A front-row seat to Lake Shasta Nestled on the banks of Lake Shasta in Lakehead, CA, our historic resort offers 39 RV sites and 11 cozy cabins under towering pines. Located just five minutes off I-5, we're one of the few private resorts actually overlooking the lake. Enjoy our seasonal pool, restaurant, bar, and other resort amenities designed for families, couples, and groups of friends. With boat launches and swimming just a few minutes away, you'll see why families return each year for a relaxing lakeside retreat with a laid-back Shasta vibe. It provides everything you need for 2 adults and up to 2 children to enjoy our peaceful lakeside location. These cabins have been updated with more modern furnishings, kitchen, and bathroom vs. our non-updated studio cabins. Your cabin includes: • SLEEPING: The cabin includes 1 queen bed for 1-2 adults. One or two cots can be added (for children only) for an additional $10 nightly fee per cot. Includes sleeping bag. Enter 1-2 children when booking. • KITCHEN: Your kitchen includes a stovetop, large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a full set of cookware, plates/bowls, glassware, and utensils • DINING: Your cabin includes either a countertop with 4 barstools or small 4-person dinette set • BATHROOM: The cabin's bathroom includes a small shower. Everything is right there clean friendly, staff, they have cute clean cabins with kitchens for those who prefer to fix their own meals. There is RV parking or you can still rent camp (with lake view) spots. There is a bar restaurant. Good food and in the warm spring nights and days you can eat outside and enjoy the lake views. Oh and a swimming pool too open seasonally.

We absolutely love heading up to Lakeshore from Redding on the weekends or even for dinner during the week! The staff and environment has made us feel more than welcomed which always keeps us coming back! After staying for two weeks, our family got to know the staff, the area, and the amenities really well. We loved our experience! Everybody was over the top friendly. We would definitely come back, especially to play bingo with the kids on Wednesday nights.

We camped here over the weekend in our trailer. The site was clean, easily accessible, beautiful lake view, and had power and water. The guy taking over the place and the bartender were super good people and they are working hard to renovate the cabins/restaurant and property. No rating for cabins/rooms or bathrooms because we didn’t use them but we really enjoyed the place.

This is such a beautiful resort at Shasta Lake in Northern CA. The view of the lake is amazing! The bar and restaurant are fantastic. Definitely a family friendly place with a beautiful pool and activities for kids and adults. Live music on the weekend at the outdoor stage. The resort is a family operation. Great place! The staff is super friendly and the whole place has a great vibe. We stayed in the cabins which are very clean and modern, with a large kitchen. It was over 100 degrees outside today but the split ac and fan was amazingly effective. We will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed in a cabin the last weekend March 2025 for the live music and food. The cabin was super nice, spotless and comfortable. The food and beverages were so good and delicious. Jalapeño poppers and fried chicken with fries is the best I’ve had since living in the Deep South. The staff was awesome and so attentive. The music was great! The outside patio and fire pit was so neat to be able to mingle with everyone and meet new people from all over. I will definitely be back and get my friends and family up there. I’m so glad there is a place so close to Redding to go for a vacation.

This was our second time there. Great place to take kids! We have a busy toddler and they were all amazing, even gave him a little activity book to keep him entertained. Very family friendly, food was good, and service was great! We will definitely be back!
