There is a large camping area for you and you’re welcome to visit the farm animals. There is also a kennel available if you bring your dog. The camping spot is flat. We have a common area between the two sites that offered a nice fire pit. Our farm has 3 goats, 2 pot bellied pigs and 20 chickens that lay fresh eggs daily. We LOVE animals but we CANNOT ALLOW PETS. Also, sorry no tent camping. RV's only. We do not provide bathrooms or showers on site. Don’t have an RV? RENT OURS! We have everything you need for your family. Enjoy a weekend on the farm and glamp in our RV. We have all the amenities of home. Coming to enjoy the area? The property is just a few mins off the 101 freeway on the Central Coast. Broken Branch Creek is a new family farm in Paso Robles, CA. Our land is abundant with with blue oaks and local wildlife. There is a creek bed, usually dry most of the year, that provides excellent rock hunting and shady areas with overhanging oaks. We have grazing cattle fenced off from the camping areas and farm so you may see or hear them during your stay. The entrance to the camping area is a very wide oil pipe fenced driveway off Branch Road, designed to accommodate farm equipment and cattle trailers. Sometimes map apps say you've arrived at one of the separate residential driveways on the property. Please keep looking for the commercial sized entrance. We are a 15 minute drive to the restaurants and shopping in downtown Paso Robles, 8 minutes to the Vina Robles Amphitheater, 6 minutes to the Hunter Ranch Golf Course, and 5 min to the Sensorio Art Exhibit. We're just off the Union Road Wine Trail among the Back Roads Wineries of Paso Robles. Please be aware we cannot accept longer than 7 day bookings.

There are daily deer sitings on the property and the location couldn't be better. It is close to the 101 freeway, but far enough for peace and quiet. We are central to Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Cambria. Only 30 minutes to Hearst Castle, 1.25 hours to Solvang, 24 minutes to Morro Bay or Cambria. There are more wineries than you could possibly visit, natural hot springs nearby, Atascadero lake, zoo, spas, amazing hiking, horse riding etc. Grocery, fast food, shopping & great restaurants are within minutes and the thrifting and antiquing around here is amazing. Atascadero has that small town feel with lots of community events on the calendar.

I've been to this Hip camp several times now. It provides plenty of space with beautiful views, and for better or worse has perfect cell coverage (Verizon). Jeffrey and Susan are always available via the app though they to not come to meet you, which is nice for getting away. Camp sites have water and electric hookups, shady areas for seating, fire rings and, did I mention, both have beautiful views? Can't recommend enough

This is my 2nd stay at this hipcamp. i took a friend this time - we both had 18' camper vans and the site was spacious enough for us to manuever and park in flat spots. It was peaceful, clean and felt safe. I would recommend this site and plan to stay here again.

Holiday RV Park offers so much. I was greeted by a staff member that had me follow him to my site. He assisted me in backing my RV perfectly into the site. The bathroom and showers are clean and heated. My grandchildren and my self enjoyed the pool and spa. Lots of swim toys for the kids and floats for adults. They offer outdoor sinks, which helped me with more space cleaning dishes. The office staff is so awesome, friendly and helpful.

Great and easy place to stay. Peaceful even though highway 41 is just over the hill. There are a few small houses nearby that appear to be AirBnB’d but it’s still private and quiet. Walking the river bed with the dogs was great, you can see lots of wildlife. Hookups were great and easy. Feels safe, being a secure gate with an entry code. Nice neighbors. Definitely recommend.

Great shady spot in the oak forest of north Atascadero. We're road cyclists, and this area is prime cycling territory. Spent 5 wonderful days riding all over the area, even to coast twice. This spot is close to everything the Central Coast has to offer. And you have it all to yourself! No noisy neighbors, only farm animals, deer, crickets & lots of birds. Water & electric hookups were great, plus being able to dump gray water down the hill helped extend our stay. No issues manuevering our 25' TT into the site. Much better choice than any of the overpriced, party atmosphere RV resorts in the area!

1 night at Historical Almond Springs!

Really cute venue. Nice to walk around and see how they dressed up the place. Had a mule we got to pet from the other side of the fence and some other ranch animals around. Everyone was very nice and the kitchen was great. Got to use the firepit as well and the stars were beautiful.

Second time at this site (#2) and it still delivers. There are two sites, but they are far away enough to have complete privacy. The amenities are great. I would return and recommend this spot again. Next time I would try site #1.

We really enjoyed our stay at MooBaaNeigh. Very quiet and peaceful site with lovely views of the rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country. Olwyn is a great host too.
