built up this peice of property in the summer of 2016, we purchased it as land only and have done everything you will find here today! My husband and I built the barn and all structures! The house was the last thing to get finished, we moved in March of 2020. We raise Cattle and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We also enjoy training horses and competing with the Mustang Heritage Foundation. If you walk around you will see many American Mustangs! We hope you enjoy the fantastic views and the peaceful surroundings as we do!!

Vicki was extremely nice, she welcomed us immediately and made us feel at home, offering for us to come in and join a Kentucky derby watch party that they were having. The spot was clean and well maintained, and the horses and dogs were cute. They were very accommodating with our circumstances, I had to go to sleep and wake up extremely early to run a marathon the next day and she turned the lights off early and was quiet to let us sleep. 5 stars!

My experience at Matt’s place was great!
Once my reservation was confirmed, he sent a birdseye view of his property to help me orient to the location of the parking area. Then, when I arrived, he welcomed me at the top of his driveway to show me the route to the spot to park. Perfect place, lovely view and a happy little miniature horse next door to greet me in the morning 😍 . Thanks Matt!

The Aspenglow is an older camper trailer. It was set up nicely, with AC and heater, and propane oven/stove. The bed was very comfortable. Tiny bathroom with typical RV toilet, exactly as you would expect in a vintage camper. The camper is in the back yard in a residential area with large yards. It's not isolated, but was private and quiet, and there were bunnies and foxes wandering through the yard. The nearby town of Niwot is fun, and there is a major grocery/restaurant area less than fifteen minutes away. Boulder is 20 minutes away. Estes Park is about 40 minutes. Very fun stay.

Amelia has a cute little place to camp in her backyard. The property is sloped, and the spot near the fire pit is the best spot for a camper. We were welcomed by a huge flock of Turkeys that roosted in the trees nearby, and the pre-dawn gobbling was a nice way to wake up. We would definitely stay here again.

Shannon has made it so extremely comforting inside, and I was so warm with the heater and all of the cozy bedding. Such sweet animals - including a cat to keep me company each time I used the bathroom in the barn haha.
