Pets are allowed at campsites #2 and #3 only. These campsites are farthest from the horses and dogs. Please keep dogs on leash at all times. Our property offers a beautiful view of Mount Shasta. Nature lovers, extreme sports enthusiasts, family vacationers and retirees, can all enjoy the vast recreational opportunities this area has to offer. This is a drier climate between May - October meaning some risk of smoke impacts from area forests, although the mountainside location generally offers clean fresh air with stunning sunsets and excellent stargazing. Best to arrive in daylight to orient and take in the scene! Count on fair to good cell service, limited central wifi and power. The land contains over a mile of trails with vistas, rock features, gnarly old "bonsai" oak trees, native plants and wildflowers. Your stay here directly supports ongoing conservation, watershed protection and fire mitigation work around the site, inquire if curious! Wildlife is prolific, mostly the friendly sort however visitors should be mindful to avoid unwelcome encounters, and any small children or pets kept under close watch. Loved it! I used to come before the owner change, and love it then too. But now, the pools have been built up much better AND you get to park in side the gate and not worry about your car being vandalized.

You get a tub and you get a tub and you get a tub!

Plenty of space to set up the tent and be away from other campers if desired. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Decent phone service, nearby highway but not too loud. Facilities are clean and area feels safe. Will stay again.

2 nights at One Thing Ranch - Alpacas & Llamas

I had a wonderful time at One Thing Ranch with Nancy! The airstream was comfortable with plentiful amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, the heater worked, and the space was spacious for sleeping and working. The animals were so fun; I got to meet each of them and give them snacks :). This is a lovely getaway in a beautiful zone of California. I enjoyed exploring the area and spending time on the property. Thank you for having me!

My family and I had a great time at this campsite. They were plenty of spaces, and they were all very clean and well managed. They are very dog friendly, and very welcoming upon arrival as well. The Hot Springs were definitely a highlight, and they were only a 5 to 10 minute walk away.

I highly recommend Kosk Creek Campgrounds! It’s tucked away in a little haven with hot springs, and it feels really safe because it’s a gated campground with the host monitoring everything. I also love that at night they sell firewood, so you don’t have to leave the campground — super convenient and relaxing!

Scott and Doug have made kosk creek a very welcoming and well cared space. Despite being there among other campers I was able to find my own space for multiple soaks. A short walk to the tubs makes it easy to go back to camp for a snack, nap, or anything.

Stayed here on the first and last night of a long road trip, sleeping in my car. They were great! I got in later (10 pm) the second time and they called to make sure when I’d be there and left the bathroom and WiFi codes for me in an envelope on the door.

We had a great night in the RV. The campground is clean and easily accessible. It felt safe. Jonathan is so friendly and helpful. There’s not a better person to run the place!! Everything was clean and J was very responsive. My daughter loved the little loft. We could have fit many more people easily.

Scott and his team are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed everything. The porta potty was clean. He has and is continuing to make wonderful upgrades to the hot springs. The campsites are spread out. It's such a beautiful place. If you have never been here the only thing you need to be aware of is the road driving in once you pass the pit stop is very rough so drive about 5 mph to dodge the potholes in the road. Also be aware that there is wildlife.

I just got the day pass but I plan on coming back to camp. The camping spots looked idea. The owner has done a great job with his property.
