This was our second 🦊 Camp for our end of year celebrations at this spot.
Great choicec once again. Secluded, quiet, well set out campsite to be able support a group of young guys have a great time to blow off a little steam at the end of a very busy year.
BBQ'ing, swimming in the fantastic billabong, camp fires, beer, whiskey, music, impromptu cricket match and lots of laughs were had by all.
Thanks once again to our host Michael for allowing us to utilise his property once again.

We loved camping at the Boulder Brook Valley. Beautiful nature so close to the city. Nice setup, with flowing water, and the pergola was very handy. The planes didn't really bother us.

Our stay at Luke’s land was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Luke went above and beyond to share all the details about the local area, giving us great tips on nearby attractions, restaurants, and things to do in town. It made exploring so much easier and added a personal touch to our visit.
The campsite itself was lovely and peaceful, nestled in a quiet spot surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. And let’s not forget about Roger, the friendly pet rooster! He was such a character, always hanging around and bringing a smile to our faces.
Overall, Luke’s hospitality made our stay extra special. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway!

Me and my mates enjoyed Camping in the spacious Farm Land.
Luke provieded us with a keg and firewood to make a Fire under the Stars at Night, which made this experience extra Special.
Luke is a nice Host and his roaster Roger was great company.
I recommend this Place to people who enjoy Nature and the simple and quiet Style of Camping.
The Camp Site is safe, private and you have the Chance to encounter some wallabies and birds.

Fantastic location, close enough to shops and things to do but still feels like you are in the middle of the country side, luke was very accomodating, lovely location with camp fire pits and curious neighbouring cows, we will deffo be back, thanks Luke!

Great spacious, clean camp in a great central location for staying on the island. Luke the host has many great local recommendations and is sure to make your stay comfortable. He was more than accommodating for us and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved camping at the Secret Garden (16 mates plus a dog!, all tent camping). So close to the city but with a secluded kind of vibe. Flat ground for tents was limited but we all made do just fine. The area and grounds are lovely and well maintained. BBQ and tables worked a treat. We didn't end up using any power on site so cannot comment but there was solar and a battery on site. The owner was extremely helpful in the lead up and very accomodating. Sunsets and plane spotting were fantastic. It was still a little chilly for us to get in the water but the spot itself was stunning. We'll be back!

A unique remote location but you are still close to Melbourne.
Plenty of space for a large group to camp and still have private space if they choose.
It's a really cool place but will only stay that way if we look after it.
A good camping motto is: "Always leave the campsite better than you found it".

We only stayed for 1 night but we loved Mira Mira! Nic is a lovely host, we were taken back and amazed with how much the castle has to offer inside. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a quiet spot of camping :)

The serenity and lovely kept grounds at Mira Mira was perfect for my off grid rebalance with nature in my camper van
Nic the host was friendly and happy for me to stay another night and build my own campfire.
I fell asleep to the symphony of frogs under a starry sky
This is my new go to for a getaway

I stayed one night on short notice, Nic was very accommodating and polite. Nic showed me around the grounds and let me pick where to stay.
The grounds are truly unique and well worth exploring if you get the chance!

This site really is spectacular. For nature lovers like us this was a hidden oasis. A lovely hut overlooked the river and lots of billabongs and creeks to explore. It was unfortunate that the previous campers who were there when we arrived and were reluctant to leave despite us coming a hour after our check in time had also drained the battery and gas bottle as well as learning human waste and toilet paper around. The owner was lovely and responsive but we were without power or gas for the night so I would recommend bringing backup. We still had a great evening the fire pits are well placed near the hut and lots of fallen branches around for kindling. We will definitely be back ❤️

Returning for my 2nd stay. The proximity to Melbournes suburbs is amazing. I love that authentic bush camping vibes can be achieved so close to home allowing for more time to unwind rather then time spent on the road getting to/from camp. I will be returning again 😁

This place is great. Easy run from the city, perfect block for our pooches to run around and great access to the river and billabong below camp. The pagola is a great addition for when you need to get out of the weather. Michael was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
