(Very small, but we have had teens sleep up there because it was fun!) Both cabins have a small plug in heater, and a window AC for the hot hours. Wifi reception is limited. The cabins have a indoor/outdoor bathroom with a sink and toilet and a small kitchenette featuring coffee and tea setup, hotplate and mini fridge. You also have access to the outdoor picnic area under the fig tree which has a BBQ, picnic table and sink for rinsing dishes. There is no indoor shower, but we do have a rustic outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Tent space We have a small orchard in front of the Nopal Studio. There is room for two tent sites. No camp fires are allowed in the orchard. If it is winter time, we do have a fire ring in the fig tree picnic area, as well as a propane BBQ. The bathroom is shared with the cabins. We have farm animals and dogs which can be loud. The dogs chase squirrels and bark maniacally, and the ducks quack at sunrise, like, lots! There are also spiders, wasps, bees, rattlesnakes etc!! Please be aware, this is the country!

The staff were very helpful and polite. I only wish they would mention on their website they no longer provide fire rings. You will have to bring your own if you want to have a fire. The pool was clean and everyone seemed happy to be there. Note to self. We will make sure to place our RV the farthest point possible away from the road. We could hear cars whizzing by at night.

1 night at The Ripe Choice Farm Stay

Highly recommend this spot! The hosts are super nice and leave you to your peace, allowing you to freedom, respectively of course. The night sky is incredible and the rooster wakes you in the morning. I was greeted the next morning by a group of gardeners studying for a class but they weren’t intrusive. I even got to pick some apples off the trees for a road snack! I was well prepared with my own water and potty system and had a lovely time visiting all the dogs & cats!

Weekend Trip to Bliss Mountain

We had the most magical camping weekend at Bliss mountain! The tipi is amazing, spacious, comfortable, and fun! Great amenities at the camp site. Power, fresh running water from the amazing well on site, toilet, shower, full cooking stove + oven, fridge, everything you need. Beautiful sunsets and views across the valley. The pools that Hal has built are incredible. Very beautiful, the water feels amazing, the aquifer feeding the pools is a great thing to see! Hal and Bell were wonderful hosts, so welcoming, inviting, and helpful! We’ll be back!!!

4 nights at Camp Run Amuck Hollow

For one mike was a good host, he helped give us a layout of his property. And hook us up on a great spot right next to the water. The place is beautiful and relaxing and at night, you can hear every little creature and bug out there, which was awesome.
