One day, we decided that we wanted to live the rest of our lives hosting live music, and events and that's how Rock & Tree began. As the idea grew, we wanted to create an Open Canvas so that the guest could dream up what they wanted on our stage. We moved to the Inland Empire from Santa Monica, in 2017 with the dream of building an open canvas event space out of sustainable, re purposed and natural materials. Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees.
Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. Our stay at this cabin in Green Valley Lake was everything we needed and more. It was the perfect escape from the city.
The cabin itself was incredibly spacious and well maintained. With three floors and four outdoor decks, there was no shortage of places to unwind and take in the peaceful forest views.

Araceli is a wonderful, friendly and generous host. Her land is beautiful and provides a peaceful and relaxing place to get away and spend time with someone special, or in solitude.
Her two dogs are friendly and visit occasionally. This was a wonderful camping experience with an actual comfortable bed. There is a shower with hot water, don’t forget soap and towels.

Tracey & Pete have a beautiful cowboy oasis under stunning live oaks and alongside an idyllic swimmable stream. The entire place is an homage to architect, metal artist and sign maker Bob Morris who reimagined and helped create old town Temucula. They were friendly, had great stories to tell and we would love to revisit!

Great trip with friends and family this weekend. We really appreciate how clean the bathrooms were, and how our campgrounds were well maintained. The fire pits are in good location and condition, and it was cozy throughout the night. Despite getting caught in a heat wave there were areas under the trees for us to hang out at until it became cooler. Overall this was a great quiet spot to spend time at without being close to neighbors.

Walking through the gate of this staycation destination is like walking through a hidden portal to another time and place! Traveling from a city street into a national park in a matter of steps. Every bit of this property and abode was truly captivating, with a cohesive theme and lots of fun details. The hot tub had a fantastic view of stars and civilization with, at the right time, sunset splendor. Morgan was friendly and thoroughly helpful, even introducing us to the cat who hung out with us throughout the evening and into the morning. Can’t wait to come back during the summer!

1 night at The White Lodge
I booked the canned ham for a surprise vacation for me and my partner!! I couldn’t have been happier! The cozy retro vibes of the canned ham were absolutely perfect and everything was extremely clean and well maintained in the trailer and on the property.
The hot tub was literally right outside the front door, with a with a great view and it seemed like it was practically new!! It was already heated by the time I arrived and was super clean. I know it’s funny to say, but the water/chemical balance was incredible. I can tell that it was treated, but it did not have an overly chlorinated or chemical smell.
Morgan was incredibly nice and accommodating. Even prior to booking, we communicated a few times and he answered quite quickly.
The rest of the property was also incredibly cozy and the biggest perk was the adorable on site kitties roaming around!
Will definitely be booking again in the future!
