We have 33 acres that we have been working on for the last 15 months to try and create our own slice of freedom. We have the goal of becoming as self sufficient as possible and currently we are producing a large amount of our own food. We have a massive array of animals and always are having new additions, which is always exciting. We are open to people coming to just experience what we have created or even getting their hands dirty. We have learnt so much coming here and are happy to pass on what ever knowledge that we have gained but also open to learn from you all too. We are located about 40mins from Agnes Water and are super connected to the amazing Agnes community. We have a couple of areas that power can be tapped into and also a second outside bathroom that is welcomed to be used.

Absolutely amazing! 100/10. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet camp, with only a short 40 minute drive to 1770 or 15 minutes to Miriam Vale. Perfect spot for someone looking for a quiet stay.

A great camping spot
We set our jayco eagle outback up and had a ball. Power and water to top up as needed (on tank water). Farm animals are a great part of the atmosphere. Sion is a amazing host and can't recommend enough. We only booked for 2 night but ended up staying for 3. We will be back at some point. Thanks Sion.

No fuss camping with your dog
It is a beautiful spot so peaceful and quiet. The owners were helpful and friendly with an awesome friendly dog. Will definitely stay there again

Beautiful & Peaceful
Lovely spot with beautiful landscape, very peaceful. Sion was really helpful and such a lovely person, made sure we had everything we needed and was on hand to help. Really enjoyed our visit, no hesitation in recommending this spot.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with amazing hosts. You can be involved in the farm or go out and enjoy being so close to some beautiful towns and beaches. Free range chickens and Yoda the dog that are curious and friendly. Enjoyed our stay immensely, thanks guys for an awesome time.

Makowata is the best
Staying on Sions property was truely an amazing experience. With heaps of room around the property and barely any other guests staying you are assured of a relaxing and quiet stay. Working flushing toilet and hot showers and a large fire pit for all our creature comforts. Sion himself is so friendly and kind. Amazing bloke to have a chat with or ask for directions to do things on the next day. I can’t wait for my next stay here when I come back up north.
