Welcome to our farm, a peaceful retreat nestled in the lush hinterland of Northern NSW’s Northern Rivers region. Bordering the World Heritage-listed Nightcap National Park and the pristine Terania Creek, this is a sanctuary for those looking to disconnect from the noise and truly immerse themselves in the Australian bush. THE LAND & LOCATION Our property offers a unique gateway to the ancient subtropical rainforest. Whether you are here for adventure or a quiet escape, the landscape provides the perfect backdrop. Protesters Falls: Just 2.8km away (a 6-minute drive), this is one of the region’s most spectacular walks through towering Bangalow Palms to the base of the falls. Creek Life: Terania Creek flows right past your site. Spend your mornings spotting the elusive platypus or afternoons swimming in private natural holes. We’ve added a hammock by the water for the ultimate relaxation spot. Hinterland Gems: Use the farm as your base to explore The Channon Craft Markets, or take a scenic drive to the vibrant villages of Nimbin and Mullumbimby. THINGS TO NOTE Access & Road Conditions: Getting Here (Terania Creek Road): The public road in features some classic country potholes. It is easily manageable in a 2WD, but we recommend taking it slow to protect your vehicle. On The Farm (Internal Track): STRICTLY 4WD/AWD ONLY. Once you enter the property, the internal track down to the campsite features a grassy incline that gets incredibly slick. Heavy 2WD vehicles and 2WD campers WILL get bogged here. Do not attempt the internal track in a 2WD. If you have a 2WD, you are welcome to park up near the main road entrance and walk your gear down to the camp (a short walk of approximately 100m). Nature: This is a living farm. We provide repellent, but please bring a tick-safety kit and ensure pets are up to date with treatments. Sustainability: We are a "Leave No Trace" property. Please be prepared to take all rubbish with you to help us keep this environment pristine. YOUR COMFORT While this is an off-grid experience, we have added thoughtful facilities to make your stay easy, including a large timber gazebo, multiple dining spots, a clean eco-composting toilet, and a refreshing outdoor shower. We supply a tap for general use, but recommend bringing your own drinking supply. Enjoy the fresh country air and spend your nights stargazing under incredibly clear skies. We look forward to sharing this remarkable part of the world with you.

East Creswick Farm is a Tea Tree farm located halfway between Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads, with Mullumbimby just down the road. Very easily accessed, it includes large areas of flat paddock as well as secluded spots up on a hilled area surrounded by native and plantation trees. We are just getting started and intend to improve the property over time. We hope the price and flexibility reflect the current state of the land, and we are always aiming to improve the amenities as we go. The property is best described as central, easy, and affordable rather than pristine and tranquil. It is a working farm where you may see tractors from time to time, and while it is "rough around the edges," it is clean and functional. Please note that we border the highway, so depending on where you are on the property, there is some road noise. Except for during Blues Fest, there are no toilets on-site, so you will need to be fully self-sufficient. During periods of heavy rain, the ground in some areas can become boggy, so we may need to limit space on the flat paddocks and have you stay up on the hill. Generally, the site is 2WD accessible. We aim to be super flexible, so please reach out with any requests; we just ask that you do the right thing regarding taking rubbish and toilet litter with you. Doggos are always welcome because doggos are the best.
