Spring Creek Valley Farm is a 2200-acre farm located in the beautiful southern tablelands, 1 hour to the Canberra CBD and just 1 hour to Batemans Bay on the coast. With over 3km of creek frontage and 100+ acres of untouched native bushland, there are ample options for campsites to suit just about anyone. All campers must be completely self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they go. The original name of this property is Wooraba which is an aboriginal word for 'hidden' which describes it very well. Here, you will immerse yourself in the Australian bush and enjoy a truly peaceful retreat. Enjoy fantastic bushwalks amongst the native flora and fauna, or take your mountain bike to the high open hilly area to check out the expansive views. Or lay in some of the creek's rock pools and sunbathe. Whilst we can accept dogs, this absolutely must be discussed with us prior to booking. We are a working farm, with sheep, and it is important that any visiting pets do not hassle our sheep, and are kept on a lead at all times. Campfires are permitted in the designated fire pit when conditions allow and no local fire bans are in play.We accept one booking at a time here at the Upper Creekside Site. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot with good access and elevated views. Plenty of space to set up. All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they go. Please leave no trace. A designated firepit is provided. Strictly no fires during fire ban times.

The peace, privacy, tranquility, sound of the creek and birds, what’s not to like. The site was flat with amazing views. Plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Great walks. Bill was a great host. Great directions.

Suns sets and camp fires
A beautiful site, spotlessly clean, plenty of fire wood and easy to find (with Bills directions). If you’re looking for a peaceful site, easy drive from Canberra, this one is for you. Thanks Bill and we’ll be back!

Peaceful and private
We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Bill's property on a large site with easy access and a great firepit. It was peaceful, surrounded only by the sounds of nature and starry sky at night. The nearby trees were perfect for our hammocks and provide extra shade during the day if needed. We highly recommend a stay at Spring Creek Valley Farm.
