    The property is 3.3 miles away from Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center, 4 miles from the airport, 13 miles from Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and 11 miles from Smith Rock State Park. There is no shortage of things to do close by. No matter the time of year there is always something to do. We have hose water available to fill tanks or just drink. We have an outhouse on site. We have generator available for rent. Small items available to purchase for those forgotten items. Oregon is a 21 and older state. Everyone needs to be 21 years old to smoke cigarettes, marijuana, or drink alcohol so please obey state laws. That being said feel free to partake just be respectful with your cans and butts. Most nights only 1 night stay is required however there are some blocked out days or extended stays (only a couple times a year)

    Easy to find, easy to park. There is a wonderful trail nearby with mountain snd river-canyon views. Wonderful campsite!

    Nice ranchy neighborhood not far off main highway. Looks like they are doing some upgrades. We were there during the changes. Looks like it will be even better in future.

    Excellent campsite for our overnight stay! The directions were super easy and finding the campspot was so simple. Host was very communicative and wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend

    We were driving home to the PNW from visiting my partners father in Nevada. This was a perfect spot along the way to stop for the night. We got in late and left early, but it was easy to find and the Porta Potty was very clean.

    Marie was very accommodating. She provided a great, quiet area and very clean restroom. About 10 minutes from the airport which is very convenient.

    Nice backyard with lots of space to set up. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was lovely. The pool is an awesome addition and the host was very responsive.

    What a lucky find at just the right time! I stayed on Marie’s property during Fairwell Fest & I couldn’t have asked for better. Great amenities, and super friendly host, who made us all feel right at home. During the festival, she went above and beyond offering shuttle rides to-and-from (for a small fee), and we were able to get to know each other since she and her family were attending the festival, too! The property has lots of shade, and I enjoyed taking a dip in their above ground pool in the hot hot heat. The location was also perfect. It seems like it’s out of town, but it’s still really close to everything in Redmond, which is a great town, and easy access to Bend, if that’s what you’re into.

    Marie was excellent host. Friendly, helpful and added lots of little extras to make sure everyone had what they needed and were comfortable. This was an excellent base camp for fairwell festival.

    We had a good first ever Hipcamp experience. It was impossible to find lodging for the FairWell Festival so we tried something new. Marie and her husband Patrick were both very friendly. Property is in a very quiet rural area and was fine for a basic rustic tent camp out. There was some thoughtful perks provided and I get the feeling Marie will keep making more and more improvements.

    Great spot to set up shop and spend the day exploring Redmond/bend/sisters/madras/Smith Rock and other areas :) Cool neighborhood full of mules, horses, cattle, chickens, and dogs. Stayed during farewell fest and although it was pretty crowded, I would stay again for easy access to the fairgrounds. This place could really turn into something special!
