East Creswick Farm is a Tea Tree farm located halfway between Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads, with Mullumbimby just down the road. Very easily accessed, it includes large areas of flat paddock as well as secluded spots up on a hilled area surrounded by native and plantation trees. We are just getting started and intend to improve the property over time. We hope the price and flexibility reflect the current state of the land, and we are always aiming to improve the amenities as we go. The property is best described as central, easy, and affordable rather than pristine and tranquil. It is a working farm where you may see tractors from time to time, and while it is "rough around the edges," it is clean and functional. Please note that we border the highway, so depending on where you are on the property, there is some road noise. Except for during Blues Fest, there are no toilets on-site, so you will need to be fully self-sufficient. During periods of heavy rain, the ground in some areas can become boggy, so we may need to limit space on the flat paddocks and have you stay up on the hill. Generally, the site is 2WD accessible. We aim to be super flexible, so please reach out with any requests; we just ask that you do the right thing regarding taking rubbish and toilet litter with you. Doggos are always welcome because doggos are the best.This paddock is approx 7 acres of flat grass. Camping is wherever you would like to pull up as suits in the paddock. It is a non exclusive area and so you may see other campers. It is perfect for letting the doggo run, and easy access from the main road with a 2wd. The things you need to know; - it is the closest area to the highway so you will hear passing traffic - There are no toilets and so it is a self sufficient setup only - During periods of heavy rain, being flat, it wont drain super well and may get wet under feet (and super heavy flood times you will get shallow water. Whilst rare this is something to be aware of. If this happens will naturally be willing to give a refund or relocate you elsewhere on the property out of wet areas. - Access road is all weather and super easy to find from the Highway if you're passing through

We loved that there was plenty of space to choose from and spread out. The ground was a bit wet underfoot unfortunately due to some heavy rain.

The price is excellent for what you get. There’s plenty of space to choose where to set up, and the beautiful forest with large trees alongside the field adds a really peaceful feel. You can hear the highway faintly, but it didn’t affect our sleep at all. Overall, it’s great value for money—I just wish more Hipcamp sites were this affordable.

Great location to explore the region 5 minutes from Brunswick Head, Mullumbimby and 20 minutes Byron bay Great for the dogs to run freely.

Property was as described. Very handy to the highway when travelling north bound on the M1. Not too much noise from the highway if you park up on the western side of the property. Plenty of room for all to share. Reasonably priced even given there are currently no amenities.

Great location to use as a base to Byron, Brunswick Heads and Mullumbimby. As Lachlan said, there is some traffic noise but with a nice fire and some wine, all is forgotten, the grass is pretty long and it’s tough grass so some sort of mat would be of benefit.

Handy spot for exploring Byron Bay, especially in the school Easter holidays! Had the paddock to ourselves. Some road noise.

This is a great flat campsite only 10 minutes from Byron or Brunswick Heads. Lachlan was great to deal with, responded within minutes of messaging him. Access was very good. We used swags and the ground was nicely mown and could walk around barefoot. Also good for caravans, there was a couple there when we were, although we were all spread out enough to not be able to hear other groups.

You get exactly what he listed. Nothing fancy, you can hear the highway but it's very close to Bayron Bay. Exactly what we've been looking for. Lots of room and a nice grass area with shade in the afternoon if you want.
