Our private Campground is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula. We are a Campground, we are not a Hip Camp, we just advertise through them. We have 21 tent sites on the West side of Pavel Road close to the river. 13 are river view sites. We have beautiful woods with trees, ferns, moss, and the Sol Duc River runs adjacent to our property. Beautiful views of the Sol Duc River from some of the sites and a short walk to the right of the parking lot to the Fish Hatchery, stay to the right there will be a boat launch and beach to fish and play. Just a 20-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean and a 20-minute drive to the straits of Juan de Fuca. Just a one-hour drive from our site to Cape Flattery, short hike down to a rocky viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tatoosh Island, which is the farthest NW Point in the Continental US! We have sites with beautiful river views, 9 walk-in sites, and 12 drive-up sites. 4 of the walk-in sites are river views 4, 5, 6 and 8. The drive-in sites with river views are 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, and 21. There are more sites on the other part of the Campground. The Fish Hatchery is right next door and has a boat launch, beach, and lots of fishing. The river at the Hatchery is great to float on, fish, and just play. Activities nearby include: Pacific Ocean beaches, Pleasant Lake, Crescent Lake, Beaver Lake, Snyder Lookout for stargazing, Olympic Discovery Trail, kayak floating, the area is great for hiking, biking, mushroom and fossil hunting, wildlife viewing, ATV trails, and much, much more, come have some fun.

We are not a fancy tourist farm. We are a working (and sometimes struggling) cranberry farm on the beautiful Oregon coast. We have 70 acres, including 38 acres of cranberry bogs, with numerous grassy areas for camping. We also have a couple of spots for RVs, including larger rigs. Our farm is made up of wide-open bogs in most places, so it can be windy. We also have an "emerging" flower farm, so if you love working in a garden, feel free to weed away, lol! Since most people are traveling to enjoy themselves, there are numerous beaches to explore, along with Bandon's quaint downtown and harbor district. There's also a restaurant within a short walking distance and a food cart next door. We run a seafood market and can provide fresh local seafood at a reasonable price for you to cook yourself upon request. We also offer laundry service for a fee, shower access in our home, a small antique and junk store on Sundays, and possibly a small-group ceramics class in our studio if requested in advance. Because we're so busy, we're relatively hands-off hosts, but we encourage and welcome you to come and enjoy Bandon!

Finley Camp is nestled along Finley Creek in West Sonoma County. Campsites are located in open flats surrounded by Coast Doug Fir, Alder, and California Bay forests. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire pit with cooking grate, and access to a porta potty and hand washing station. The campsites are located past the end of the county road allowing for a quiet peaceful experience. Enjoy a quiet stroll on site, the surrounding communities of Bodega, Bodega Bay, Valley Ford, and Tomales, or just enjoy a quiet day in camp. Our sites are located approximately 20 minutes from Bodega Bay. The campsites are 2.5 miles from the coast and the weather can be unpredictable. As a general rule, it is very similar to that of San Francisco. All camp sites are situated in a valley that offers protection from the coastal winds. The have both morning and evening shade. Sites #2, #6, #7, and #11 have the most space, while sites #4, #7, #8, #9 and #11 offer the most privacy. Sites 1-3, any combination of 5-7, and 12-13 are well suited for groups. Other site groupings work well depending on the number of sites being reserved. Site #8 is unique in that it has a wood deck/platform for tents. There are also NO wood fires allowed at site #8 as it is under the tree canopy. A propane firepit is provided for your use. You can bring a 5 gallon propane tank from home, or a full one is available for rent on site. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Finley Camp. All dogs must be kept on leash at all times while on the property. There are no exceptions to this. Finley Camp is located on an active cattle ranch and directly adjacent to a neighboring ranch with cattle. Also be sure to check out our orchard tours! The apples are ripe now and our verities will continue to ripen thru late November. We'll take you to our family orchard where you can pick apples, pears, or blueberries in season and taste yummy treats out of our family garden.

The Meadow Grove is a wild and natural pasture with campsites located near the historic Narrow Gauge Railroad bed on a family owned working ranch in coastal Northern California. The camp sites are nestled in a pasture and grove of mixed Eucalyptus, willow and cypress trees. The sites are perfect for tents or camper vans, or small trailers. [When we open in the spring, the grass can be 'slippery' and it is recommended you have 4WD. Around mid-June it is dried out enough for 2WD access to all sites]. Not suitable for RVs It is also, managed and operated by a single mother. Please keep this in mind. Notes about the campsites are: They each come with a picnic table. The grounds are a working ranch, so there is variations of the soil- some lumps and bumps and general natural state of a pasture v. a groomed lawn. Site #1, #2, #3, and #4 have the most level areas for parking and tent-ing. Up until mid-June, we recommend #1 for 2WD access. Campervans that do not have 4WD may have trouble accessing other sites. Please remember this when you book! *Campers who "change sites" without written approval by the host will be charged double!* There is a composting camp toilet, we do not have running water at the campground. The ranch itself is 300 acres of rolling hills pasture, with hilltop views of the Estero Americano valley. The Meadow Grove is home to many varieties of raptors and other birds-providing excellent bird watching. Seasonally there are blackberries to fill your containers, and some hiking. We are mere minutes from the quaint towns of Valley Ford, Tomales, and Dillon Beach, and a short drive from Bodega, Bodega Bay or Marshall, Pt. Reyes Station and Inverness. Nearby attractions include: Sonoma Coast beaches, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, coastal hiking trails, local farm-to-table eateries. Inland attractions include: redwoods, wine tasting, Russian River activities and so much more. The ranch borders Hwy 1, so there is some degree of road noise. Traffic usually dies down mid afternoon, and isn't too much of a disturbance. Virtually all traffic on our stretch of road is daytime traffic. There can be however, some heavy weekend traffic during the day with car clubs and motorcycle riders enjoying the coastal highway. *The Friendly Gray Cat's name is Boots!*

