We had a great stay at this private bush camp. Having the entire site to yourself, with the snowgun right there, makes it a really unique experience and it is very reasonably priced.
The drive in through the working farm was honestly part of the adventure. I had never driven through a working farm to get to a campsite before, and it made the journey to the site just as fun as being there. Regarding the track, although 2WD vehicles can make it through, I would highly recommend a 4WD or anything larger than a Toyota Corolla hatchback.
Martina was super accommodating and helpful throughout. There was plenty of firewood, total isolation, and we even managed to get a few bars of reception. It is a fantastic spot for a big group who love being spaced out, as there is plenty of room to move.
The toilet is a bit of a laugh and definitely part of the outdoor experience, so it is something to consider before booking if you are not used to being off-grid. At least you get to be one with nature! Hot tip: definitely bring your own toilet paper.
Overall, a great place to stay for those who enjoy privacy and a proper bush adventure. We would happily stay again.
