We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea. On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey). Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots. but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them. We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen. Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited. Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

After winter rains, everything is green and wild flowers are abundant. Stay and enjoy the vistas or travel relatively short distances for hiking in the Los Padres forest, drive CA HWY 1, visit Paso Robles wineries, boat or fish at Lake San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento. Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. We loved camping out with our camper van here! The spot was beautiful and kept clean. We had a lot of privacy, and were able to find the spot pretty quickly with the directions given. It was on my mom’s bucket list and she just loved camping out in a vineyard. We were a family of 5 + dog and It made a very memorable evening on our roadtrip.

Great spot. Site had a metal picnic table, small and dim night light, and a cool enclosed iron fire thingy. Site is by the road but traffic at night is sparse. It’s on a slight slope so position your tent appropriately but no issue at all.

We had the most incredible time here on this beautiful property! Lisa and Scott were the most gracious hosts. We showed up late and it was dark. They met us out to ensure we found the spot and were comfortably situated. They brought over a fire pit so we could roast hotdog and make s’mores. Right off the bat they were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We woke up to a beautiful property. We had a great time running around with the kids, playing on the playground, feeding the goats, playing pickle ball and enjoying coffee provided by the host. We spent the day by the pool and enjoying all of the pool toys and warm hot tub! They provided towels and lifejackets for the kids and sunscreen. It was such a great experience. We can’t wait to come back again!

Nice campground for a weekend offline! Hosts are very kind and responsive. We highly recommend the add on bread and eggs! The ground is a little rocky for a tent, but we were fine with an air mattress. The stars are beautiful at night, and you can hear all sorts of wildlife at all times of day. Bring layers—there is almost no shade during the day, and it gets cooler at night.

We had an amazing stay here! We were traveling back to Southern California from San Francisco and found ourselves needing to stop soon, but didn't prefer a motel in King City. We're so happy we found Stephan and his beautiful setup not far off the 101, west of King City. The RV was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a comfortable getaway. The views are absolutely stunning — both during the day and especially at night with a sky full of stars right outside the door. Stargazing in front of the fire pit was the highlight of our trip! The host went above and beyond with his hospitality. We had forgotten groceries for breakfast, and he kindly provided us with organic free range eggs, ham, and even fresh fruit so we didn’t have to stress. Cooking and eating outside while enjoying the scenery was such a highlight. Between the peaceful setting, the fire pit for evenings under the stars, and the thoughtful touches from the host, this was one of the best camping experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, comfort, and nature.

We had an exceptional time staying here, and the joy it brought to my kids far exceeded our expectations. My daughter loved the goats, and my son loved playing on the play structure. Lisa and Scott are wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing! It is stocked with a wide variety of utensils and appliances to cook almost anything. We would like to extend a big thank you to Lisa and Scott, and we hope to return in the future.