We can accommodate tent campers or car campers. Each campsite fits 4-6 people. The price is $40/per person. Kids under 12 are free. Most campsites are accessible by car and all campsites are accessible by foot. PLEASE NOTE, we do not have a traditional check in procedure. Campsites are first come first serve. Expect a "self-check in process" most of the time. However, there are sometimes people working onsite that you may run into, that are happy to help and lead you in the right direction. You choose your own campsite so plan to arrive early. You can park and walk around. There is signage that says "CAMP" with Arrows. BYO water. We have sulfur spring water. Great for your skin, not good to drink! There's a couple outhouses on the property. One in the main camp zone, one at the far north end of the lower Redwood campsite. You can also bring a shovel and take a walk if you're in the more remote campsites. We have a dumpster outside the gate for your garbage. IMPORTANT INFO Please don't mind our farm junk/tools as you enterGate 1! We are slowly working on clean up and relocation of materials from the entry road and away from view. Before you arrive, have knowledge of poison oak because it is a native plant. The main photos in the listing are taken from Hipcamp Scouts back in 2018 and they are featuring our Original campsite. This is located past the mineral baths. It's the furthest one to reach, and accessible by foot. 1 night at Sunset Bay Meadows

The yurt was a very comfortable resting spot for us. We loved having the space for moving around in, with the picnic table and fire pit outside. The porta-potties were a short walk away. Tim's instructions could use a fine-tuning, as there were a few features that threw us off: 1. No mention of the barrier gate located after the clubhouse and up the hill past the do not enter sign. It would have been helpful if there were a second HIP CAMP sign there, to let us know we were going the right way. 2. "you will come to the spt where the shower and sauna are".... From the outside, how were we to know that there were the showers and sauna in those little buildings? He knows what they are, but to a first-time visitor, we had no idea what was inside. 3. "You may go ahead and load up on potable water here." We could see a hose attached on the side of what appeared to be somebody's house, but is this what we were to use? It seemed like an invasion of privacy to use that one, but with that being the only place visible, we took the chance, hoping we would not have somebody come out and yell at us. For the benefit of future campers, I suggest that Tim make these points more clear.

Pure magic. That’s what this site was to me and my partner staying in Big Sur with our two dogs. This property is like unlike anything else you can get at a campground. There’s communal areas to cook your food, wash your dishes in a sink (with warm water), enjoy a campfire, and each site has its own charm. The property is first come first serve, and the sites aren’t labeled by any sort of numbers, but my partner and I were lucky enough to find a site with its own fire pit (closest to the entrance of the property). It’s more secluded than the others along the creek which was perfect for what we were looking for. It felt like our own little oasis! There’s also a short walk from the property to the beach (look for the pile of rocks as you’re heading out of the property and follow that trail), where the creek that runs through the property feeds into the ocean. We stayed for 3 nights, and every morning we took our dogs to the beach and jumped into the cold creek! The most refreshing way to wake up. And because the creek runs through the property, you get to fall asleep to frogs, crickets, and rushing water. I can’t recommend this property enough, we will definitely be back!

This is my favorite kind of camping! The sites were relatively private and spread out and it is a beautiful grassy wooded area. Everything was clean and tidy all the people were kind firewood is available to buy right there would go back in a heartbeat.

We tent camped for a few nights at Mystic Forrest! Patrick and his family were amazing hosts! They were super helpful and very welcoming. They offer coffee (lattes, mochas, espresso, etc) and things in the gift shop for purchase! The site was well organized and had lots of extra amenities.

I did tent camping at Mystic Forest. Beautiful wooded campground, spacious sites close to Klamath. Clear communication before arrival and during check-in, I even got some personal recommendations of trails to visit. One of the showers is going through some remodeling, which is needed, but the other one is still functional.

Incredible, family friendly campground. The river is perfect for fishing and also perfect for young children to play in. Gorgeous, serene location with minimal mosquitoes which was a shock! Firewood is very affordable. As in VERY affordable. Porta potty is the cleanest one I have ever used in my life. I plan to go back next year with my crew as my only mistake in booking a campsite at Brooklyn Heights was not staying a few days longer.

Weekend Trip to The Meadow Grove of Hands Full Farm

Site #4 was easy to get to in my FWD. It was exactly like it was described. I had a fantastic time on my first solo trip and my first Hipcamp trip. There were other campers at the other sites, but I never heard them and road noise was very minimal. The bathroom was clean and just a short walk over the hill. I enjoyed seeing and hearing the cows and the birds, especially first thing in the morning. I will definitely be back. I do recommend this site to others whether solo or a group. It is extremely large so if you are a large group looking for plenty of room, this would be perfect for you. Thank you Anna for letting me experience your wonderful and peaceful land.

Let this be your sign to just book the dang thing. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous! Host was kind, the shower and shared kitchen were both super clutch, easy to locate and to get to. One thing to note is the fire pits—they all were taken by families by the time we got back from our day hikes (it is stated clearly that the gazebo doesn’t have a fire pit and the fire pits are communal, however, they weren’t very communal. The ones we saw were located in the camp sites that were occupied by the families in those designated sites). Turned out we didn’t really need a fire bc we were so zonked after all the hiking anyway, but I’m sure we would’ve used it if they were more accessible. Secondly, watch out for poison oak, there were TONS up the trail up towards the gazebo — always bring your headlamp to make sure you don’t brush up against at night! Overall rating 9/10 ✨✨✨

Really lovely wooded spot- sturdy picnic table and fire pit with a grill! Bathroom with a shower and flush toilet- heater in the bathroom was appreciated for late night visits! We enjoyed hearing the owl and other birds and exploring the area.
