**These RV spaces are only able to accommodate certain lengths and widths of vehicles. Please take the time to view the individual sites to determine if they are right for you and your vehicle.**

The views are stunning as you can sit by the seasonal pond or stream running in front of your site, build a fire in community fire pit utilizing unlimited firewood while supplies last. Even though these sites are right off the highway the traffic is minimal and slows little to nothing from 11 pm till 5 am. 

Here is what we offer for our friends booking our RV spaces:

·       NEW ADDITION - Jan2022... Sunroom with free wifi, potable water to fill water bottles, sitting and work area plus optional Keurig coffee, popcorn, snacks, water bottles, microwave, local goods, and hot shower! 

Take a walk around the 11-acre property enjoying paths (some more like animal trails) through the juniper forest, sample from our fruit trees in season, sit by the trickling stream in the garden, gaze upon the big sage (Artemisia) while petting one of the ranch dogs Tiva or Magic, say hi to the chickens, or learn about goat milking and walk with the goat girls all while soaking in spectacular views of Mt Lamborn, Lands End and the West Elk Mountain range across the valley floor. So close you can lick 'em I say. 

Conveniences are merely a quick stroll next door to the local coffee roaster-quick bite-winery. And it's only 1 mile to the center of the town of Paonia. where you can enjoy a farm to table restaurants, local breweries, art, maybe a movie or musical at the theater (build in 1928), maybe enjoy one of the many local fun festivities.

For nature enthusiasts, rent a paddleboard, raft or kayak and ride a local waterway, visit the Grand Mesa, Needle rock, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Blue Mesa reservoir, Colorado National Monument, Dominguez-Escalante National Conservation Area and so much more! 

We are in the center of so many wonderful day adventures such as a drive to Aspen, Telluride, Moab, or take Kebler pass to Crested Butte and after all the sightseeing you may want to visit the hot spring of your choice. Sage View Ranch offers weekly & monthly discounts. We host events, retreats, reunions and micro destination weddings. Bus clamping, tent camping and other inside lodging are also attainable.
