Purchased in 1988 as a block of Bush, the majority of clearing was initially done with a small Massey Ferguson Te20 a long length of chain a shovel and chainsaw.Built originally with nothing more than the chainsaw, shovel, hammer and nails the log cabin that I still live in has undergone a few changes over the years but we have tried to keep it looking the same on the outside made mostly from large hardwood posts and paperbark slabs and half rounds for walls concrete floor with sunken lounge room. The hand built rock chimney is the feature piece of the front of the cabin so be sure to check it out and get a few pics.

We have over 100 different varieties of dragon fruit, with each one having different foliage characteristics and tastes, like watermelon, lime, coconut, lychee and more. Half of our 3.7 Acres is farm forestry that we are building a syntropic farm in. We are 5km from the beach, 4.5 km from the nearest supermarket and 13km from 1770 headland. 12km to the north we have Eurimbula National Park where you can explore middle creek and Eurimbula creek. 8km to the South we have Deep-Water National Park, where you can discover by 4wd some amazing uncrowded beaches. Every second Sunday at the 1770 rotary park we have a local market which is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and veg. Agnes water and 1770 has that small town feel and slowed down pace with lots of friendly locals making it a great place to explore, take a deep breath and relax. Our compacted gravel driveway is suitable for all vehicle types and will lead you up to a large flat, grassy area where you can enjoy levelled parking for a comfortable stay. Site 2 is levelled and just as peaceful but not grassed. Our property is located only a short 5 minute drive to Agnes Water main beach, town centre and 10 minutes to the iconic town of 1770. There are many things to do and see in and around the area so make sure you ask us for some hot tips on where to go and what to do. Comfort is key! Enjoy your very own 5 star eco toilet and shower block. Wash away the day while watching the sunset disappear behind the mountains from our beautiful open air rain water shower. The loo also has a great view. Trust us you wont want to miss out on this experience (Please note: shower is cold water only) Hungry? Ron's Veggies across the road has you covered. Take a stroll down the driveway to see his great selection of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables. IMPORTANT Please note: We only offer the 2 campsite areas at any one time (top grassed area and compacted pad) to ensure your stay is as peaceful and private as possible, but please note we have live in, onsite caretakers who reside in front of the shed up the top on the grassed area and on occasions friends and family do come up to visit. Please check with us beforehand to see if we have friends or family staying before you book if this may be an issue for you. Please be respectful of our toilet block and ensure ALL children are accompanied by an adult in the shower/toilet facility. Campfires: Fires are welcome in the designated fire pit area or if you have your own off the ground pit but you will need to bring along your own firewood. Animals: Your fury/feathery friends are more than welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and not to be left unattended during your stay. Please also ensure their waste is picked up and disposed of off the property. Waste: Bins are not provided and we ask that all rubbish is taken with you, including ALL cigarette butts. Welcome to Yerrowah Eco Stay (Indigenous meaning for meeting place) Our beautiful, peaceful 4 acre property is nestled amongst natural bushland on a gentle sloping block with 180 degree views overlooking the famous Paperbark Forest. Our compacted gravel driveway is suitable for all vehicle types and will lead you up to a large flat, grassy area where you can enjoy levelled parking for a comfortable stay. Site 2 is levelled and just as peaceful but not grassed. Our property is located only a short 5 minute drive to Agnes Water main beach, town centre and 10 minutes to the iconic town of 1770. There are many things to do and see in and around the area so make sure you ask us for some hot tips on where to go and what to do. Comfort is key! Enjoy your very own 5 star eco toilet and shower block. Wash away the day while watching the sunset disappear behind the mountains from our beautiful open air rain water shower. The loo also has a great view. Trust us you wont want to miss out on this experience (Please note: shower is cold water only) Hungry? Ron's Veggies across the road has you covered. Take a stroll down the driveway to see his great selection of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables. IMPORTANT Please note: We only offer the 2 campsite areas at any one time (top grassed area and compacted pad) to ensure your stay is as peaceful and private as possible, but please note we have live in, onsite caretakers who reside in front of the shed up the top on the grassed area and on occasions friends and family do come up to visit. Please check with us beforehand to see if we have friends or family staying before you book if this may be an issue for you. Please be respectful of our toilet block and ensure ALL children are accompanied by an adult in the shower/toilet facility. Campfires: Fires are welcome in the designated fire pit area or if you have your own off the ground pit but you will need to bring along your own firewood. Animals: Your fury/feathery friends are more than welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and not to be left unattended during your stay. Please also ensure their waste is picked up and disposed of off the property. Waste: Bins are not provided and we ask that all rubbish is taken with you, including ALL cigarette butts. Our beautiful property is located only 5 minutes drive from Agnes Water beaches and shops. Set on 4 acres we are away from the hustle and bustle, come and enjoy the tranquility of Davlyn Gardens, listen to the abundant bird life, and watch the kangaroos feed on our lawn. If you’re a gardener you will love our many gardens. All rigs must be self contained off grid we cannot supply water as we live on acreage and water is precious, so fill up before you come to stay at our place. We have room for 3 sites overlooking our dam and gardens. Dump Point is in 1770 approximately 15 minutes away. No small children please as we have a dam, small dogs on lead only, no cats please because of our bird life. We may also be able to look after your small dog for the day if you plan a trip out to the reef or take the amphibious lark up to the lighthouse, both great days out.
