On the hillside of rural Shadow Hills in Los Angeles known as "Horse Country", most residents work in the film and TV industry in an area described as "close but a world away from the studios"! With views of the hillside and neighboring horse arenas and barns, you'll forget that you're still in Los Angeles and Disney studios is a mere 15 minutes away!A sanctuary in Shadow Hills, a well kept secret for many in the film industry, minutes from Disney Studios, but tucked away in the rural vistas of Horse Country. Chill on the private deck and enjoy cocktails in the serenity of the hillside. With breathtaking views of the sunset and sounds of wildlife. This is heaven for nature lovers but with the amenities of a Tiny Home - state-of-the-art dry composting toilet, heated outdoor shower, fully equipped outdoor kitchenette. I live in the main house 200' feet away. And two very sweet rescues who will come down to visit you and romp through the horse arena!

Amazing stay at the Casita

The casita is located on a beautiful and serene property in Shadow Hills, outside of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Her place is not only peaceful and comfortable, but eco as well. Alexandra is an incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating host! I love it!

Alexandra is lovely and so is her tiny home! It was an excellent get away from the hustle and bustle of LA. Her two pups are so sweet and Alexandra provides everything you need for a relaxing time. The outdoor shower was so nice I couldn’t help but take one more before we left!

Tiny Home Cabin in the Hills

This little cabin is fabulous! It feels very clean and cozy and is fully stocked with amenities. The little patio is lovely and comfy. We loved the outdoor shower, the water pressure and temperature are great (rare for outdoor showers in my experience). Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying at Alexandra’s casita! It’s very homey and relaxing, and was the perfect place to stay at while in LA. We hope to come back and stay longer.
