We love camping at the ranch. Feels very nostalgic. Dogs can roam free. And it is very relaxing. The host is super nice and helpful. Lot’s of wildlife. Definitely worth it.

Joanna's place is very beautiful, secluded "golden rolling hills of California" type land with lots of acreage. It was my 2nd visit and I really enjoyed hiking in the surrounding hills and taking in the stunning views. I hope to be back soon and do more exploring.
One note is the entrance is not at the address given, but about 1/2 mile to the east on CA-198, close to the intersection with Parkfield Grade.

Absolutely amazing spot. Definitely private. Road in is not bad for 4x4 or truck. Rained all weekend so it made getting out a bit sketchy. But doable. We camped at the first big spot. We have a 32’ travel trailer and it was perfect. We will definitely be back.

It was a little overgrown and hard to find a flat spot to camp. Some markers for the campsites would be helpful. Road coming in was also kind of rough, but I did make it in my little van. Besides that, it was beautiful and peaceful and quiet!

Great camping spot that feels secluded and exclusive with interesting off road trails to explore on foot or with a good off road vehicle. The mountain scenery is beautiful and surrounded with flowering bushes and shrubbery.

This was an absolutely lovely, quiet & serene place to camp! We chose the campsite close to the front where there is a picnic table and fire ring. Considering there are no facilities, we thought it was a bit steep price-wise, but if you bring a large enough group - or if you want real privacy - it is absolutely worth it!

Great location - lots of spots to camp. Beautiful and quiet place to be all to yourself. Gate is hard to spot at first but once you do keep driving down their dirt road as the camp spots get better and better the further you go. We had no issue driving in with our Sprinter camper van. Hike to the top for some nice views.

Excellent stay - March 2021 and the grass was green, the flowers were in bloom, and I pretty much had the place to myself. I was solo and felt safe. Yes, plenty of old dried cow piles as other reviews have mentioned, but they’re pretty non-offensive. Find a big stick and fling them out of the way. Plenty of spots to choose from. Mostly oaks and a few cottonwoods give great shade. Awesome hike over the ridge and into the adjacent valley. Lovely, 100% would return.

As described, beautiful valley that is remote and peaceful. Several nice places to camp with lots to explore and hills to climb for views. Enjoyed the wildflowers and the stars. Joanna responded quickly to all questions we sent her and provided clear directions to the property. We enjoyed being able to explore and find a dispersed campsite.

Joanna's land was great! The privacy and rustic feeling it gave were unbeatable and exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty to explore on the property and great views to see on the trails. I would definitely camp here again

These rustic sites offer tons of privacy and seclusion about ~15 minutes from the town of Coalinga and ~30 min from I-5. We enjoyed hiking around the property with our dog and had the entire place to ourselves. Great place to stop for a night on our road trip!
