From the back of the clearing there is a trail that leads you to 2 Pine, which is a walk that takes just a few minutes. 2 Pine is walk-in only but has great views of the sunset and is totally secluded and private and would be a good spot to either bring some friends for a little sunset party or for someone who wants to seriously unplug. Thank you Hipcamper's for many great years of support. Historic Brice Station 100 acres, was a horse stop on the Ebbetts Pass stage line. Horses were fed, watered and swapped here, over 100 years ago. The campground is beautiful and so well maintained plus there are lots of things to see in the Columbia area. we’ve stayed at John’s farm 3 times now, once in spring and twice in late November. every time it has been so amazing! the property is gorgeous and there’s so much open grassy areas to wander and sit on a blanket and just enjoy being in nature and not hearing any sounds but cows mooing! the porta potty is always clean and the camping spaces are large and well equipped with fire pits and wood! i would highly recommend John’s land to anyone. thank you again for sharing your property, John!

Ryan was a great host and very gracious. We purchased firewood from him and he brought us kindling twice when we were having trouble, teaching us about making fires along the way. We have an RV, but there is an outhouse with toilet and hot shower, and a sink to do dishes on the other side. Great view of the stars with minimal light pollution. Would recommend.

I had the camping area to myself due to the time of year and it was the perfect blend of a quiet experience in the woods that I was looking for and close enough to Murphy's to be able to pick up a few supplies. Weekend Trip to Hidden Falls Yosemite Camp

We had an amazing stay here; the peaceful sound of the waterfall and the privacy made this spot feel like a hidden oasis. Only an hour from Yosemite and just a few minutes from town, it was the perfect balance of nature and convenience. This was the first camping trip for a couple members of our group, and the bar might be set way too high now, what a great introduction to the outdoors. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The flushable toilet and shower were clean and worked great, though they’re a short walk from the site, totally worth it for the comfort they provide. Highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quiet, tucked-away spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I loved staying at Cole’s Ranch! Barry is extremely hospitable and organized. All of the amenities he provides were also super clean; we really appreciated the clean bathroom and kitchen area. Highly recommend the tour he provides as well! We ended up booking the hay ride and cow/calf experience and all of their cows were friendly and loved being pet. We’re definitely going to come back again next time!

Weekend Trip to Cole Ranch

The RV sites are well laid out, spacious, and flat, next to a lovely pomegranate orchard and near a pleasant river. Barry was extremely friendly and helpful, greeting us when we got there and showing us around the amenities. The boats available for use were great, and the kitchen area provided a place with hot water on demand to do dishes so we didn’t have to heat it up on our stove. My only regret was not bringing fishing gear along; maybe next time, since we will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.
