Welcome to our beautiful 40 acre property with 800 mtrs of river frontage, just a stones throw from the historical village of Mogo and some of the best beaches on the South Coast. There is a lovely deep swimming hole with sandy area that all can enjoy. Shallow sandy areas are along the river, great for younger kids. Bring your kayaks, fishing gear, small tinny or SUP! There is a small boat ramp. We have eight beautiful, peaceful, spacious, riverfront, campsites ready for our guests. Just a short drive to the best south coast beaches of Broulee and Tomakin. Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites! Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood. We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property. Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs. Please note, if we do not have availability, please get in contact with us anyway as we may be able to accommodate you by opening another site.

Originally a historical farming property, Clyde River Camp Grounds offer the ultimate in camping on manicured pastures directly on the Clyde River. Please note campsites are non powered (Caravans and RV's welcome for unpowered visits in off peak times) It is a 10 min drive from Nelligen town centre and a 20 min drive from Batemans Bay. If you need supplies you can also travel by boat into Batemans Bay and tie up to many of its wharfs for that different experience. The camping area is surrounded by walking tracks and over the Christmas period the renowned Clyde Berry Farm is open where you can pick your own fresh berries or relax on the grounds for a ice-cream. You will find Shallow Crossing is also just a 10 min drive up the River Road for an exhilarating swim in fresh mountain water. The traditional water side camp kitchen offers a BBQ and table to eat. Has power and lighting, fresh drinking water, toilet, hot and cold shower and plenty of cover. With a fire pit just outside for toasting of marshmallows this makes for the best camping spot in the region. Please be mindful this is a camping and caravaning experience, there is for your convenience a flushing toilet (bring own toilet paper) and shower onsite, in busy periods (peak times) there may be a slight wait for these amenities. This site has its own concrete boat ramp making a heaven for all fisho's and skiers. The ramp is totally safe to launch any watercraft. With water onsite you can even flush motors at the end of the day. The property has Telstra coverage for added security.

Peaceful unspoilt bush and farm land on the Great Dividing Range. 1 hour from Canberra, 3 hours from Sydney. Turn off highway down 6.5km private gravel road, then follow short dirt tracks into campsites. Choice of two secluded campgrounds over 1km apart; only one private group per campground. Campfires allowed when conditions permit, free firewood supplied. No services (power, water, sewerage, rubbish collection or wifi). Peppermint Gum Group Campground is well established and suits larger groups of friends or 2-3 families (max 16 guests). Located in 1.6ha (4 acres) of grassy woodland, it offers a good choice of mown campsites in shade or sun. A large communal clearing is centrally located for group gatherings, with a rustic camp kitchen hut for all-weather cooking and eating. A pit toilet is a short walk away, with handwashing station and views! Snowgums Campsite is a smaller campsite for up to 6 people, on a low forested ridge overlooking Sandhills Creek below. 3 separate mown tent sites and a campfire clearing in protected snowgums forest. Several kilometres of marked walking trails within the property. Explore the creek line, hike up the mountain to the old stone trig point, walk to the swimming hole on the creek with jetty, picnic area and rowboat. Numerous picnic spots. A swimming dam, jetty, and picnic sites are accessible via marked walking and driving tracks. There are also several kms of walking tracks directly from the campsite along Sandhills Creek and the 'mountain paddock'. Owners live further along the road on the property, and can be contacted if needed. A separate AirBnB house is located on the property; please respect the privacy of fellow guests.

Explore nearby Mulloon Creek which is great for swimming and attracts birds and wildlife. Our small dam has plenty of yabbies and attracts numerous water birds each morning. Owners live about 150m from the camping areas and can be contacted if needed. Unfortunatley no pets or recreational quads or motorbikes allowed.
