We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ.
We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024.
Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round.
We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails.
We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante).

This site is easy to access while still boasting incredible views. Plenty of flat area to park you RV and vehicles and still have room to roam. The views of the sun setting over Ragged Top Mountain will surely take your breath away.

We purchased our 20 acre homestead 16 years ago. The buildings were unlivable and land was overgrazed , but the windmill and sweet water well gave promise. We have been Restoring the land, allowing its native habitat to thrive. We now have a Year round vegetable garden, honeybees, orchard and grape vines. The adobe home and outbuildings and Sandhill (Crane) casita are restored with all recycle materials from the property. The 1.5 mile nature trail through grassland ,yucca and mesquite landscape provides solitude and 360 degree views of the sky islands in US and Mexico.

Our location is mid-way between Ash Fork and Seligman, AZ off of Route 66.
It is pristine juniper covered land in every direction at 5200'+ elevation with incredible Northwest Arizona mountain and valley views. If you're looking to enjoy the off-grid camping experience, come stay a night or 2 on "The 40 on Rte. 66." During new moon times, the sky is full of stars and the Milky Way is easily visible. During full moon times, the trees and ground are lit up in all directions. Sightings of deer and jackrabbits are common as well as hearing coyotes in the distance. Being open range land, the cattle will wander into sight. Various cacti and desert plants around the campsites. Nearby Route 66 attractions include Ash Fork, Seligman and Williams. Grand Canyon National Park is approx. 1.5 hours away. We are along the longest remaining un-interrupted sections of Route 66.
We have several improved camp sites to make your stay easier; however, there are plenty of unmarked and unimproved areas within the Hipcamp area for you to stay. This is our land but you are welcomed to camp your way. All are welcomed. 420 friendly. Please be respectful of your fellow Hipcampers.

This was an amazing experience! I went with a group of friends, and we all had a wonderful time exploring the site’s creeks, historical buildings, and diverse views! The only thing I will add is if you have a sedan you will not be able to cross the creek. No worries, however, the hosts helped us along the way. We will definitely be back, and I recommend this for any campers who want a beautiful night sky and property!

We only spent one night at Beaver Creek Oasis, but it was lovely being able to pitch our tents under the towering sycamores and take a short walk to Beaver Creek itself. Plus, Laura has the most adorable dogs and rescue alpacas and goats.
The availability of a flush toilet and sink make for true glamping (it looks like an outhouse because the structure is so small, but it's fully plumbed inside). The stone shower structure is located about a hundred yards in the other direction -- just be careful of spiders!
Also note that you can still hear traffic on I-17, so it isn't fully remote, but the lights are still dim enough for stargazing.

The best camping spot I've been to in Arizona, and I've camped quite a bit! The canyon is beautiful and feels like a magical place from a storybook. We and our dogs really enjoyed the nearby creek and swimming hole. An unexpected perk of being in the canyon is that we were able to sleep in our tents for longer in the morning without the sun beating down on us so early. The hosts are amazing and I loved hearing about the history of the old mining town! They also helped us find spots to explore, and even came by in the evening to warn us about the possibility of a storm. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Due to an unfortunate accident on road to get there we were there 3 hours late and well past dark. Cliff called and met us at the road in so we could follow in our RV- what a sweet and helpful man! Before we turned in we could hear owls and deer. We woke up this morning to a beautiful setting! Wish we could have stayed longer!

I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this place before. Beautiful and accessible nature and swimming in the creek. So much history in the old town that used to be down there. Andy the camp host even drove us around and gave us a tour and told us all the amazing history. Well worth the price. Highly recommend!
