My family loved how private our campsite was during the weekend we stayed. We brought our toddler so night time quiet (save for the frogs and cicadas!) was priority. We hardly saw another soul on the property, except at the washrooms--which are very nice and cleaned regularly. The trails to the lake are a tough but fun hike, and we took advantage of the close boat launches to take our kayaks for a spin. Looking forward to our next family camping trip at Hidden Ridge.

Perfect spot near Lake Cumberland. We stayed in Frog View and enjoyed the peace, shade, and many amenities available. Can’t wait to come back and try glamping!

We car camped at Frog Valley 2. It was so peaceful and secluded. It was really great that firewood was already cut and waiting near our fire pit. The shower and bathroom facilities made it super easy to camp out. Highly recommend.

This was a great campsite and the entire place is amazing. I think that any of the sites would be great to stay in. I wish there would have been some cleared areas in Frog Valley site 2 with a couple trees, for hammocks. Even though that was our only complaint, everything else made up for it triplefold. The new shower house was beautifully done and the Burnt Rock venue was the COOLEST THING I've seen at a camp. If I could live there, I would have. We had a view of most of the Glamping yurts and really enjoyed having the place to ourselves for a few days. But this is a place where you would want to hang out with others up at Burnt Rock. Even the raccoon was nice enough to not eat all my sugar free candy! Lol

Very nice well kept huge camping area. Lots of things for the kids to do. Not so great of fishing though in the pond or the lake sadly is why we chose this location to start with was for the fishing. But we still very much enjoyed ourselves as we love the outdoors and they even had hiking trails.

The lake is a rough walk from either trail. FrogValley
