We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups.

Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! We offer a parking spot at night to have a quick safe place to stay. We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night.

---We sometimes have Buses leaving or returning to our facility late at night, so just know you might hear a large bus pulling in late at night.
---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. If you stick out too far, you need to park North to South , which is parallel to the wood fence with the customer parking signs on it. You can block the handicap signs also if needed. You are also welcome to park in between the building and the front garden bed area as well if you prefer. The ground is not too level there, so you will need to level your rv.

We rent motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, Paddleboards, and party buses! We are a perfect fit for hip camping because we are right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, 5 min away from Garden of the Gods, and right off of HWY24 to head deeper into the Rockies! We are a full service RV facility, so we have mechanics on site if you need your rig looked at also! We are all camper van folks and know the struggle of not being able to find a safe spot.

Weekend Trip to Monument Creek Glamping
My husband and I had a really great night at the sunshine tent! I will say, definitely don’t plan to go when it’s retold like we did. The host provides a lovely propane heater, but it can only do so much. The hot tub was a wonderful sight and was very comfortable and clean. The space has a small, private fence around it which makes it that much nicer. We had a very sweet cat visitor with us all night snuggling up to keep warm. Would absolutely recommend!

Our second annual father/son camping trip was a huge success. We had the whole property to ourselves. Each year our favorite part is exploring the boulders at the top of the property. The dozen or so turkeys that wandered through the property was the icing on the cake!

It was a great place to sleep for the night. Definitely felt safe. I travel with my dog who is alert at every noise. I was aware of the tour busses on the weekends…apparently my dog was not. They were great! If you are a person who travels alone this is an awesome place to stay for a wonderful price. If we are coming through again I will absolutely pick this spot.

My family and I loved camping at Stephanie's Sunrise Campsite. We chose Site 1 from the reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was private and had spectacular views. The bathroom facility was clean and was thoughtfully stocked. We even had a surprise visitor in the morning, a majestic buck exploring. We would love to come back again in the spring.

We absolutely loved it here! We cannot wait to go back next year. Easy back-in RV spot. Dan met us when we arrived and even helped us set up our pop-up. Our kids loved Dan and all the cool things he had around his property to show them. The wildlife was plentiful!

EXACTLY what we were looking for. So peaceful, quiet, and absolutely beautiful and clean. Weather was a little iffy while we were there. We were at campsite #4 - highly recommend. You can’t see any other campsites, there’s a trail with some beautiful scenery at the end, and you have soooo much space for all of your stuff! Read the instructions on how to get there three times over. It’s a little confusing, and the terrain is rough so I would make sure to bring some type of 4 wheel drive. We took my husbands truck, but my sedan wouldn’t have made it.
